ANTIQUE 1718 ENGLISH 958 SILVER SUGAR BOWL w/LID Presented is a very nice old English first standard silver sugar bowl with lid. This piece dates to 1718. It's worth noting that the silver purity used is 958. A higher degree of purity than sterling which is 925. The sugar bowl is done in a very classical style, raised on a pedestal base. There is a large shield crest engraved on the body, and a smaller crest of a man's profile on the lid. The interior of the lid has a marriage inscription or monogram of'R& B A' The base has another monogram of'DW' A fantastic piece of antique English silver, just shy of 300 years old and in great shape, ready to join your collection. This piece is hallmarked on the side with the Britania mark for 958 purity ... moresilver. The lion's head erased for the city of London, the date letter C for 1718, and the maker's mark for William Fleming. The lid is also hallmarked with the lion's head erased and the maker's mark. This piece is in great overall condition. There is some surface wear. As should be expected considering age. There are no splits, no breaks, no monogram removals, and no repairs. Meriden B. Company Quadruple Silver Plate Ornate Creamer - Antique
I found this antique creamer/hot milk pitcher and to be honest. I don't know much about it other than it is OLD according to the bottom stamp. Meriden B. Company is a well-respected name in the silver plating industry and it is a sought after name that collectors seek. The floral pattern is very ornate and is seen around the bottom; the handle and on top of the lid. I have not polished it but it appears to have more of a pewter type coloring as opposed to a bright white silver color. The lid has a couple slight dents which causes the top point to tilt a bit to the back. The inside is scratched as you can see in the pictures which is why I think it may have been used for hot milk or syrup. Stamp: Meriden B. This antique Georgian style teapot and creamer were produced under the"Karanti" makers mark by the Levetus Brothers of Birmingham England probably in the 1890's. This style dates from that Victorian period and is made in a simple George III style with no decoration except for a run of applied rope-twist beading to the top shoulder and bottom of the pieces. The teapot is fitted with a fruitwood handle and finial. The pieces are in very good condition with no dents or major scr atches. There is some loss of the silver platting that is down to the nickle/brass base metal. Offering this wonderful antique quadruple plate sugar and creamer set from New Amsterdam Silver Co. New York. The New Amsterdam Silver Co. was founded in the late 1800s and in 1904, it was renamed as Knickerbocker Silver Co. This is a fine example set for the silver plate collector. Both pieces are clearly marked underneath and numbered'605' Each piece is monogrammed with what looks like the letter'O' I can't tell for sure. The sugar measures 3.25" high(to top of handle) and 3" across the mouth. The creamer is 3.25" high and 3" across the mouth. Condition is fair to good- both pieces have issues and each has dents(please see photos) also the creamer has plate loss on the interior, hence the low price. Exquisite Treasures Exquisite Treasures ANTIQUE 1895 VERY RARE WARNER SILVER MFG. CO. CREAMER- PATTERN# 7- 117 YEARS OLD! There is very little known about WARNER SILVER MFG. CO from Chicago. Illinois. Dorothy T. Rainwater lists them in her"Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers" only with their incorporation date of March 1894 with Augustus Warner, P.B. Warner and Cassius C. Palmer. The went out of business before 1915. Description This is an other very rare piece I recently found; approx. 117 years old! The Warner Silver Mfg. Company of Chicago only existed a number of years and very few of their pieces have survived. This creamer is one of the few surviving pieces and actually should go into a collection of pre-1900 silverplate. It measures approx. 4" in diameter and 3" in height. Either side is decorated with ... morea flower and leave engraving; the handle shows some simple scroll work. What makes this piece so interresting is actually the spout. Which has been place nearly on top of the creamer body. I actually have never seen a spout mounted this way. The silverplating seems to have worn off and the base metal- German Silver- is visible. There are a few small dents; nothing major at all. I did not clean it but would highly recommend to do so before using it for its intended purpose! 1940's Antique Raimond Silver & GoldPlated Sugar Scoop / Scuttle, Floral Pattern
Up for bid is a 1940's vintage Raimond silverplated on the exterior sugar scuttle with a small matching scoop whose dimensions are almost 5.5 inches tall and 7 inches long. Including the small scoop when it sits in its' cradle. The interior is also gold-plated. The external patterns are a beautiful Floral Pattern. On the back of the scuttle is another small"scuttle" or scoop to feed sugar into a cup of coffee or tea. This piece has some tarnish that we will not clean off. It also has some signs of use such as minor scratches inside and some wear on the outside and lip surfaces. However. The top lip is fluted and the flower and leaf design on 2 sides is intricate and a pretty floral design. Very distinct pattern and style which I have not seen duplicated on Ebay. Height 3 3/4" and bottom width is 2 1/4" The mouth is 2 1/2" wide and total width, handle to handle on the sugar bowl, is almost 6" The creamer measures 3 3/4" from the handle to the end of the spout. GORGEOUS! Rare and hard to find! J.A. Babcock. 1880, Quadruple Plated Sugar Bowl and Creamer. This company operated out of New York from 1861 and closed in 1894. This simply is gorgeous. The raised and embossed vegetation, leaves and flowers on the neck of each piece is intrinsic and beautiful and circles the entire top. On the body of each piece on one side only is a gorgeous, detailed leaf and flower design. I am not going to clean this and shine it up because I love this look with the patina. The sugar bowl is almost 4 1/2" tall measured to the top of the handle. The mouth is 3 1/4" wide and the base is almost 3" The belly puffs out and obviously will have a larger measurements that both of these. This listing is for an antique Van Bergh quadruple plate creamer. Sugar, butter& waste bowl. The pieces(excluding the butter tray and cover) are marked: Pat'd May 10 1898 The Van Bergh S P Co Rochester, NY Quadruple Plate ~ they are also numbered 468 on the bottom. The creamer is 3 1/4" to the rim and 6" handle to spout. The waste bowl is 3 1/4" to the rim and 7" handle to handle. The covered sugar bowl is 5.50" to the top of the finial, 3.25" to the rim and about 7.25" from handle to handle. All of the handles are secure and they all have a nice etched floral design. The round butter cover is not marked as well as the 5.5" diameter tray. There are dings and dents throughout and they all could use a light polishing. Antique Wallace Silver Plated Nickel Creamer Sugar with lid & Waste Bowl
This is for a nickel silver plated creamer. Sugar bowl with lid and a waste bowl. It is made by Wallace. Marked on bottom with Wallace hallmark NS and number 6675 N11. The sugar bowl shows dingon both sides of bottom. The creamer has a few little pin size dings and a little crooked on bottom. The waste is ok. All shows surface scratches. I see no silver loss. It does however have some tarnish and need cleaned and polished. The waste bowl does have a tiny black spot that I'm not sure will come off. The creamer has a small black ring. The sugar measures 5 3/4" high x 7" across handles, creamer 5" at highest point on side of spout x 5 1/2" at widest points, waste bowl 3 1/2" high on sides x 5 1/2" across top.

Classic Silverplate pattern 2391 from F B Rogers Tea/ Coffee pot& matching Sugar Bowl. Teapot is 9.75 height and 9.75 width including spout and handle. Tea/ Coffee Pot has hinged lid. Sugar Bowl with lid has height of 5.5 inches and width including twin handles of 5.5 inches. Both items have very decorative foot. We polished the exterior and recovered most of the shine but some age spots and discoloration remain. Interior has not be cleaned. No dents. They will be good display items in current condition. Interior cleaning would be needed for table use. Cheerful embossed leafy design with wing-like filigree handles. Refreshing. Actually. Each piece measures about 2 ½ inches tall. 2 inches in base, and 4 ¾ inches from to end. The opening across top measures about 2 ½ inches across. This style does not have a lid. See photos of identification hallmarks on bottom. There is a crimp on the face of the creamer to the left of center if you were to hold the creamer with spout pointing left. I can best describe it as a fan shaped ... moreripple of dents. You can feel this crimp on the surface through to the interior. The sugar bowl has two more pronounced 1 inch dents both left and right of center that you can also see from the surface to the interior. The bottom of the sugar bowl has a couple of small dents on the side. But there are no problems with balance. Shipping cost includes insurance.

Beautiful piece showing little to no wear. Measures about 6 1/2 inches high and 8 inches between the outer tips of the handles. Weighs about 1 1/2 pounds. The only flaw noted is a slight de-rounding of the lid rim on the underside(see photo) This is not noticeable with the cover on because the top is perfectly round. The piece looks flawless otherwise. Extremely RARE FOR THE SUGAR BOWL TO HAVE THE SCOOP! I purchased this over 30 years ago and used it as a decoration with my tea service. Quite beautiful and with intricate design Usually the sugar scoop has been lost. But not this one! Ask questions before purchase as item is not returnable. Cleaning out the House for retirement! Antique collectible silver plated creamer from Knickerbocker Silver Co.
Antique Electroplated nickel silver creamer by Knickerbocker Silver Co. of Port Jervis. NY. Manufactured between 1900 and 1904. After 1904, Cresent Silver Co. took over Knickerbocker Silver Co. Was improperly cleaned and the finish is scratched. Could possibly buff out. Still tarnished with a very cool looking patina. Discolored from many years of improper storage and cleaning. Bottom of creamer is stamped with the Knickerbocker Silver Co. mark which is a man's head who looks like George Washington complete with hat and the letters KS(Knickerbocker Silver) EPNS(Electroplated Nickel Silver) with the serial or manufacturer number C503.
