All latches are in working order. Drawers are clean and in good working order. Top drawer locks and comes with original key. Lock works! Chest comes with original key. Has the name Sharp painted in green and in red on the trunk. There are a few minor light brown spots on fabric in drawers here and there. Vintage Hard Plastic Toni Doll with Stand and Complete Wardrobe
On offer is a sweet vintage'Toni' doll made by the Ideal Toy Company dating to the mid to late'50's. She was one doll in a large lot of vintage/antique dolls that I recently purchased at an antique auction in Canada. Measures 13' 33 cm from the top of her lustrous auburn head to the base of her feet. Being sold with a metal adjustable doll stand and a full wardrobe. Body is made of hard plastic. All components are in very good condition. Working hazel hued sleep eyes. Painted brows. Mouth and lower lashes. Hair is long and apparently. Can be washed and styled, which was one of the original selling features of this particular doll. Classic Vintage Antique "Chifferobe" Wardrobe Armoire Early 20th Century
This is an early 1900's antique"chifferobe" or"chifforobe" or"chiffarobe" I.e. wardrobe with 5 drawers and a small mirrored door on one side, and a full size wardrobe door on the other side. Behind the full size door is a place for hanging garments with an iron hanging rod. A couple of the drawers need some work but everything else functions normally. Beautiful wood grain with wear and tear that would be expected for age of furniture. Has been in continual use for 75 to 95 years! The inside of the chifferobe is somewhat more rustic than the exterior. One drawer bottom is quite interesting(see photo# 6)I don't know if this wooden crating material was a replacement or if it originally came that way. Either way. It's been like that for as long as I can remember, and I'm 57 years old. Truly. This ... moreitem would make a great display piece for an antique clothing boutique or for great storage for at home! Dimensions: approximately. 45" in width. 63" in height, and 22.35 in depth. A little bit of history: My grandparents were married in 1919. This chifferobe very likely dates from the very beginning of their marriage. If not. They certainly acquired it sometime soon thereafter. It was a fixture in their home for decades. And my widowed grandmother continued to use it throughout her adult life up until her death in the early 1990s. So this is truly an original vintage item with quite a bit of age on it. TRIVIA: In"To Kill a Mockingbird" The character Mayella Ewell pays Tom Robinson a nickel to"bust up" an old chifferobe for her. This incident becomes central to film's major courtroom drama.

This is a fantastic vintage antique skinny half wardrobe trunk made by Hartmann. I believe it dates to the 1920's-30s. The truck can be unmatched to form two separate sections. It still has it's two keys and is in very good to excellent condition for it's age and use. All the leather is still good and the inside is excellent. The outside has some usual scuffs and scratches. We found some cute vintage soaps and a sexy vintage advertising notebook with a pin up illustration on the cover in the trunk so I will include them in the sale since they've been together for so many years. What a find! These dolls come up for auction. But rarely do they have such a huge wardrobe. Please note that this is an older doll and wardrobe, which always have tears, stains, and cracks. This doll has an issue with her right leg. The bed is complete with attached pillow. The Jeweled wardrobe is missing its pink hangars. These sets were made in 1965 by Suzy Goose. The Skipper Vanity and bench was with these pieces but does not have its box and is a bonus item. It has no broken pieces and all of the legs are on the vanity and bench. However. It is missing the"jewel" and the red pile for the bench is missing. It is also missing the swiss dotted accent and the Ken picture. The boxes have some staining on the back as shown. Lot of Vintage"Susy Goose" Barbie Furniture from the 1960s! These four pieces of furniture have only had one owner. All pieces are Susy Goose. Guaranteed! They have been well-cared for and are in great-excellent condition, but they show definite signs of wear/age. These are USED items. Do not expect them to be in mint condition. These pieces would make a wonderful collection to your collection! Vanity& Stool: The VANITY no longer has its original mirror. But still has both fully functioning and great looking(inside and out) drawers. The paint/plastic on the decorative edges has either worn off, or the edges have rubbed against something dark. This effect is most evident in the close up image. The telephone is also missing from the table top. I am also including a small perfume bottle(pictured in the first 2 solo shots of the ... morevanity) which reads"JAPAN" on the bottom, but is not associated with Barbie. I'm including it because my mother always kept them together, and they look very cute together. Vanity measures 7.0" L) x 3.5" W) x 6.5" H) The STOOL still has its original red felt cushion and rosette. The decorative edges have the same discoloration as the vanity. Stool measures 4.25" L) x 2.75" W) x 3.5" H) The Vanity and Stool may have yellowed very slightly. But they are currently the same color. Neither piece has any chips or broken pieces(other than the vanity mirror) Hope Chest: The Hope Chest has one drawer with 4 pegs and sits atop 4 very short legs. All of which are in tact. The chest has come markings from use, like small nicks and pen/pencil marks. The piece is still very white, and does not appear to have yellowed with age. Made from plastic, but has a wooden grain feel. Hope Chest measures 6.5" L) x 2.75" W) x 1.5" H) Wardrobe/Closet/Armoire: The Wardrobe is in excellent condition with great color and detailing. Classic Vintage Antique "Chifferobe" Wardrobe Armoire Early 20th Century c1907
Antique CHIFFEROBE. ARMOIRE, CLOSET.c1907.5 drawers with original glass pulls.very clean except the last drawer needs some additional cleaning. Top drawer has WORKING lock. Smaller'hatbox' compartment has original beveled mirror in the door. Larger door on wardrobe side locks and also has the original beveled mirror. I had to reset the mirror as it had wiggled down and once inside found the label from the glass company in Tennessee dated August 1907(didn't think of it at the time. But I should have taken a photo of the tag) Inside this long side, is the original metal rod for your hanging clothes. It is original, sturdy, and strong. This chifferobe stands 64 inches tall outside. It measures 43 inches across the front and is is 21 inches deep, including the tips of the two lovely victorian rounded feet and tips of the glass pulls. ... morePlease excuse the triangular point of a wall decoration behind this piece) It has ample storage space with the smaller compartment and all the drawers. Would make an excellent addition to any bedroom. Or perhaps use it as a display piece in your shop.
