Hummel Goebel#68/0 The Lost Sheep This ... morelisting is for one of many vintage figurines from Goebel that I got from an estate(you can see all of them in the last photos) I believe the catalog number for this is 68/0 and the name of the figurine is"The Lost Sheep" From the marks on the bottom I believe this is from the trademark 6 years from 1979-1991. It stands roughly 5.5 inches tall. There are no chips. Cracks, breaks, repairs, or damage that I can see but there may be some crazing to the finish. The figurine is in nice condition. It does not have a box. All the items I sell are pre-owned and may have wear from age. Use, and storage. I am no expert though so I have not graded this item but I have taken pictures so you can see the condition and make your own judgments. This is an excellent addition to any collection. The porcelain is incised with the number 1021. The swag of cloth around the body is painted pink and green, with gold accents. Antique Meissen Card Player Lady Figurine - Dresden German Porcelain Figure

This stunningly detailed Meissen figurine measures just about 6.5 inches tall. But it is packed with fine detail. I love the tiny playing cards, each individually painted, the sweet facial expression on the little woman card dealer, and all of the meticulously painted details on her dress. She is standing in front of a tripod table where her deck of cards is laid out. I've included plenty of detail photos with my listing, because the delicate workmanship ... moreis just wonderful. There's even faux-marble painting on the little tabletop! The lady wears soft Easter colors: a bustled overdress of thistle-blossom pink and an underdress with Easter yellow and blue stripes, all decorated with delicate white lace. Her beautiful Rococo-styled high heel shoes are blue with gilt flowers. This Meissen design was first modelled by Michel Victor Acier with the help of Johann Carl Schönheit in 1776. The one I am selling may have been produced circa 1880. I've included a photo of the markings on the base of the piece: there's the blue crossed-sword motif. For sale is a fun half doll(Teepuppe in German) made by Passau( Dressel& Kister) of Germany in the early 20th century. It is a lady that is holding a rose in her right hand. She is superbly modeled and painted and this maker makde some of the best half dolls around. The piece is 3.875 inches tall. 3.25 inches wide and 1.75 inches deep. The piece is marked underneath on the inside with the staff type mark as well as a letter B in blue. The halfdoll is in superb condition with just a tiny chip to a flower petal and a chip to a leaf. Early Dresden Figurine. This is a German Dresden featuring a woman in flowered lace playing a piano and a make playing the violin. Great colors and great details on this piece. It does need washing but it is sold as is as I am not sure how to wash the delicate late skirt. It measures 5" H 5 3/4" wide. And 2 3/4 deep. It is incised"20250 GERMANY" on the back edge. The delicate lace does have some small broken spots and 2 of the flowers are missing petals. I se 3 small holes in the old fragile lace skirt. It is still pretty for it's age. Rare smaller Meissen Porcelain Figure.M 104 91"Love Bound" A LOVELY MEISSEN CUPID PUTTO TIED UP. This"Love Bound" German figurine depicting the god Cupid dates from the 19TH CENTURY. Cupid is the god of desire. Erotic love, attraction, and affection. As you can see by viewing the pictures. Our poor little putto sits on a on circular grassy pedestal. The perimeter of Cupid's pedestal is painted in beautiful hues of blues and pinks and accented with gold draping and a sea shell design. This little angel and mighty cherub is sans clothing with only a pink/mauve cloth covering him. His hands and small purple and white angel's wings are tied behind his back. His facial expression show discomfort at being put into such a helpless position. His hair is wavy and detailed. They don't make porcelain figures and figurines ... morelike this any more! Very good condition- no cracks. One of the cherub's hand shows signs of previous repair. The top of one of his feet is chipped as is common for these 19th century Meissen antiques. Underneath are the clear marks used between 1875 and 1900- The Meissen crossed swords in underglaze blue. First quality. Incised M 104 and small 91 impressed in the base. It's a cute little cherub figuine dressed as a coal miner. ~ The base is marked with the cross slash mark in blue. Condition. All fingers and toes intact. The pick he holds has a small nick and the tree branch tops behind also. He stands roughly 5.25" tall. FYI: The history of porcelain production in Sitzendorf is hardly a straight-forward tale. The first porcelain manufactory in Sitzendorf was established by Georg Heinrich Macheleidt in 1760. Under the commission of prince Johann Friedrich of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt. In 1762 the manufactory was moved to Volkstedt by order of the prince. A second factory was opened by Wilhelm Liebmann in 1850, destroyed by a fire eight years later, and built up again in ... morethe following year. In 1884 the Sitzendorf porcelain factory, under the chairmanship of Alfred and Carl Wilhelm Voigt, began the production of lace"Dresden style" figurines. In 1890 another branch of the factory was opened in Unterweissbach, producing similar high-quality porcelain figures and figural groups. Throughout these periods, there existed two principal styles of Sitzendorf Porcelain Marks. Despite continual economic hardship fueled by wars and world economic depressions, and the failure of the Unterweissbach factory in 1928, the Sitzendorf porcelain factory continues to operate to this day. They were only in business from 1949 until 1964. Friedrich Wilhelm Wessel founded the factory in 1949 and mainly produced lace figurines and porcelain household utilities. He was known to associate his work to Dresden even though there is no affiliation or relationship. The delicate bird measures about 5-1/2" in length. She has a tiny chip on her beak which is barely noticeable but I have tried to capture it in the photos. Which makes it look worse. See photos for more detail. SHIPPING NOTE for week of 3/24/2013. Rare Vintage Art Deco Wallendorf Nude Figurine German Signed Schaubach Kunst
Beautiful delicate standing nude figurine. Manufactured by the renown German company Schuabach Kunst. This amazing piece is in the form of a lovely nude woman who stands in a highly elegant pose with arms outstretched. This rare bisque figurine was carefully hand colored and stands on a porcelain base. The bottom is marked Schaubach Kunst. There is an impressed number 12 on the bottom of the base as well. Also additional numbers which we can't quite make out that either read. 1486 or 1936. This gorgeous piece is in very good condition with it's only flaw being a lost finger on her left hand. This by no means makes her any less stunning nor detracts from displaying beautifully. She stands 9.5" and arms outstretched measures 7" wide. We try to describe our items to the best of our ability. Here is a very beautiful Art Deco German Shepherd dog figurine or clock topper. He is metal-spelter with a bronze finish i believe-he is heavy though. And quite detailed. He is quite striking and he has age-he is from the art deco period. This lovely figurine or clock topper measures approximately 7 1/2 inches high by 9 inches long by 2 1/2 inches deep. This is a quite stunning naked female ballerina figurine pin cushion of which: During our research we have been informed it certainly dates from the period of the 19th century and is of german origin. Wonderful portrayal of the naked female ballerina figurine in the gilt coloured ballerina shoes. In a porcelain. Arms are attached with a string with knots. Wonderful hair with the gilt hairband. Mounted onto the pin which protrudes from the decorative base with the silk and braid which is used as a pin cushion. Including pin cushion. She has an overall height of about 10inches. Base dias of about 3.5inches. Condition: Considering the age: the overall condition is subject to: early repairs to the thighs which continues around the waist and rear area travelling up to the breast area. al so a repair around the circumference around the neck area. ... morealso a repair to the arm area above the breast. GERMANY, this delicate PRIMA BALLERINA measures 6 1/4" tall, and is posed on a round DECORATIVE BASE with rich GOLD accents! She is captured with her head tilted to one side and with both arms stretched up poised ... moreover her head, while gracefully on her toes; a CLASSIC ballerina pose! She has painted reddish brown molded hair with a UNIQUE porcelain GOLD BOW embellishment on the side of her head, while the fine painting of her arched eyebrows and dainty red lips accent her acquiline nose and elongated neck; many times these figurines have paled over the years, but this one still has FABULOUS COLORING with BEAUTIFULLY BLUSHED arms and legs!
