Bowl measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 1/4 inches tall Handle ... moreextends out another 2 inches and is approx. 4 inches tall Marked ROYAL IRONSTONE CHINA with the stamp of the lion. Crown and unicorn, with CHARLES MEAKIN ENGLAND under it. This printed mark was used on the earliest pottery made at the Burslem Works location. From 1870 to 1882. There are a few expected minor anomalies inherent with hand-made pottery. The inside is quite clean. Close inspection reveals very minor scratches on the bottom from use over 130 years ago. The glazing on the exterior is very nice There are no chips on the top edge. As shown in the photos. There is a very small crack at the top right side of the handle that appears to have been glued, possibly prior to glazing. This is not very obvious to the eye when on display, and in my opinion it is a minor visual issue. I have tried to be as complete as possible in my description. But I'm not an antique expert and have assessed this chamber pot based on the research I have done. Please look carefully at the photos. As they are part of the description. Because of the age of this item. It will be sold AS IS and returns not accepted. so if you have any questions at all about the condition of this piece, please be sure to ask before purchasing so there are no surprises. RARE ANTIQUE IRONSTONE CHILD SIZE /MINIATURE CHAMBER POT!
ÜBER RARE! Child size white ironstone chamber pot! I have NEVER seen another in over 30 years of collecting! This is in MINT condition and looks like its never been used. There are NO cracks, NO chips, NO wear marks. There is only a few minor blemishes that are common to this type of stoneware. Ie: glaze crazing. Very fine, and a couple of under glaze dark spots as shown in the photos. There is also some fine glaze bubbles on the inside bottom. I'm my opinion NONE of that makes a bit of difference. This is probably the best piece of early primitive stoneware I have ever come across. I found this in New Bedford Massachusetts. It measures just 4" across the opening not counting the wide rim. Which included makes this 5 1/4" across from edge to edge. And it is 3" tall. The handle is applied and has a fancy decoration ... moreembossed into it. Take a look at the pictures and ask any questions. I am selling this with much reluctance, so I am putting a reserve, which I almost NEVER do! Ladies ironstone cuspidor/chamber pot
A unique hand painted ladies cuspidor recently aquired from the" Charlotte Museum of History" It measures. 8 1/2" in diameter and 3 1/4" high. There are 2 openings on the side which are bordered by 2 birds outlined in red, kinda unique I think. The finish contains small cracks thru-out the entire piece, probably due to hot water sanitizing, and there is some discolorment hopefuly from tobacco juice. The crest on the bottom is of a lion an oval with a crown on top and a unicorn, under which reads" ironstone china, M.P. Co. Overall it is in great shape for being used and 100 plus years old.

This pretty chamber pot measures about 7" high with the lid on. It's 9" in diameter. The pot and lid are decorated with mauve and white carnations with brownish shading. The edges and handles are decorated with gold specks. There are no markings on the bottom. I suspect this may be English. This would look beautiful filled with a flower arrangement or just as a decorative piece. There's some age crazing and a very tight 1 1/2" crack on the lid. Hopefully someone will recognize the name on the bottom and can identify where this antique chamber pot came from. English- backstamp on the bottom reads. Francis Sparks of the West, 144 Oxford Street, London W. Excellent condition and believed to be ironstone although it does not indicate this on the bottom. Large at 9" in diameter at the top and 5 1/4" tall. Excellent condition with a half dime size rough and discolored spot on the inside near where the handle meets the base. And a very tiny, very old nick in the rim. Trimmed in shiny gold glaze with very slight wear. Trimmed more with gold on the handle and one circle around the body of the base.

There is a chip on the lid(mostly on the underside) and a few small cracks on the lid. The pot has no chips, cracks, damage, or repairs. The pot is 5" high and with lid approx 7 1/2" high. The bowl part is approx 8 5/8" across and from the handle across is approx 11" I really like this piece but we will be moving in 3 years and we are downsizing. This is a very heavy piece.

Antique John Maddock Royal Vitreous China Chamber Pot and Ewer 1860 Poppy HUGE!
These gorgeous pieces of Royal Vitreous were made by John Maddock and Sons. In England, circa 1860. The pattern is POPPY. The background is white with a lot of gold, and the poppies in bright deep blue. The ewer is 11 inches tall. And measures 9 1/2 inches from the edge of the handle to the tip of the spout. The top opening is 5 1/2 inches in diameter. The widest part of the body measures 7 1/2 inches. Trimmed in gold at the upper edges. The chamber pot. The beautiful pattern is called'Phlox' and my photos don't do justice to its rich yet delicate colors. The pitcher measures 11" tall x 8" wide x 5" diameter at the top. This is a very old Enaelware Chamber Pot/Slop Jar made by the Columbian Co. Of Terra Haute. Ind. It is white with black trim and has a dark brown wood bail handle with rusting metal attached. It stands 8" tall(without the lid that is warped and does not fit as it should) The lid is about 9 1/2" across and measuring all the way around the pot is 27" As you can see in the pictures, this piece shows quite a bit of wear with scratches, nicks, some rust and worn areas. Unbelievable that most of the old sticker is still there, but part of it is crinkled and ready to tear off. I plan to tape a baggie over it to keep what's remaining of the sticker intact. I got this antique ironstone chamber pot from an estate sale in Ohio. This was quite dirty and I cleaned it up some. It had a note taped inside that I will send along with it. It tells who it belonged to and has it dated 1824. One side of the pot has some black stains that look like mildew. It isn't pitted. So it's possible this may come out with further cleaning. A early 20th century carnival giveaway from Manchester Depot Vermont. A neat piece in great shape. This was either intended to be an eye cup or a doll's miniature champer pot, probably the latter! Either way(flushing your eye or carrying your doll's unmentionables) the 2 inch diameter by 1 1/2 inch tall cup is overall ruby flashed, except for the clear handle and gilt rim. Bears an overall fine crackling, but the Manchester Depot Vt is in great shape with original silver paint over the acid etching. A neat chamber pot or eye cup. There is a small star like crack That is shown in the pics. This crack only shows on the outside.
