The chair is made entirely of wood, and the piece comes with a little enamelware chamber pot with a handle. The enamel on the chamber pot is worn, and is completely worn through to the rough metal in several areas, which have some light surface rust. The wood on the chair is in fairly good condition, but it is beginning to split at one end of the arm rest, as well as on the seat. I am unsure of the age or manufacture of the chair. It is 14.5" tall, 14" wide across the armrests, 13.5" long from front to back, with the seat at 11" deep, 7.

Antique/Vintage ENAMEL CHAMBER POT with Wood Handle and Blue Trim (no lid)
You are bidding on an antique/vintage ENAMEL CHAMBER POT in used. But good overall condition. It is white enamel coated with blue trim, measuring about 10" high and about 11" across. There is one minor chip on the lip and a larger chip and some scratches on the bottom of the pot. The enamel is very smooth on outside and inside of pot, except bottom which has roughness. It does have a wooden handle but no lid. This would make a great addition to your collection or make a fun conversation piece! Hopefully the pictures detail condition for you. If you have questions. There is a small star like crack That is shown in the pics. This crack only shows on the outside. It can not be seen on the inside, So I don't know if this is really considered a crack or just more crazing. From what I found researching on the net, this was made in 1924. It is a very nice original piece.

You are bidding on an antique J& E Mayer ceramic chamber pot with lid. This pot measures approx. 7.5 inches tall with the lid. The opening of the pot measures 9 inches in diameter. The lid itself is 10 inches in diameter. The chamber pot is white underglazed with green images of ivy vines. Acorns, and oak leaves. The handles on both the lid and the pot are decorated also. Some of the design including around the edge of the lid is embossed. There are also some areas on the pot and the base that are embossed. There is some crazing on the inside of the pot. There is also a chip on the under side of the lid that shows slightly from a side view but not from the top. The pot is free of chips and cracks. 1894 Royal Doulton Chamber Pot and Wash Basin A 4824/A7824 Chrysanthemums Covered chamber pot and large wash basin dated 1894 by Royal Doulton. England Delicate pink and blue painted Chrysanthemum pattern Chamber pot marked A 4824. Basin marked A 7824 Chamber pot has a 1/2" chip on rim. Unnoticeable under chamber pot lid and age related stress cracks not protruding Chamber pot measures 9 1/2' X 7 1/2" Wash Basin measures 17" round and 5" deep and is in excellent condition Clear makers mark on both pieces The Doulton company was selected as the ceramic and pottery maker of choice to the Crown of England. The moniker of Royal was added at a later date. Doulton was mostly known for their chamber pots. Wash basin, sanitery products first, adding dinner and serving ware a few years later.

Stamped in brown on bottom under glaze is: The Wellsville China Co. Wellsville, Ohio. Most likely dates from the early 1900's. Makes an Attractive Display Piece or Planter CONDITION: There is overall crazing along with some light age discoloration under glaze. Hairline crack on side near handle. This antique child's chamber pot is in really great condition. Considering its age. The original label, just a small portion is missing, reads: BELMONT WARE THE BELMONT STAMPING AND ENAMELING COMPANY, Philadelphia, Ohio. It is 7" in diameter at the top, 4" deep, 4" in diameter at the base. Note the bright white enamel plus the black rim and handle, with absolutely no dents anywhere. Please check out all my pictures. I see one discoloration mark inside the pot, and three under the rim(have to look really hard for them. Sold as is, you will not be disappointed with this piece of"elimination history. My mother, born in 1908, was the oldest of 9 children and often was in charge of this particular item, pouring out its contents in the outhouse each morning. The piece measures approximately 3 1/4 inches high and 5 3/4 inches across the top. It is in good condition except for a chip on the top rim and some of the decals are beginning to show wear. see photos) The bottom says, L.G. Co. N.Y. MADE IN GERMANY. This listing is for a vintage enamelware OR Porcelain pot with cover, an early 1900s White Porcelain Coated Chamber Pot. It was also called a Thunder Bucket. My dad remembers the Thunder Bucket very well. And had to tell me what it was when he acquired it. They were used in the old days as a potty in the house. And emptied at a later time. The pot with the lid measures about 11”tall and 10 7/8” across. There is some rust on the pot as shown in the pictures. Condition Most of the items that I sell are used. W H Grindley chamber pot w/bronze color transferware, 1890's globe/steamership
Well preserved chamber pot with WH Grindley mark and Seine on bottom. Picture does not show this clearly. I am not an expert on dating these items but from what I've read online I believe this dates to the late 1800s. From one website. I learned: printed mark incorporating a globe and steamer boat c.1880-1891" The third picture is from another website and shows the steamer boat on top of a globe which is the mark on my chamber pot: HOWEVER; the pot I am listing does not have Tunstall or Daisy on it.
