The body is ironstone, This comes with the jar. The scarce insert and the lid. The jar itself has knob handles on each side for the addition of a leather or fabric handle if desired. The knobs are also decorated. The insert fits securely in the top of the jar and is also decoratedon the top side as shown in photos. The lid has profuse decoration. The unit stands approximately 12 1/2" high. The pail is approximately 12" from handle to handle. In VERY GOOD condition with no damage or reapirs to either the lid or the insert. The pail has one chip at the base. Below the center image on one side(See photo) The pail has a light overall crazing evident on the exterior but not on the interior and no crazing at all on the insert or lid. Beautiful dark blue transfer on nice creamy white ironstone. It is marked on the base of the pail with the Minton Globe mark and the pattern name in a banner. The lid bears a small. Antique John Maddock Royal Vitreous China Chamber Pot and Ewer 1860 Poppy HUGE!
These gorgeous pieces of Royal Vitreous were made by John Maddock and Sons. In England, circa 1860. The pattern is POPPY. The background is white with a lot of gold, and the poppies in bright deep blue. The ewer is 11 inches tall. And measures 9 1/2 inches from the edge of the handle to the tip of the spout. The top opening is 5 1/2 inches in diameter. The widest part of the body measures 7 1/2 inches. Trimmed in gold at the upper edges. The chamber pot. Or slop pot, stands a tall 13 1/2 inches, with the lid. It is 10 1/2 inches from handle tip to handle tip. It is 10 1/2 inches in diameter. A fabulous piece! The box of tissues are NOT included. 1890's Harker White Pottery Semi Porcelain Chamber Pot Nice Mold
Nice old mold Harker Pottery 1890's chamber pot. Nice white semi porcelain with accents(some missing) in gold. Bottom has mark along side the slight crack and crazing. The crack runs from bottom to shoulders of the pot. If you don't plan to use it for it's intended purpose: Then it should't be a problem. I don't think it leaks anyway. 17th Century Dutch Chamber Pot WHITE DELFT Scarce Childs Size!
This is a very scarce 17th century piece. It is a very small size childs white Delfft chamber pot. The white Delft ones are scarcer in general but these small childrens sizes even more so. The piece is a dug piece and was found missing parts of the rim but it has been restored. It measures 3 3/4" tall by5" wide. A nice inexpensive example.

The holes are there but there is no arms. Also if you look at pic 6 you will see there is no frame with hole to sit on. It is gone. But the hinges are there. The box and lid are there and very nice. Pretty Pottery Chamber Pot
Here is a lovely pottery chamber with a colorful pattern. In addition the pot itself is a relatively unusual casting with steep bottom slope and a patterned casting. The pot is unmarked but the construction and decoration puts it at around 1900. Perhaps earlier. There is some staining and crazing but the pot is in good condition for one that is roughly 100 years old. Because the shipping is so expensive for overseas. I will only list shipping for the US. ANTIQUE FLOW BLUE CHAMBER POT 1890'S FULLY MARKED PURCHASED IN ENGLAND IN 1968
Up for auction is an antique chamber pot in flow blue made in the 1890's. It was purchased by me in London in an antique store in 1968. The original price tag is still with the pot. I didn't know at the time what I was buying and thought it was some kind of vase. In my travels in England later on I discovered its nature because I stayed in some hotels that had chamber pots under the beds. It was used as a vase for many years. The dimensions are: circumference at the lip; 8.5 inches; circumference at the lower bulge; 9.25 inches; height; 5.5 inches. It is in excellent condition having only small ding on the underside of the bulge. About 3 mm long. It was originally gilded, but most of the gilding has been worn off. CHAMBER POT THUNDER MUG ANTIQUE IRONSTONE HOTEL ENGLAND POTTERY
Hopefully someone will recognize the name on the bottom and can identify where this antique chamber pot came from. English- backstamp on the bottom reads. Francis Sparks of the West, 144 Oxford Street, London W. Excellent condition and believed to be ironstone although it does not indicate this on the bottom. Large at 9" in diameter at the top and 5 1/4" tall. Excellent condition with a half dime size rough and discolored spot on the inside near where the handle meets the base. And a very tiny, very old nick in the rim. Trimmed in shiny gold glaze with very slight wear. Trimmed more with gold on the handle and one circle around the body of the base.

Child's / Doll's Chamber Pot - Germany - Pink Enamel on Metal - Yellow Chick
This is a child's/ doll's chamber pot marked Made in Germany on the bottom. It is pink enamel on metal. The handle is securely attached and in very good condition. The pot measures 6 inches diameter and 3 inches high. The pink paint shows wear/ damage in 3 places. Along the outside edge of the top a section of the paint has cracked and is absent(1 1/4 inches x 3/4 of an inch) Adjacent to that are some visible paint cracks. But no paint loss. There are some cracks to the paint at the top and bottom of the handle where it joins the bowl. The paint is present, but the cracks are visible. The"cold paint" chick decoration is as shown, with some paint missing from the design. This is a very attract ive piece for the collector of v intage children's/ doll accessories. Royal Ironstone China Alfred Meakin Ltd Chamber Pot W/Lid-England-Late 1800's
These chamber pots are very collectible and rare. Especially with the lid. This one also has a crocheted lid cover. There is a chip on the lid(mostly on the underside) and a few small cracks on the lid. The pot has no chips, cracks, damage, or repairs. The pot is 5" high and with lid approx 7 1/2" high. The bowl part is approx 8 5/8" across and from the handle across is approx 11" I really like this piece but we will be moving in 3 years and we are downsizing. This is a very heavy piece.

This chamber pot has the Johnson Bros England Royal Ironstone China maker mark on the bottom- the mark dates from 1883-1913 per the Johnson Bros site. There also some numbers that I can't make out embedded into the bottom. The pot is 5 inches tall and almost 9in diameter. There is embossing on the sides and handle. No cracks or chips. There is some discoloration on the bottom(see photos) I will answer all questions and post more photos by request. These come from a non-smoking home. FOR SALE: A gorgeous antique bedroom set. Pitcher. Wash basin and chamber pot with cover are in excellent condition, remarkable for their age, no chips or cracks and only the slightest discoloring. The beautiful pattern is called'Phlox' and my photos don't do justice to its rich yet delicate colors. The pitcher measures 11" tall x 8" wide x 5" diameter at the top. Wash basin: 5 1/2" tall x 15 1/4" diameter. The chamber pot: 5 1/4" tall x 9" diameter at the top. Age unknown but my best guess is mid to late 19th c. A wonderful addition to any collection, and frankly, as useful now as when first made. But only 10 percent intact at the rim and handle. It has some glaze imperfections with some scuffing to the base where it sits. Antique Royal Ironstone China Johnson Bro England Chamber Pot Circa 1824
I got this antique ironstone chamber pot from an estate sale in Ohio. This was quite dirty and I cleaned it up some. It had a note taped inside that I will send along with it. It tells who it belonged to and has it dated 1824. One side of the pot has some black stains that look like mildew. It isn't pitted. So it's possible this may come out with further cleaning. Ladies ironstone cuspidor/chamber pot
A unique hand painted ladies cuspidor recently aquired from the" Charlotte Museum of History" It measures. 8 1/2" in diameter and 3 1/4" high. There are 2 openings on the side which are bordered by 2 birds outlined in red, kinda unique I think. The finish contains small cracks thru-out the entire piece, probably due to hot water sanitizing, and there is some discolorment hopefuly from tobacco juice. The crest on the bottom is of a lion an oval with a crown on top and a unicorn, under which reads" ironstone china, M.P. Co. Overall it is in great shape for being used and 100 plus years old.

One image on pot is blurry where the color ran, it's not the picture that's blurry. Condition: Overall. For it's age, it looks to be in excellent/ near mint condition. Up for auction from the estate of a New York designer is an antique Minton chamber pot with a pink border a gold leaf rim and gold flower design. This charming piece was imported by Davis Collamore& Co. of New York. It measures 5 inches high and 9 1/4 inches in diameter. And is in good vintage condition. The handle is perfectly intact. Vintage Chamber Pot Enamel on Steel White w/ Red Trim and Lid Black Wood Handle
Vintage porcelain enamel on steel chamber pot. The base has gently curving sides in white with a line of red trim around the top rim. It's large enough and sturdy enough to sit on(of course) The lid fits well and is solid fire engine red. There is a wire handle on the base that has a rotating. Black wooden handle. It stands about 9 1/2" tall, is 10" wide and weighs just under 3 pounds. It came from an estate sale and it's not marked for manufacturer or age. It's clean and in good condition. There are two chips in the enamel on the bottom edge, four small rust spots inside and a few light marks from age.
