I have lightly sand blasted the bottom and back side of the under neath and gave it new coat of auto enamel with a hardener in it. The sink as you see it weights about 325# It is 53" long x 25" wide x 22" high wo/legs and 39" high w/legs. The legs are removable. Staffordshire and is clearly stamped on the base with a black eagle mark. It has an embossed design of leaves around the top. Measures 13 3/4 inches wide and stands 4 1/4 inches tall. This is in the Forget Me Not pattern which you can see on page 121 of Jean Weatherbee's book. Dates this piece to c 1868. This piece is in very good condition. There is minor age crazing and one very light hairline of about 1 inch which is very tight and with no associated chips or cracks. Very hard to see. There is a very small light stain inside on base. Beautiful McCoy fruit festival jug and bowl/basin done in brown/tan with the infamous shine that it retained all these years. Vintage 1950's fruit festival pattern McCoy stamped on bottom. This set measures approx. 7 1/2" high and 8" wide including handle and spout and the bowl is 3 1/4" tall and 10 3/4" wide. Great condition, the only crazing issue(cracks under finish) in inside the bowl and under the finish, can also be spied underneath. It does not show up in picture 4. Only the 2 benchmarks there that are visible and supposed to be there do, but there is a tiny chip on the interior ring of the very bottom unglazed portion(pretty common) It has no effect on the item or its display as you have to turn it upside down and look for it carefully to see it. This is a lovely and vintage FLOW BLUE basin pitcher that was made by Thomas Hughes& Sons in ENGLAND. This is found in the FLORENTINE pattern. Absolutely fabulous and beautiful in every respect. No chips/cracks or damage found. There is one tiny spot on the inside of the pitcher that was unglazed. But this does not detract in the least(photo#4 and very hard to photograph) It measures nearly 11" in height and 10 1/2" in diameter across the top. This knife blade was found in either Northern Nevada or Southern Idaho several decades ago. There's some damage at top and bottom. But most of base is intact as is the length of the blade. It looks very much like a plainview or clovis knife. The irregularity at top slightly protruding to one side is what throws me off. Unusual for a plainview or clovis to have that. But possible. Maybe this piece wasn't finished. The irregularity may be stone that wasn't flaked to perfection because of breakage while knapping the blade or some other type of flaw. Te-Oh Nippon Hand Painted Violet Flower Frog and Floating Flower Basin I have seen these items described in a number of ways but it is my understanding. After years of shopping at and working in antiques stores that this is a floating flower basin. The flower frog rests at the base of the basin to anchor the stems so that the flowers(violets, of course! will appear to be floating on the surface of the water. It's really charming to see one of these with actual flowers. Please look carefully at the pictures because this item is not in the best of conditions. The flower frog has a noticeable chip on the edge. And there is a hairline crack that goes right across one side. The basin is a bit worn and stained, the gold is quite rubbed in places, and there's a spiderweb crack at the bottom. Despite all this, I believe that this item could ... morestill be used if a small water container was placed in the bottom of the basin and that the frog could rest atop. Knowles. Taylor and knowles American Semi-vitrious porcelain Up for auction is a beautiful Antique Large porcelain water bowl or basin. Basic white with lovely Green Roses. Made by K.T. K( Knowles Taylor and Knowles) of U.S.A. Outer rim has gold which is in very very good condition. Approx. 16 1/2" across and approx. 4 1/2" high. There is a couple very very small fleabites under the outer rim which on cannot see. There are no hairlines or chips. There is overall age crazing.When turned to bright light one can see ever so slightly what was once hard water stains. But barely noticed and would not even show with pitcher set inside. Some where is the matching pitcher, but a solid white pitcher would look extremely nice and looked matched.

The pitcher is 10 1/2" to highest point and 8 3/4" spout to handle. I am assuming becasue it is stamped"Japan" instead of"Made in Japan" it would be pre-war. This Alpine White WOOD& SONS Coffee Pot. Milk Jug and Sugar Basin are all decorated with a pretty crocus pattern. The coffee pot stands 9.25 inches high and measures 3.75 inches across its base. It has a backstamp with Alpine White Ironstone WOOD& SONS ENGLAND. It is in nice condition although it does have crazing and a very tiny nick on the edge of the spout which is not easily seen and found by touch! The lid has two tiny raised"air bubble" spots which must have been at the making of the item. To the base of the lid there is also a small area of paint loss which doesn't seem to be a chip or nick. It can only be seen when the lid is taken off. The milk jug stands 4.5 inches high and measures 2.75 inches across its base. It has the same backstamp as the coffee pot. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks and ... moreonly a few areas of crazing. The sugar basin stands 2.75 inches high and measures 4.25 inches across its opening. It has WOOD'S ENGLAND impressed in the base of it. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks but does have crazing. There is also a 0.75 inch silver coloured"line" near the base that may be part of a transfer done at the decorating part of the making. Even with all these foibles this is a delightful set that displays well!

Vintage 1920s' - 50's Crane Porcelain Double Basin Sink - Kitchen - Laundry Room
Up for Auction is a Vintage Crane Porcelain Double Basin Sink. It Could be used as a Kitchen Sink or a Laundry Room Sink. Made sometime between the 1920's- 1950's. I'm not sure exactly. But in that time frame. I removed this sink from a house that is going to be torn down. It was used in the Laundry area of the basement. The style of the home was very a common style from the 1920's- 1950's, a Cape Cod style home. But from everything else in the house. I'd say most likely from the 1930's or 1940's. The sink is in Very Good. Used Condition. There are a few small chips in the porcelain, none too big. The bottoms of the sink basins have several small chinks out of each side. This is a well built. Heavy sink. It's made of cement with an over glazing of Porcelain. The Sink sits on a pressed metal Base. It could ... morebe mounted onto a custom framework. There are holes on the back bottom, that can accept bolts. I would guess that the sink Weighs between 80 and 100 pounds. The sink Dimensions are as follows: 36 Inches Wide overall. One area, the very back by the Back Splash is 36 1/2 Inches Wide. 33 3/4 Inches High to the basin edge. Sitting on the metal Base. 4 1/2 Inches High to the Back Splash. 24 3/4 Inches Deep From the Top Front Sink edge to the Back Splash. The Basins are 14 3/8 Inches Wide X 17 1/2 Inches Front to Back and 11 5/8 Inches Deep. There is no spill over hole between the Basins. The Back Splash is 1- 1 1/4 Inches High. The Opening for the Faucet Fixture is 5 5/16 Inches Wide X 1 7/16 Inches Deep. On the back of the sink Debossed into the cement is a circle with"THE TRENTON. and"TRADEMARK" That's all I could make out of it. The rest is unreadable. This sink can be used as in.
