Antique Redware/Yelloware Clobbered Mug" Up for auction is an antique redware/yelloware mug glazed cream and clobbered with cobalt blue and brown on the outside and a pale green on the inside. Unmarked. The mug measures 4 3/4 inches tall and about 4 1/4 inches around the"girth" which is wider than foot and mouth. Condition is only fair, with a large chip in the rim and about a 2 inch hairline crack extending down from the chip. Early 1800s English Brass Beer Mug This nice old English beer mug was probably used in the early 1800's or perhaps earlier. It is marked on the base RF RCZI. It measures about 4 3/4" high and is about 3 1/2" in diameter at the top. It has heavy cast bronze handle attached to the mug with copper rivets as well as a bottom attached to the mug body with copper rivets. The body of the mug is hand hammered copper/ brass. The date 1832 refers to the year the college was founded, but this piece still dates easily pre-1900, between 1880 and 1900; stencil of a big white"W" on the back, you can easily see a college student swilling a pint in this mug. It is signed Muski and on the bottom it says handpainted and Egyptian Art Ware. It is 12 1/4" tall and 6 1/4" wide at the base. You are bidding on a VINTAGE ANTIQUE lidded stein/tankard/mug. I have done my research on this item and I can't find this exact one anywhere. There is a copper or brass( I really am not to sure) emblem on it that states" SEMPER FAMA CRESCAT" Above the emblem it has the date"1903" engraved in it. Below the emblem it has" W. E. BROOKS JR. It has a glass bottom. Below the glass on the bottom of the cup on one side it is engraved" 0125" below that" PAMAPPL'D FOR RAM FEB. 16. 1898. REED& BARTON" As far as" pamappld for ram" I am assuming it says that. I have got a very close look at it and it is hard to read those first couple words. From what I can see I believe that is what it says.the date and Reed& Barton are easier to read. I have done some research on this and can't ... moreseem to find one like this. The stein does seem to be in great shape given the year, and I assume it was made in 1898 because that is the date engraved on the bottom, and I am assuming the 1903 and Name was engraved later on and given to Mr. Brooks. In excellent condition. A silverplate tankard/mug by Redfield& Rice, New York. From 1862- 1865, the tankard has a striking design including borders, floral sprays and a cameo for a monogram but there is no monogram. Even the handle is elaborate. There are a couple of dents on the rim befitting its age. On the base numbers have been etched for identification by the owner. The tankard stands a tad more than 3 ½" tall at the edge of the rim and a bit more than that at the top of the handle. Found at a fine southern estate sale.

I had a hard time photographing this! I hope the pictures are O.K. This large vintage rib optic glass tankard pitcher has a very nice shape to it. And a ribbed handle. It measures approximately 12" at its tallest point, by 7 3/4" from handle to spout, and will hold 72 ounces(or 9 cups) I am not sure of its maker. possibly flint glass, but don't know how to identify positively. It is in very good condition. And has no chips, cracks, or staining. Just a few minor scratches, a couple of very tiny air bubbles encased within the glass, and a couple of thin lines on the outer surface which were simply done in the making(don't really know what this is properly called, but definitely not cracked! Antique Pewter Half Pint Measure This measure has several marks. But I have not been able to identify who the maker is. I've attempted to describe the markings below and have provided photos that show all of these marks. Stamped: 1/2 Pint" Imperial" Also, poorly stamped but legible is"Suffolk" as well as three letters/numbers inside of a circle. The first letter is clearly"D" the second is questionable, and the third is"3" Stamped on inside bottom: A crown. With an"X" underneath. The measure stands 3 3/4" tall. And measures 2 3/4" across the base. It appears to have seen a good amount of use during its life. It is very sturdy, but has a faintly lopsided posture and asymmetrical feel.

ANTIQUE, POTTERY CERAMIC STEIN, MUG, TANKARD, HAND PAINTED,WITH CLEAR GLAZE
For auction I have a very interesting. Colorful, what I would call a stein, it looks to be handcrafted and hand painted, with a folk art sort of design. This piece is 5 1/8" tall and just as wide including the handle, which has a 1/4" chip which shows up pretty well in photo#11. Their is no other damage to this stein. It's base is about 4" wide and the mouth is 3" wide. I know very little else about this stein, it's age and origin are unknown to me, and it is unmarked. This was from my mother's estate and I remember it being in her home for many years.

Antique Willets Belleek Mug / Tankard Gooseberries Beautiful & Rare
This beautiful Willets Belleek Mug is hand painted with a gooseberries motif. The stamp on the bottom denotes manufacture between 1879 and 1912. I believe this mug to be from 1895, it matches the CAC Belleek pitcher I have listed which is dated 1895. This would also fall into the time period that Walter Lenox worked for Willets Manufacturing. It is in fabulous condition. I can neither see nor feel any anomalies. It stands about 5.25"T x 2.75" across the mo uth and 3.75" at the base. I am happy to answer any questions. Thanks for looking!
