German Regimental Beer Stein Old Antique Vintage Cavalry Military Tankard
Description Offered for you collecting pleasure this 1/2 liter regimental stein bought originally by Gefreiter Bachmeier. Gefreiter Bachmeier served in the 3rd Squadron of the Ulan Regiment"Konig Wilhelm I" 2nd Wuerttemberg No 20 and was garrisoned in Ludwigsburg. He served with the regiment from 1899 to 1902. In the left panel. A group of Ulan's can be seen parading through a city. In contrast, the other side panel features a regiment of Ulan in full charge toward the enemy. The lithophane is of a man and his lady love. Lithophane is clear with no lines. The stein has hairline near handle, on inside of base, and has poorly repaired base chips. Bottom blue base band repainted. Due to the condition, this stein is being sold AS-IS with absolutely no returns or refunds. The tankard is in very good condition having no dents or scratches(I have never polished it) and has a plain round baluster body with no engraving. It has an Anthemion Leaf thumb piece and sits on a collet foot. It weighs 200 grams and measures just under 4" tall with an approximately 3" diameter base/body. The case. I had a hard time photographing this! I hope the pictures are O.K. This large vintage rib optic glass tankard pitcher has a very nice shape to it. And a ribeed handle. It measures approximately 12" at its tallest point, by 7 3/4" from handle to spout. I have no idea of its maker. It is in very good condition. And has no chips, cracks, or staining. Just a few minor scratches, a couple of very tiny air bubbles encased within the glass, and a couple of thin lines on the outer surface which were simply done in the making(don't really know what this is properly called, but definitely not cracked! This is for an antique India solid silver chased 1 pint tankard. Circa 1930. Made of solid silver. And of tapering cylindrical form, with a full 1 pint capacity, a large curved handle, and a spreading stepped support. The sides are decorated with embossed and chased technique to depict a native farmer ploughing a field with two oxen, straw roofed huts, an elephant, and trees, all on a stipple-chased ground. 1894 Antique Lenox Belleek Tankard Signed & Handpainted Drunk Monk In Winery
Exquisite hand painted antique Tankard made by the CAC(Ceramic Arts Company) Belleek. From the years 1889 to 1906, which later became the Lenox company as we now know it. This highly desirable art piece signed by Rita Owen Hick, is painted reminiscent of the true Flemish Masters. This captures a whimsical scene of two Friars or Monks, one who has imbibed too much and fallen asleep on the cellar floor amid the wine barrels, and the other Monk walking into the cellar, scoffing at what he has walked into. The details are so fine and vivid, the colors rich and precise, with the quality of this art piece being a treasure to behold. This is a family heirloom, which belonged to my Great Grandfather, given to him on his 21st Birthday, the year 1894. He had a penchant for Trappist Beer Tripel, made by the monks in Westmalle Monastery in Belgium. Antique Limoges PL Tankard Circa 1906-1938 Art Nouveau France
This tankard is 5-3/4" tall and 4-1/4" in diameter at the base. There is some light wear on the gold paint around the base and just a little bit of wear on the brim and handle. The last picture( no. 10) shows the wear on the base. The rest is so minor it won't photograph. Also pictures nos. 8& 9 show small marks of misplaced paint which is under the glaze. Beyond those things this tankard is in quite good condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Research says the mark on the bottom( green porcelian mark) dates the tankard between 1906 and 1938 and the style is art nouveau.

Antique German Pewter Prussian Imperial Eagle 8pc Set Flagon Tankard Stein c1885 SCROLL DOWN FOR ALL PHOTOS Description- A Magnificent Antique German Pewter Drinking set featuring the Prussian Imperial Eagle in high relief. Made about 1885. It includes a Large Stein. Tankard or Flagon, 6 drinking glasses and a very large round tray. The Tray is 18" in diameter, the Flagon is 13.5 Tall and all together the 8 pieces weigh 14-1/2 Pounds! The tankard has an ornate lid in Gothic style with an elaborate strap handle. The hinge is a closed-hinge lid with intricate designs on each side of the hinge. It has a character dragon spout with a gargoyle face beneath dragon. A tankard exactly like this one was sold on Ebay in January(see item#290842737993) I mention this because that example was marked and engraved. Based on the marking I think that ... moremy set must also have been made by"Deutschen Kunst-Zinnguss-Waaren-Fabrik v. F. Bock. Karlsruhe, Baden" My set is marked only with the number"L 5035" The L is a script capital letter. I can see the mark on all pieces except the tray. There is no engraving on my set, but based on the engraved date on the other stein mentioned above, I can confidently date this set to about 1885. Size- The entire set weighs 14.5 pounds(6.58 kilos) TANKARD is 13-1/2" tall and 7" in diameter across the base(34.3 x 17.8 cm) TRAY is 18" in diameter and about 1-1/8" deep(45.7 x 2.8 cm) GLASSES are each 6-1/2" tall. 2-5/8" across the foot and across the opening(16.5 x 6.7 cm) Condition- All things considered. This set is in Excellent Condition. The condition of the tankard is excellent. There is a small edge bend on the tray that can only be seen with careful inspection. The glasses have some minor bends along the thin edges of the openings, and two of them have small inconsequential dents on the foot rims. Besides those mentioned, I don't see any other dings or dents and there are no cracks or repairs that I can find. As always. I unconditionally

this is an exquisite antioque quadruple silver plated Wlcox tankard kettle pitcher. it has beautifully ornate detailing and a great handle with a heart finial at the bottom. it also has a knock bracket at the top where the lid hits the handle. the lid has a bracket and a great solid finial as well. the spout has a victorian style look. And the base is a routed circular base. it's made from thick material and has a nice patina. But has almost all its original silver just a small spot by spout. no dents and measures 13 1/4 by 8 inches signed at the bottom. Large 13 1/2" Antique Glass Tankard or Pitcher
NOTE: I am currently listing numerous items. So please check my other listings! You are bidding on a hand painted very large glass tankard or pitcher. I do not know anything about this(age. Maker, etc. but the painting looks by hand and is a thicker paint in a lot of places. There is some wear on the gold trim and it looks like there may have been once in the past a gold trim line around the base, but that is completely worn off. The glass is frosted and also feels like it is lighter weight, not heavy like modern glass, and there are what appears to be a faint line for a three-seam mold. See pictures of the bottom, where is written in white paint"7127" The glass handle is applied as well. It is about 13 1/2" tall to the top of the spout and about 5 3/4" across the base, its widest. First advertised in 1906. This is a McKee Hand pressed clear glass Lemonade Tankard in the Martec Pattern. This beautiful pitcher stands 9.25" tall, 6" at its widest, 5.25" across the base, 7.5" from handle to spout and 4.125" across the opening. it is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, air bubbles or any damage that I can see. the pontil is smooth. There are some hard water deposits in the bottom, that you can see in photo 9 that I have not attempted to remove. Pre packaged weight is 4.3 pounds. Note the triple cut handle. The sterling silver was made by J.F. Fradley of New York City. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures. SIZE: The pitcher is approximately 11.5 inches tall. It weighs 3 pounds 8 ounces. CONDITION: There are a few tiny flea bites on some of the raised sharp edges of the cuts. There are some wear scratches on the bottom. The glass is mostly clear except for some faint water marks on the inside. That I have not tried to clean off. Extremely rare and large 18th century Stiegel type tankard measuring 6 1/8" tall x 6" over handle. Applied strap handle and rough pontil. The exterior decorated with bands of applied glass in relief. Description At over 11 1/2 inches tall. Offered for your collecting pleasure, a mint Imperial German Dragoon stein. Cavalry reservist Mennel served in the 4th squadron Lieb Dragoon regiment 2nd Grand Ducal Hessian number 24 from 1899 to 1902 garrisoned in Darmstadt. The stein has a tight pewter strap. The finial of a dragoon at full gallop leaping a fence. The thumblift is a rampart crowned lion holding a shield. The scene on the left shows a mounted Dragoon saying farewell to his lady love as the bugler signals the return to the barracks. The center scene shows a mounted Dragoon in full uniform over the Hessian state flag and that of Prussia. The honorary Chef of the unit was the"ill fated" Czar Nicholas the 2nd of Russia. The Czar was Wilhelm's Uncle. This is evident by the bold red"N" and Imperial crown on the white ... moreepaulet. The scene on the right shows a squadron of Dragoons charging the enemy across an open battlefield. The roster is 40 strong and very readable. The lithophane is of two women and a man in traditional Tyrollean garb. The litho has no lines or spidering. There are no paint chips, cracks, or other flaws in this mint stein. This is an antique beer tankard with a handle its made of thick glass. I say made of thick crystal glass cause its very bright and heavy and a lid white metal. With a Russian double headed eagle as a centerpiece on top glued on(must be at least 100 y.o. dimentions are 13.3 cm height X 8 cm rim bottom is a bit larger like 8.5 cm thick thick glass I want to say: crystal but it might be not looks very beautiful has a lot of chips on bottom but it is not cracked or broken Beautiful handle! sign of corncupia on lid. But because of the tiny hand forged nails, this tankard could be 18 th century. Most of the early examples I found on the net were short and squat like this stein. The oval base measures 6 ½ inches or 16.5cm in diameter at it widest point and the overall height to the top of the thumb latch is 8 inches or 20.5cm. The high bidder will find that this very early Scandinavian Tankard is in perfect original condition with an untouched dry surface. The interlocking willow bands are still tight and there have never been any restorations.
