Antique Late 1800's English Hand Painted Porcelain Tea Pot
Shown is an antique. Late 1800's, porcelain tea pot that is hand painted. This tea pot was made in England and is numbered, stamped, and marked.although I don't know whose mark it is. Through the research I've done, I've compared it to those who have had that same mark, although I haven't found more than a couple. The ones I found said this was made in 1891. This piece is in great pre-owned condition. There is one minor nick on the underside of the lid, pictured) and there are a couple places where the gold paint is thinning a wee bit, mostly on the spout. Nothing major. It is 5" tall and is about 8 1/2" across from handle to spout. It's difficult to see the colors clearly, but it's a dark brown tea pot with a gold, white, orange, and aqua design. Very pretty. What a super great collector's item. ... moreRest assured.we will pack this very carefully! Please refer to all photos. Thanks so much for looking!

Gorgeous Pair 6 3/4" Antique English Derby Imari Porcelain Shallow Bowls
Gorgeous Pair 6 3/4" Antique English Derby Imari Porcelain Shallow Bowls I tried researching this particular mark but couldn't find it. I believe it is a 19th century English Derby hallmark. Beautiful Imari pattern with cobalt flow blue. Dark brownish red, and gold colors. No damage but there is some paint wear along the rims. The hallmark on the back looks like japanese writing with"DERBY" beneath it. This hallmark is under the glaze. There also appears to be a letter"N" off to the side. The bowls measure 6 3/4" across and stand 1 1/4" tall. Please feel free to ask questions. I would love to hear from you if you have any info on these bowls. Particularly, the age. Not sure exactly how old they are but at least the mid to late 19th century. Could be a lot earlier. This just isn't my forte' Shipping ... moreincludes insurance. Thanks for looking!

For some reason the Ebay U.K. site filters from view the posting of sales by U.S. sellers containing the names of some of the better and more highly collectable English and German porcelain companies. I have no idea why this is. However, I do ship worldwide so you are welcome to bid on any of the items. IMPORTANT BIDDING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION: IF YOU PLAN TO BID ON THIS ITEM AND ARE THE HIGH BIDDER I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY INVOICE ... moreNOT THE INVOICE THAT IS GENERATED IMMEDIATELY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE BY EBAY. Ebay now has rules that all sellers MUST ship items for which they have been paid within one business day without exception. Those who follow my sales and have bought from me over the years know that I have always had a policy of shipping within 24 hours of a sale(see my feedback) However, there are times when I am out of town unexpectedly for a house call, an auction or an estate call and it simply is not possible to get to the post office in time. Also, if you find that there is more than one item you are interested in bidding on over a given time period and would like to take advantage of combined shipping, please again, DO NOT pay me until the last of those items you're watching has finished. I will then send you an invoice with an adjusted shipping fee which saves on postage. I never charge a"handling fee" I would rather wait a few days on a payment and extend you the advantage of lower shipping fees than to be paid immediately- not ship- and then be scored negatively by eBay for not shipping soon enough. Offered in this sale is a group of eight. Heavy. Antique English po

CHAMBERLAIN WORCESTER old Antique English Fine Art China Porcelain 19th Century
Up for sale here is a nice looking. Antique maybe circa 1850s or earlier Chamberlain Worcester hand painted three piece covered urn or vase. The size of the piece comes to about 8 1/4 to 8 1/2 inches in height at the top of the finial handle by 3 3/4 inches in diameter. The piece is marked in what looks like hand written script, not stamped, Chamberlain Worcester No 75" There are condition issues to note on this piece. The finial/ handle was broken or cracked in half at one time and reglued together. The tip of one of the horns on one of the Rams on the side of the urn is chipped off an missing. The decoration is in very good condition with just minimal finish loss at the top of the finial handle. The gold decoration and other designs appear to be intact. There is some sticky spots from where tape once held on the lid and finial to prevent ... moreit from falling off but this could be easily cleaned. This is a very difficult to find Chamberlain Worcester piece. We have not really been able to find this same pattern on other pieces we have researched. Antique Staffordshire type English Porcelain Comforter Red White Spaniel Dog
Please scroll down the page to see all my photos of this item Description: Here I am selling a very attractive and nicely made(although a tiny bit crude) Red and white spaniel comforter dog. I believe it is a 19th Century piece and it has been hand painted with its markings and facial features etc. It is a hollow piece which was made in three parts. Front and back and tail. I think this is quite a desireable piece but cannot attribute it to any specific factory. Please feel free to inform me if you can help with this. Thanks. Photos are a little duller than they should be. The porcelain is brighter white and the red is brighter too. Condition: This piece is in overall very good condition in my opinion. Some bits of paint flaking in the over glaze decoration. There are slight firing flaws here and there in the making in the form of a slight ... moreseparation where the tail joins the body. And a burst clay bubble on his knee. These show up with an eyeglass more than the naked eye. Some tiny impurities in the china clay. We sell second hand. Collectable and antique goods. We never claim that an item is absolutely perfect. Each item tells its own story of life within human society. We give as accurate a description as we can. But do not necessarily look over each piece with a magnifying glass. If you require completely Flawless items please email me before bidding to check if we can meet your requirements. Size: It measures approx 4 inches tall. Age: I have guessed that it was probably manufactured around 1880-1900 Terms of Sale Please read all these ramblings before bidding. Paying close attention to condition, age, size and postage/shipping costs before bidding. This saves disappointment later on and allows for you to question me if you are unsure. We try our best to be accurate. But everyone occasionally misses something. If you discover your item is not exactly as described please contact me before taking any official action. Antique English Georgian Porcelain Incense Burners Coalbrook Flower covered(337)
Very rare and exceptional pair of pastille burners made in England in the Coalbrookdale factories. C 1830. While this kind of piece is very difficult to find, a pair is very unusual. Measurements: 8" high; 5 1/2" diameter. The base is like a cup with an attached saucer and the lid is in the form of an elongated bell with a long turret of encrusted flowers on top. The holes for the smoke to emerge are hidden amongst this rich encrustation of applied flowers. The entire surface of the bowl. Cup and lid is covered with tiny flowers, probably in imitation of Meissen's SNOWBALL/ SNEEUBALLEN. They are light turquoise and white with yellow centers. There are a number of applied modelled flowers, stems and leaves covering this layer as well. The rims of top and bottom have a rich gold border. There are no marks on this piece as was ... morenormal in England at that time. Condition:For such very fine detail. They are in fantastic shape: the small encrusted flowers(snowballs) are almost entirely intact, with one or two very minor chips(and you really have to search for them) and the larger applied flowers have the usual, minor losses. Otherwise, there are no chips/cracks to the porcelain and the gilding is also in great shape- not worn at all. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS– PLEASE NOTE: Import duties.
