Welcome! Presenting a vintage mid 20th century Danish Modern teak wood low side. End or lamp table with a copper tag underneath that says"Furniture by Tomlinson" It measures 16 inches square at the top and about 15 1/2 inches high. The surface is covered with a sheet of cork which has some dark marks on it, a small tear in one corner and is unevenly cut on one side. I don't know if the cork is original to the table or was put down as a protective surface or as an under sheet for tile or some other material. It can be used as it is, covered with tile or other material or removed if desired. The headboard measures 41.5 inches wide and 30.5 inches tall. The nightstand measures 22 inches deep. 24 inches wide and 24.5 inches tall. The drawer is 10 inches deep and 21 inches wide. Nightstand has a small spot as you in the picture, not sure if this could be sanded out.also has a light scuffing on top right which can also be seen in individual photo. This improved with the poly coat. This could definitely be painted if you so choose. Offered for your consideration is this pair of 1970s/80s tessellated stone or marble and brass tables. The kidney form lends itself to making these pieces extremely versatile. Resulting in several possible configurations. Use them as side tables, combine them in a yin/yang pattern to create a larger surface area for use as a"coffee table" or use the large, thick glass to turn one into a coffee table proper. It has a curved plinth bronze base and entrancing pattern of wonderfully patinated trees. Excellent original condition. Table is 27 inches across and 18 inches tall. An exceptional and rare low table by Philip and Kelvin Laverne with an intricate design of trees. Circa 1970, USA. The table is constructed from thin layers of bronze over pewter and has a circular-shaped top sitting on a four-point curved support. The design on the surface is hand-cut through a layer of bronze into a layer of pewter. The top is specially treated in a method innovated by the LaVernes that oxidizes the metal and produces a distinctive colorful patina. This table is signed by the LaVernes. It is SO SO cute with terrific stylish lines and we can assure you. It is not a design you are going to come across very often, if at all. It is literally like a super micro credenza! The chest is comprised of both solid teak and teak veneer. Note the size next to the Eames LCW chair. The compact footprint is fantastic and while perfect for an entryway, it will allow for placement in just about any room in your home. Now lets talk function. You basically have three areas plus the top surface for storage. The top could be used to display some small vases ... moreand maybe a small tray or box for keys. Wallet etc. Below you have double sliding doors, each with a cubicle compartment behind them. In the middle are three pull out drawers that are bypassed by the doors when they are slid side to side. The piece can take on different looks depending on how you position the doors. If you want a something that is pretty much a complete departure from the norm. Look no further. measurements Overall 35" wide by 13" deep by 28.5/8" high at the back and 26 1/4" high to the table top surface. Each Interior storage shelf area is 10 1/5" wide by 12" deep by 8 3/4" high. Each drawer has an interior of 10 1/2" wide by 10" deep by just under 2 1/4" high. condition Very good. Heywood Wakefield Midcentury Modern Double Wishbone Drop Leaf Dining Table
Authentic Heywood Wakefield double wishbone table. The table was refinished prior to our purchase. The finish is nice and shiny but does have some light blemishes in it- see photos. The underside of the table is marked"CHAMPAGNE" but the makers mark was covered in the refinishing. The legs and leaves are in great shape, there are a couple discolorations in the tabletop, shown in the pictures. The side leaves of the table drop so this is great for a compact space. We are selling because our family grew and we got the larger triple wishbone table. This is a vintage dining table that has seen decades of use in at least 2 homes(ours and the previous owners) so there are normal signs of wear. Made from Wood and/or Faux wood-Tole Style Finish. The legs are attached with a simple wing nut and are easily removed. I will remove them for shipping. Top is approx. 12" square. Table is 17" tall. Made in Florence. Italy embossed on the underside of the tabletop. My daughter has 3 of these little tables in her home and none of them are without imperfections/irregularities. It seems to be the norm. This one has a slight slant to it. When I measure one side. I get 17" The other side measures 16.5" It's not terribly apparent and may be remedied by moving the legs around.
