I have a 1950's Heywood Wakefield 3753 3 tier end table for sale. It was refinished. But the markings on the bottom indicate that it was originally the champagne finish(see photos) The number"3753" is visible on the bottom with what looks like a"c" preceeding it. There are refinishing materials on eBay and other places on the internet that match the original HW champagne color and finish, or I suppose it could be restored to the HW wheat finish to match other pieces in your collection. This would be a great piece to bring back to its original glory, especially if you need to complete your set. It was manufactured with Phillips head screws. This is a beautiful matching pair of signed American of Martinsville step tables. They are signed inside the drawers and have serial numbers on the bottoms. These are not for a collector but would be great for everyday use. They have some wear but nothing major for tables from the 1960s. The tables have nice brown outlined edges and perforated or pierced metal accents between the tiers. The legs have brass tips- they all need to be polished up. One table has a cigarette burn and some wear to the formica and wood. The other has some wear to the wood and formica. These are still very functional and pretty tables. They have no maker's markings on them. Measurements: bottom tier is 27 inches long(front to back) and 15 1/2 inches side to side; top tier is 15 5/8 inches side to side and 13 3/4 inches front to back. This is a nice pair of vintage mid century coffee side tables. Made by the Ermine Company. I don't know much about them, but this is a very sturdy well made piece of furniture. They have laminated tops that look like real wood without damage caused by glasses and drinks that damage most wood tables. Blonde stain on wood parts. Does need some paint touch ups on edges, nothing major. Will require some assembly,legs will be removed before shipping. Measures about 30" by 19" by 22" tall. Very Nice two tier step end table Mid Century Modern Mahogany wood legs
Very nice two tiered step end table. 27x15.25 with a height of 22" to the top tier and 15.75 to the bottom/main tier. I would say this is a red mahogany color. Comes from a clean non smoking home. The table is clean and redy to use. It is stamped on the bottom 493 with no other markings. Each leg has a metal cap foot. Minor chips along the sides to the formica. See photos.
