In great vintage condition, it has one tiny pin missing inside one of the brass hinges attaching one leg, which can be replaced, and does not effect the functionality of the table as is. THE"SPIDER" LEGS ARE SOLID WALNUT WITH BRASS TIPS FASHIONED IN THE POPULAR DANISH MODERN DESIGN. THE LEGS FOLD OVER FOR STORING OR SHIPPING. THE TRAY IS REMOVEABLE AND JUST SITS ON THE LEGS. Vintage Asian Hollywood Regency Ornate Brass Table Tray Spider Leg Folding Base
This antique brass trey table is sold as is. I am unsure of it's origin and who the maker was. I have never seen one like it. The trey is about 24 inches accross. On the base it stands about 16 inches from the floor. I'm not sure but to me the artwork appears to be done in copper and a silverish metal and some of the artwork on the top has came off. FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION THIS AWESOME HAND HAMMERED AND ENGRAVED 36" INCH ASIAN BRASS TRAY TABLE WITH FOLDING ROSEWOOD/TEAK SPIDER LEG BASE. THIS IS A TRUE MID CENTURY PIECE BEING MADE IN HONG KONG AND NOT THE MORE CONTEMPORARY MOROCCAN OR INDIAN TRAY TABLES. IT WAS PROBABLY MADE IN THE 1950s BEFORE BEING PURCHASED IN NORWAY BY THE FAMILY I PURCHASED IT FROM BEFORE THEY MOVED BACK TO THE STATES IN 1970. BRASS COULD USE A FRESH POLISHING BUT LOOKS GREAT AS IT IS. IT HAS A HOOK ON BACK SO IT CAN BE DISPLAYED AS WALL ART AND THE BASE FOLDED AND STORED FROM SIGHT. Hello! You are looking at a beautiful. Hollywood Regency era Brass tray table with a spider leg base. Everything is in excellent condition for its age. Shows very little signs of wear. Brass is a 30" round with an asian theme. 6 leg spider leg base is beautiful teak with brass caps. Brass caps are a bit spotty as is common with these types of tables. Please review the pictures carefully for condition as they are an important part of the description. We've had this in our home for a couple of years and are only selling it because we got an Adrian Pearsall table to replace it(lucky us! Antique Wood Folding Spider Leg Table w Brass Tray 29.5" Round Longevity Chinese
Antique. Round, folding table with a wood base and brass tray top. The base has 6 legs with brass tips on the bottom and rubber cups at the top. The brass tray is 29.5" in diameter. It has a large Chinese character for Longevity in the middle and depictions of various animals and birds around the tray. I think the design is hand chased. There is a decorative hook at the edge of the table top on hinges so that it can be hung on the wall for display. The table with tray stand 17" tall and weigh 15 pounds.
