A beautiful Danish Modern dining table that has been completely refinished in an ebony stain and a durable polyurethane clear coat. This is an extremely well designed and well made table It has two extension leaves that store underneath the table/ The runners of the table are on gears. Which makes opening and closing the table to insert the leaves a snap: one person can do the job with ease. The table also has latches on each leaf to lock the leaves in place, as well as latches on either side to lock the two sides together when no leaves are in place. The table is constructed of solid beech and cherry. Although the manufacturer and designer are unknown, this is a very high quality, extremely functional piece of furniture that is absolutely stunning in person. Up for sale is what I believe to be a Georgetown Galleries Solid Mahogany extending table. I can't not guarantee that it is Georgetown Galleries but it matches identically to a side buffet that I have listed on eBay as well. The legs match the trim on the buffet. The set comes with 5 chairs(I believe one end chair was lost somewhere down the line. The top had some wear(could potentially be refinished? it comes with padded toppers.
