Vintage Mid-Century Modern Heywood Wakefield Wishbone Coffee Table
Beautiful Heywood Wakefield wishbone coffee table in the champagne finish. It has the# M 991 G on the bottom of it. This table still has its original finish and it has always been extremely well cared for. There are no cigarette burns. Water marks, or any repairs on this table. It does have some very very light barely noticeable wear marks. This is one of the nicest ones I have seen. I will wrap and package this so it will not get damaged during shipment. It measures 36” long, 17” tall, and 19”wide. Ships only to the lower 48 states. Ask questions before bidding.

Heywood Wakefield 3753 Mid-Century Modern 3 Tier Step Surfboard End Table
I have a 1950's Heywood Wakefield 3753 3 tier end table for sale. It was refinished. But the markings on the bottom indicate that it was originally the champagne finish(see photos) The number"3753" is visible on the bottom with what looks like a"c" preceeding it. There are refinishing materials on eBay and other places on the internet that match the original HW champagne color and finish, or I suppose it could be restored to the HW wheat finish to match other pieces in your collection. This would be a great piece to bring back to its original glory, especially if you need to complete your set. It was manufactured with Phillips head screws. There is very slight separation on the main table surface(see photos 4& 5) The surfaces appear smooth without gouges or digs. Table is solid and study. Authentic Heywood Wakefield double wishbone table. The table was refinished prior to our purchase. The finish is nice and shiny but does have some light blemishes in it- see photos. The underside of the table is marked"CHAMPAGNE" but the makers mark was covered in the refinishing. The legs and leaves are in great shape, there are a couple discolorations in the tabletop, shown in the pictures. The side leaves of the table drop so this is great for a compact space. We are selling because our family grew and we got the larger triple wishbone table. The table is shown. It is clearly marked Heywood Wakefield-photo 2.And C1414G Winthrop-photo 3. The table needs a good cleaning and a refinishing, as there are stains and significant scratches and wear and some slight alligatorlike finish defects seen in the other photos. Also a slight beginning of a vertical wood separation on the rear of the small top shelf. Also, there is the beginning of some warping on the center of the bottom full shelf. On the positive side. It is in good condition with mild wear and marks on the top and moderate wear to the edges especially on the ends and leg ends and has a 10" stable crack along a joint on one end. Heywood Wakefield Occasional, End, Lamp Table
Heywood Wakefield 337G end/ lamp table from the Aristocraft line with an attractive rare original medium wood tone finish. Stylish mid century modern 50's design. With rounded edges and lines. Each leg arches out from the bottom of the table top. And gently curves down creating a unique 4 point stance, and while supporting the floating bottom shelf. The tabletop and shelf have beautiful grains with rounded corners and edges, which made Heywood Wakefield stand out during the 1950's modern design movement. This finish which brought out the stunning grains in the wood, as well as a nice sheen as they hold their value and continue to provide form and function for many more years. Measures- 21 inches x 21 inches x 25 inches tall, the shelf is 19 inches x 19 inches. Few of these tables were put into production, and the run lasted only three ... moreyears- from 1950-53- so these are a choice find. Condition- Table is in good original condition including the stain/finish except for the table top finish which has water stains. There are the usual signs of age. I.e. minor surface scratches or scuffs. All joints are tight, condition of wood is very good, and the surface is smooth and without splits, legs are tight and sturdy with very good original finish. This is a fairly large table- measuring approx 22" to the top of the upper top of the table. It measures 27.5" in diameter and 26.5" tall. Underneath is the Heywood Wakefield stamp. There are some light scratches throughout from general wear. Unfortunately, there is also a rather large water stain on the surface of the table. It is somewhat faded and more noticeable in certain lighting. I try to capture the stain in one of the photos.
