Up for sale is this pair of vintage metal industrial factory cart swivel wheel casters. These casters are in good used condition with normal light wear. Each caster measures 2 7/8" tall and the steel wheel has a 2" diameter by 1" wide. The mounting plate measures 3" by 1 3/4" This pair was purchased at auction from the closing of the Historic Hershey Chocolate Factory Plant in Hershey. PA. 4 + 2 Antique Industrial Brass Cup Swivel Casters Furniture Wheels
Lot includes 4 matching plus 2 matching antique brass cup/ swivel casters. One of the larger casters is locked up- both the swivel and the wheel. The larger ones have wheels that are just under 1 3/8" wide and 5/8" thick- the cups are 1 1/2" wide to the outside edges(inside is just under 1/4" wide and it tapers down) the cups are 1 1/4" tall. And the entire piece is about 2 3/4" tall. The smaller ones have wheels that are just over 1 1/8" wide and 7/16" thick- the cups are just over 1 1/4" wide to the outside edges(inside is about 1 1/8" and it tapers down) the cups are just over 1 1/8" tall, and the entire piece is about 2 7/16" tall.

Here are 2 sets of 4 vintage casters. One lg. 1 sm. The large are 2" high and the wheels are 2" in diameter. The smalls are 1 5/8" high and the wheels are 1 1/4" in diameter. All 8 work fine, wheels all turn and they all spin around a complete 360 on ball bearings. Each has 4-hole hardware for attachment. Condition on all is very good, all 8 could use a light cleaning, I'm selling these right out of the garage I found them in. 2 swivel casters and 2 stationary casters from rear projection TV used salvaged
This is a set of casters taken off of a large rear projection TV. They still roll and swivel well. This would be good for any project you have where you want to make a piece of furniture mobile that currently isn't. I don't know what the load rating is on these. But I know the TV was very heavy. The wheels are about 2" in diameter. The ones in the cups are held in by four way screws, so they can be taken out of those if needed. They have some rust on them, so they will need to be hit with a wire brush or sand blaster then painted before being reused. The TV was set up so that the swivel casters were used to steer and the fixed ones were followers. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking.

2 Vintage Heavy Duty STEM CASTERS---2" Black Plastic Wheels & 5/16" Stems
Lot of 2 Heavy Duty STEM CASTERS 2" Diameter Wheels These casters are different in the way they are made. But are roughly the same size. One of the casters has a ball bearing stem and the other does not. The wheels are the same diameter, but one is 5/8" thick and the other is 3/4" thick. Both are made with high impact black plastic wheels that are still in good condition. The stems are 5/16" in diameter at the top end and taper to 1/4" in the center and then are 5/16" at the base. The stems are about 1 3/4" long. Condition: The wheels are not cracked or broken. There appears to be no wear on the axles. So the wheels turn nicely and do not slop around. The stems are in very good condition and are not bent. All my items are from a non-smoking and non-animal environment. Shipping in the USA is FREE.
