4 Vintage Mid Century Danish Modern Wood Legs w/ Screw plates brackets 50's 60's
These four wood and brass cabinet legs were taken from a vintage record player cabinet and come with the original screw plates. The legs measure: 4 3/4 inches long. 1 3/4 inches diameter at the top and* 1 3/8 inches diameter at the bottom. These legs are used and show wear. The original screw plates have mounts for two different sizes of legs. The smaller mount is for these legs. See pictures 5 and 6, the threaded ends of the legs are flush with the end of the leg, and fit over the mounded portion of the screw plates. Note on shipping* These items will barely fit into a usps small flat rate box($5.80) with no room for extra padding. They are wood and metal. You can see from the light colored top that that part was probably hidden under a table. There are a few dings in the wood that you should see in the pictures, and lots of little nicks throughout. Vintage SET 12" Mid Century DANISH MODERN Pencil TAPER END TABLE LEGS Furniture FLAT FOOT This set of four tapered wooden legs with brass feet are in original. Vintage condition. Varnish or paint is flaking off all of them, will need refinished. Three are very good, one has a split that runs about half-way down the leg(see close-up pics) The swivel brass feet are marked FLAT FOOT, three swivel, one is stiff but should loosen with WD-40 or similar lubricant. Auction is for a matched set of 4 wooden table legs-Style is Danish Modern/ Mid-Century Modern; top edge tapers to a thin section at the bottom-Solid wood– appears to be oak– with brass caps on the ends and brass swivel feet/pads-Overall good condition. The brass parts have some discoloration– could be cleaned/polished. Wood parts have a natural dark finish and could use some rejuvenation. All have a threaded rod extending from the top for attachment-Length is 18” not including the threaded rod. Vintage Mid-Century Wooden Furniture Legs Set of 4 Danish Modern 8" 4 Vintage 1940s-1950s wooden furniture legs Approx. 8" high with a metal screw in the end of each. 1 3/4" diameter at top The two that are darker were on the back of the piece of furniture(which had fallen apart) and the lighter were on the front so faded. One of the darker ones has a bit of an indentation. A lot of scratches to the original finish and one has a broken"floor saver" plastic nib. Please super-size photos for details.
