Salvaged Ivory from old pianos. 20 pieces. Matched heads and tails.
Here are 20 pieces(heads and tails matched) off of very old pianos. These are all ivory. No chipped or broken pieces here but they are uncleaned and as removed from an old piano. These are matched which means that as they were removed from a piano they were taped together and identified by note name A.B,C,D,E,F,G and A. These may or may not have all come from the same piano. I have quite a few of these as I have been a piano repair person for 30 years. I will be listing more as time allows. I will answer any and all questions about these items.

This is the apron f rom an antique table that was about 68"X48" It was an oval table. So some of these are more curved since they were on the ends and the straighter ones were the sides. They are mortise and tenon. One piece has a n edge that is broken off near the end on the back. Please look over pictures) These are almost 6" wide at the widest and each piece is about 23"2 3.5" lo ng. these are r eally HEAVY! They will cost at lea st $35. to ship. Maybe more! I bought these at a flea market years ago but haven't figured out exactly what they are or what to use them for especially since they are not identical to each other as pairs. I don't know what kind of wood they are but the color looks like teak to me. But I can't guarantee it. These are carved on one side only and flat on the back. Up for bid is 4 iron table legs that measures 22 inches tall and seven and three fourths across the top where it bolts to the table. These legs are in good shape. The rubber bottoms have ware but not destroyed. The main leg is 1 and half inches across at the top where it mounts to the brace that bolts to the table top. Very sturdy and will hold a lot of weight. Each leg has a small hair pin leg brace that travels 13 inches from the top of main leg down toward the bottom.The large cross plate at the top of the leg measures seven and three fourths across with three counter sunk holes for bolting to the table top of your choice. Antique Wood Dove Tail Tappered Table Legs Original Salvaged Pieces
Up for auction are two antique table legs. One is 30 7/8" long the other is 30 3/8" long not including the dove tail. they go from 1 3/4" at the top to 3/4" at the bottom. Where they connect to the table is a dove tail that's 3/4" high 1 3/8" long 1" wide. I am not sure the type of wood but it is light weight. Please see pictures for the condition of the wood.
