I dug this out of the barn on the old 1872 farm. Before it was torn down this past fall. Measures approx. 7 inches in diameter& the wheel width is approx. 2 inches wide.Bolt& nut are real old in appearance. I am not sure what it's use was, but I see some traces of green paint and also some orangeish red paint.John Deere? Farm-all?May be off a wagon or some kind of cart.Has some kinda tapered shaft thru the center?I thought it had an interesting look, so I saved it. Hope someone see's this as interesting. As I did.

Here is a very nice set of vintage industrial casters. Heavy duty cast iron They roll and swivel smoothly. Good condition. Two clean, two with light rust. Wheels measure 2 1/2 inches in diameter. They stand about 3 1/2 inches tall. Top mounting plate is 4 3/8 by 3 1/4 inches with 4 mounting holes. A very nice set of heavy casters ready for your next project. Or wheel came off of the end of an old industrial cart. It measures about 17" tall total. And the wheel itself about 6 1/4" across and 1 7/8" wide. You can see in the last photo that it has some little slots worn in the wheel from apparently rubbing on something. That doesn't compromise it in anyway. And I don't see any cracks or significant damage elsewhere. It's a really cool piece that would accent an already existing table or cart. Or would replace a broken piece. 4 Old Industrial Cart Heavy Duty Swivel Casters 4" Diameter Wheels- Set Of Four Casters very similar or the same are selling for over $200 on eBay. Better pictures is all you get with the other ones. The pictures do not do them justice. You will be very happy when this arrives at your door and adds the finishing touch to your fun project. The wheels have a great look to them. Especially these with the vintage green color. The color and patina are original as found. They have been cleaned with dish soap and water, no harsh chemicals, just dish soap and a lot of elbow grease. The wheels where taking off of heavy industrial carts. All four freely pivot and turn 360 degrees with little with very little or no resistance. The measurements are as follows. The widest part of the plate(with the holes) is 5" The holes are spaced 4" on ... morecenter. Turning the base the other way the plate is 4" at the widest point and the holes are 3" on center. this auction is for two antique cast iron swivel wheels/casters. items are old and sold used. Show age, wear, soiling, and tarnishing. wheels measure approx. 3 1/2 inches across, wheel face approx. 7/8 inch across, approx. 3 1/8 inch wheel base across, bracket mounting plate approx. 5 x 3 1/2 inches. these wheels swivel and have a side to side roller not a ball bearing.
