There are 4 of these 2" caster wheels in molded clear plastic with tiny gold flecks in the material. There is a label on the shaft: 9/16. Great for carts. Upcycling projects, footstools, etc. Wheels roll nicely, very minor discoloration on the metal of a couple wheels, does not deter from the use of these wheels. The wheels do not look worn, so lightly or never used. These have an inside and outside, seen on the axle part of the wheel, 2 of each. Free shipping! This listing is for a set of 4 Antique Feltoid Furniture Casters. Pat. Date Dec 29 1908. From my research. The Feltoid casters were introduced in the early 1900's. The wheel coverings were made of highly compressed felt as opposed to the previous metal casters. The stems, bracket, and wheels are made of brass. They have expected wear and patina from use and age. All 4 wheels roll well and the stems are straight. The brackets are not bent/crushed as is often the case with old casters. Vintage Set of Eight Porcelain caster wheels No Reserve
This early set of casters are still very functional. Other than the previously mentioned minor porcelain chips around the axels. None of the wheels are cracked or broken and they all turn and roll freely. The wheels are 1- 3/4 in. diameter and 5/8 in. thick. The overall height is 4-3/4 in. from bottom of wheel to top of stud. The little caster is a bonus. It's in good shape also.

Antique Porcilain Caster Wheels set of 4 These are very old but in great shape. Despite some wear and tear. they are 4" in height and 1" in width. Three of the four have a letter H stamped on the back shank.
