This entire piece is very worn in every way yet remains stable and sturdy. This was originally a desk drawer to an old oak desk. The out side is oak and brass, I think the inside is pine. This measures 30" x 12" x 8" and is just about 10 pounds. I would say it is 19th century with much patina. Also as worn as it is there is no mold, no smells or anything repulsive about it. Here is an antique vintage bamboo shelving unit. Measures about 26" inches tall x 25" inches wide x and is 8" inches deep. The three wood shelves are made of solid oak and are very sturdy. It is in great original condition for the age of the piece. The solid oak shelves have a great rich deep honey color to them. Our photos are accurate. It is sturdy and stands just fine and does not wobble at all Great accent piece for the floor or on a table top. would also look great to hang on the wall but it is well made and probably weighs 15 pounds.
