It's a glass box with a mirrored bottom to hold your trinkets or jewelr y. The colors are vibrant with blue dragonf lies with irridescent wings hovering over pink flowers. There is also a dragonfly painted on one side which reflects on the mirror in the bottom. On another side a pink flower dips down and it also reflects off the bottom mirror. This is just beautiful. It measures 3 1/2" square and is 2 2/3" tall. Th e frame is metal and the hinges are good. I think this was only used as display. This will be shipped with insurance. It came out of the local estate of a gentleman who hoarded camping equipment for ... moredecades. But hardly used any of it. There are some circle water marks on the top surface. The seats are nice and clean. And the paint is mostly intact with some scratches and very minor areas of corrosion. The yellow and black paint retain its original gloss, and this set would benefit from a light cleaning. It's slightly wobbly. But I think all of these were. It is suitable for regular use and everything folds smoothly. Although not perfect. This is one of the cleaner sets you will find on ebay. Closed it measures 15" X 33" X 4.5" Table top when opened is 29" X 33" Height is 29" Chair sections measure 12" X 32" Also included is the original box. Beautiful Turn of the Century American Oak Dresser Up for your consideration: A wonderful example of fine artistry by American Furniture Makers. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. They were quite up in years and the dresser was quite old when they purchased it and I found an Old Catholic Confirmation Certificate(in English) dated 1910 rolled up with what appeared to be an old Marriage License(in German) The lovely Beveled Mirror is in Excellent condition for its age and is framed ... morein a the beautiful Victorian tradition. Beveled Mirror attached well and swivels up or down. The Drawers feature the Grand Serpentine style. The drawers all lock and of course the original skeleton key is included. I am not sure however if the dresser’s knobs are original or not. The Dresser features the rare and beautiful Tiger Oak Construction. Quarter Sawn) The drawers are all in pretty fine condition. One drawer seems to want to go in further than it should but could be easily remedied. There is also a chip in the front edge of one of the left drawers. Hankie boxes measure 12" x12-1/2" x 4-1/2" With drawer sizes as follows: bottom one is 9" 2nd from the bottom is 8" third from the bottom 7" and the top is 6" This is a solid wood dresser. I'm not positive, but am guessing mahogany. I estimate it to weigh about 125-150 pounds. I believe it to be perhaps from the late 1800' or maybe early 1900's, but again, am not sure. There's a repair to a hairline crack in the finial I noticed. There's also a hairline crack that runs the full width of the hankie box(the right side) but has not been repaired. Drawers don't all stop flush when you push ... morethem in, but this could easily be fixed by putting a little block of wood behind them to stop them flush. Beautiful piece for the money. This beautiful antique baby armoire belonged to my mother. It is in very good condition inside and out. It is 75 years old. I restored it about 25 years ago using a medium brown tone Minwax stain. The wooden knobs were replaced with white ceramic knobs and also comes with newer casters. No cracks or gouges in the wood. Measurement of armoire(without casters) is 39"W x 16-1/2"D x 42-3/4"H It has 4 side drawers that measure 14-3/4"W x 13"D x 6"H 1 large base drawer measures 33-3/4"W x 13"D x 4-1/2"H The little armoire closet has a metal extender arm for hanging clothes. The 2nd foto is truer to actual color. Big roomy vintage/antique chest of drawers from a Victorian home on Coronado Island in San Diego. Made in North Carolina. Center of American furniture making, at the Giant Furniture Co. in the city of High Point. Style#321. The original drawer pulls are stamped Keeler Brass Company, also located in High Point, NC, style F12. Not sure of the type of wood; it's a dark veneer over dark wood. Two upper shallow drawers and two deep lower drawers. Wood wheels. Double beveled edge top and other lovely details in design. As you can see. Condition: It's weathered as you can see from fotos. There are chips in the wood here ... moreand there. The finish is rough, the top has water spots and other discoloration. The backing on the underside is warped but easily replaced. The lower drawer sticks a little upon opening. This is shabby chic or to be refinished.
