Three have metal wheels(brass) and they turn freely. The other smaller caster has a rubber type wheel. Looks like a replacement. They measure over 1 1/2 inches high(total) and the wheels diameter is about 3/4 of an inch. They need cleaning. The 2 porcelain wheeled casters measure about 2 1/4 inches high(total) The wheels measure about 1 inch in diameter. Included with these are the furniture metal inserts. Group Lot Vintage Metal Antique Furniture Casters Wood Wheels Odd Lot
This is a group of 14 vintage furniture casters-an odd lot of metal caster with a wood wheel. There are no mounting sleeves. The top 4 measure approx 1" in diameter. The middle row about 1 18" and the bottom 3 about 1 14" in diameter. There is wear, and some of the wheels are flat on one side, but none are broken through. All of the stems appear to be about the same size to fit into a standard metal sleeve. There might be enough to make a set of 4, but no 4 exactly alike-this is the last of the"restoration" casters that I had in a drawer for many years.

Set of 4 Vintage Metal Antique Furniture Casters (#3)
This auction is for a set of 4 antique wheels. They are between 50 and 75 years old I am guessing. The wheel diameter is approx. 1 1/4" and the tang is approx 1 3/4" Having just purchased an antique table with broken wheels. I know how hard it is to fine these pieces. This set I purchased for my table but they are too small. Hope they are good for another antique lover.
