this is an extremely rare 18th century large hand carved wooden stylized horse corbels. it is pretty large and cut from a piece of solid very heavy piece of oak.i believe" which has wonderful grain, and a great patina from age. it is beautifully cut into the shape of a stylized horse with lots of deeply cut detailing. And a nice flowing shape. its extremely ornate with exquisite age. it is cut flat at the back to fit a wall. Antique DRAWER PULLS & ESCUTCHEONS - Architectural Salvage - NICE BIG LOT!
Whenever we see old antique knobs or hardware or drawer pulls we always try to rescue them! This is a miscellaneous lot of what we call Architectural Salvage. an assortment of drawer pulls and escutcheons. The big ovals in front measure 5-1/2 inches across and their two screw holes on the back measure 4-3/8 inches on center. Next there are 3 pretty"rosette" escutcheon pieces that measure 2-1/4 inches across. They have a little hole for attaching a drawer pull. There are 6 drawer pulls and 8 separate little round escutcheons and there is one odd dangle type pull that is pretty crusty and needs cleaned. It has an interesting design on it. This late 1800s gothic revival shield is hand carved with medieval designs including a large central double headed dragon and deeply fluted edge. It measures 20 1/4" tall x 17 1/8" wide x 1 1/2" deep and features a raised band of naturalistic fruit in the baroque manor. A meticulously stippled background and baroque shells. Dresser Bureau Backboard Antique Acanthus Leaves Wood Oak Architectural Piece
This is a lovely solid oak backboard from perhaps a small bureau. Dresser or maybe a dining room server. It has acanthus leaves across the very top with a dart design beneath that and swirled leaf or fronds motif below. It measures 40 7/8" wide at the very top. 40 3/8" at the bottom x 10 3/8" tall(not including the mounting boards which are attached to the back and protrude down below the backboard by about 5" It is 1 1/2" thick at the very top and 3/4" thick at the bottom. I would guess that it is from the 1920's. It will be packed carefully and insured which is reflected in the S&H amount.

These nicely carved polychrome fragments of solid tulip poplar were salvaged from some very impressive and decorative early 1900s construction. They have no certain provenance. But look like circus wagon fragments to me. Each measures an impressive 24” long with one being 6 ½” wide and the other 5” each is 1 1/8” thick. Antique carved Oak Pediment Header Back Splash Crown Architectural Salvage
This piece came off a dresser or cabinet. I can't remember which. There is a groove across the back where something fit onto it and there are screw holes as well. It was refinished at some point with what looks like an oil based clear finish under which I see what looks like swirl marks from an orbital sander. They're not deep. So the whole front could be sanded and re-finished which is what I would do if I had a good place for this in my house. It measures: 19.5" long x 2.25" tall(in the center) 3.5" on the ends x 7/8" thick(not counting the medallions) It's 1" thick with the medallions. 1880s Architectural Salvage Shaped Oak Board w/Hinges from Antique Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued Oak board from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! This piece was the foot board beneath the pedals on the pump organ. The hinges were attached to the heals of the pedals by 2 screws and driven through this piece with a very large staple shaped piece of metal. As you can see in the photos to the left and above. We had straightened the ends of the staples to allow for removal of the boot pedals. This piece has shaped ends that originally extended beyond the sides of the pedals. The finish varies on this piece depending on what was visible and what was not. Take a good look at the photos and don't hesitate to ask any questions. These boards are solid oak. You can see that they have screw holes in each end with the screw holes at one end of each having dry rotted slightly and the screws had pulled through the sides. There is also a small abrasion near one of the holes as seen in the 8th photo to the left. Each board measures 14 1/4" x 7 1/4" x about 5/8" thick. The boards are finished on one side and appear to be natural on the other. The natural side has darkened with age. These 2 interesting pieces were used between the pedals and the bellows on the pump organ to pull the bellows open which sucked in the air to make the music! These pieces have a very interesting shape. And extremely cool wear from the about 130 years of being in the old instrument. These pieces were attached to the pedals by the hole in the small end and attached to the bellows by the leather straps that are still in place at the wide end. The straps have broken and are brittle, but we thought they were still interesting so we left them installed. These boards measure 13 1/2" long x 1 7/8" at the wide end x 5/16" at the narrow end. 4 Primitive Antique Architectural Bed Posts & Rail with Early Turning: Newels?
These are awesome 1800's salvaged posts! There are 3 stunning bed posts and 1 rail. The posts have cannon ball type tops and each are carved with different Roman numerals. All of the posts and the rail have classic. Early turnings. The patina is striking. The wood is warmly worn and there are cracks from age. I think the wood is maple though I'm not positive. These would make great looking. Solid newels. Each of the 3 bed posts are 42" long and 4" X 4" wide at the widest part and weigh 10 lbs. each. The rail is 47" long and is 3 1/4" at the widest part and weighs over 7 lbs. Thanks for looking!

Architectural salvage: antique wooden piano harp& brass pedals. I was told this came from an 100+ years old baby grand piano-I do not have any documentation or knowledge of this. Measures 23" tall X 15" wide. Pedals are 3 3/8" long. Wood has the numbers 12& 18 on the top and lower underside of base. This piece is used/pre-owned.
