The pattern looks like it depicts a thistle plant inside of an arched design. You can also see that there are a couple of pieces missing from the design including one of the oval shaped designs in the top left and possibly two rectangle shaped pieces at the top of the columns below the arch. The knob also looks to have been hand carved. This door still has the original hinges which are rusted in place. The back of the door looks as though it had 2 cross ... morepieces which have been removed. The door does have some cracks developing in the bottom as you can see in the photos. This is the apron f rom an antique table that was about 68"X48" It was an oval table. So some of these are more curved since they were on the ends and the straighter ones were the sides. They are mortise and tenon. One piece has a n edge that is broken off near the end on the back. Please look over pictures) These are almost 6" wide at the widest and each piece is about 23"2 3.5" lo ng. these are r eally HEAVY! They will cost at lea st $35. to ship. Maybe more! They are about 30 pounds before packing! There are a few missing edges. Also include are the pieces that you screw to the bottom of your tab le. Antique wood column trim pieces from Victorian pump organ salvage This is a pair of great original wood column trim pieces off of an antique pump organ. The trim pieces are a half round shape. Round on the front and flat on the back side. Each column measures 21" tall by 2-1/8th inches wide at the base and slightly over 1" thick I'm not sure what the wood is. Its a dark walnut stain color. There are no breaks, cracks or repairs to the decorative part of the columns. There are some scratches. Gouges, rubs and marks on the finish. Please email with any questions

Antique ORNATE Carved BURLED Wood VICTORIAN PEDIMENT Secretary Door Hall Tree
Up for auction is this fabulous antique Victorian carved wood arched pediment being offered"as is as found" It is in wonderful condition, though some of the burled veneer is lifting and there is one spot on the top edge of the moulding where it meets the center piece that is chipped(as seen in photo 7) It is very ornately carved with exquisite details. The 2 drop turned finials on either side of the center medallion are intact. Not sure of the wood, it is thick and solid somewhat speckled with darker spots. Exhibits superb craftsmanship. Beautifully curved multi-layer moulding. The underneath has one dowel on the bottom and 2 holes on the other side where it sat on the original piece of furniture which is long gone. This would be wonderful on a secretary, hall tree or even above a doorway. There are different layers giving it greath ... moredepth and interest. Measures along the bottom edge underneath 33 3/8 inches long, 1 inch thick and with the moulding at the sides about 2 1/2 inches thick; it is 16 1/4 inches in total height, the first lower arch is 2 5/8 inches thick, the total depth it would stick out if against a wall would be 5 5/8 inches. Decorative Wood Salvage Piece Eastlake/ Victorian Style? I don’t know the history or original function of this piece. But it may have come from a dresser or a mirror. It has some interesting details with finials on each side. It might even have been Frankensteined by someone out of different parts for all I know. It measures 15” long X 5-7/16” high(not measuring the rough tab like part at the bottom) X 1-11/16” deep. It weighs 1 lb. 1 ounce. Please see the photos as they are part of the description. It is in good condition. The finials are not glued in and are removable. There are a few nicks and chips on the wood. Obvious glue is seen. Two 14" Victorian Wood Legs never used and not completely finished as you can see in the photos. They look like maple and are in very good condition. The tops are 2" by 2" and about 3 1/2" at the widest. They also have a small flat spot on them that's hard to see in the photos. I don't know, it is exactly as found. it is heavy thick wood with raised ornate embellishments depicting an urn filled with flowers and reticulated swags with more floral motif.a few cracks, adds charm, NEEDS a cleaning, I haven't done that at all. Vintage Wood Pediment with Carved Head Bishop Cardinal Victorian Topper Header
This pediment is 36 1/4" long and about 8 1/4" tall. And features a wood carved head. I am not sure of the wood(I think walnut but could be wrong) for the pediment. The carved head is some type of other wood and looks like it was added to the pediment later and is a different lighter color wood. The head is wearing some type of priest or bishop hat. It would make a beautiful accent piece or topper for an armoire, mirror, door frame or other project. Antique Wood Table Legs Full Height Round Top 3pc set/lot Victorian/Queen Ann
PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD AND VIEW ALL PICTURES! NO RESERVE! You are looking at a 3 piece set of I guess Queen Ann or Victorian style table legs. They are full height table. Can be used for a round dining table, half round entry or couch table, even a Triangle. 3 legs can work on many types of tables. I am not sure if there was ever a 4th but if there was I don't have It. The appear to be Cherry wood with a medium stain, they are however checked in areas of the joinery. I believe they might have been left outside at one point in the rain possibly because the finish is a tad cloudy as well. There is a tiny chip in one detail(not even noticeable see pic 7) They have rolling casters on them and seem to roll well. They measure about 29-1/2" to the bottom of casters and they are 9-1/2" at the widest part of the details(the top) The mounting ... morearea is 17" x 4-1/4" There are a bunch of numbers stamped in the mounting areas but I do not know what they mean. Set of 4 Victorian 1851 Goodyear Brass Iron and Wood Wheels Furniture Casters
We have here a Set of 4 Victorian 1851 Casters. The wheel appears to be wood. But being made by Goodyear, they could be rubber. Its hard to tell, and I do not want to scratch it to make sure. They measure 3" tall. Wheels have 1" diameter. Iron peg is 1 3/8" tall. Peg is 1/4" wide. 5/8" between the three screw holes, center to center. All the tires say Goodyear 1851. LR Combs Co. On the iron top it says Pat May 20'73. 1873! The base is brass. The top is iron. Has 3 screw holes. All wheels are smooth and the iron top rotates smoothly. These were off an old victorian desk! Perfect for refinishing a piece with a great pair of period casters! One wheel. On the 3 screw holes, one of the holes has a split. I think they pierced it to close the edge. Its definitely has a split, but appears to be connected, like they pulled ... moreit out and it broke, but it was still hot and came back together! They are worn. Striking Antique 19th Century Victorian Era Hand Carved Wood Pediment Panel
Striking Antique 19th Century Victorian Era Hand Carved Wood Pediment Panel Ooooh. Got very lucky this week at one of my favorite flea markets. I have just about everything, from the very old and primitive to the very unique with some fabulous folk art thrown in too! I’ll be listing all week, so keep checking back! I'm telling you. I have some reeeeeeeally cool old pediments, architectural pieces and furniture parts this week- you want to check back for my other listings too! This one is so old, and so beautiful, I just can't say enough about it. It's also somewhat of a mystery to me. It was clearly a panel- my gut tells me in a cabinet rather than architectural(unless it was a built in, which it clearly could have been) You can see a smooth 1/4" border all around where the decorative texture of the center stops, and small ... morenail holes(like I'm showing in photo 13) all along the border from whatever it used to be mounted into. That part I GET. The mystery to me is on the backside, though, where you can also see a row of small nails all around, and there's teenie pieces of a black material( see photo 21) stuck under some of those nails still. Also, in the center, is a round piece of very hard old leather nailed into place- I don't THINK it has to do with the mounting of the carved pieces on the front, I can't be sure, but it appears to have had some other function at one point in time. Could this have been the front panel of a cabinet door with a fabric(or maybe padded fabric) door interior? I don't know for sure, and it's not telling me! I can tell you as of late, it's been hung as a decorative piece, as there's a modern day picture hanger on the back. The body is made from solid piece wood, with a beveled edge on three sides that bevels down to the smooth border with the nail holes. The fourth end, which is a short end, is not beveled. It has an extra piece of wood running the length of the wood which is not part of the solid body- see photo 17. You can see a teenie

It is 22-1/8 inches long. 6-3/4 inches high in the center, from a straight line at the bottom corners to the top is 9-1/4 inches and ¾ inches thick. The round rosette is 3 inches in diameter. The piece is as found with some residue of the original finish and some age appropriate dings and rubs on the edges but no cracks or warping. There are two of the original cut nails projecting out at the bottom. Listing winner to pay shipping and I will combine other items, when possible to save on Postal charges. Pair Antique Victorian Wood Walnut Candle Shelf w Bell Detail, Organ Sideboard
Pair Antique Organ or Sideboard Shelves. Salvage Up for your consideration is this pair of salvaged furniture pieces. I am unsure of the actual piece of furniture but could have been from an organ or sideboard/buffet. They are made very well. They are definitely shelves, possibly candle sconces to light up the piece of furniture being used or for playing the organ. Each one has one hole that goes straight through the arm which would be to secure to the piece of furniture, each has two holes in the back for pegs and the pegs are still there, I think they are walnut, Victorian style but uncertain of the actual date. Lovely design with great lines, each has a bell detail at the base of the shelf, no maker marks noted, they measure about 9 1/2" tall, the shelf has a diameter of 7" and they extend out from the wall about 5 1/2" ... moreThese would have been connected to the piece and extended above the piece in some way since the shelf is completely round and not flat in the back.if it was flat in the back it would have been laid up against the piece. Nice architectural pieces in overall good condition, no cracks or breaks, a little wear to the shelf edge but nothing major, each weighs over one pound a piece. Sold As Is. I will combine shipping!
