Antique Hand Carved Oak Wood Cabinet Door Ornate Thistle Arch Pattern Victorian Description: Up for sale is this estate rescued old door. It looks to be a door off of a cabinet of some kind. It measures 24 3/4" x 17 1/2" x 2" including the knob) As you can see from the photos this cabinet is carved by hand. The carving is rough and irregular but still beautiful in its intricacy! The pattern looks like it depicts a thistle plant inside of an arched design. You can also see that there are a couple of pieces missing from the design including one of the oval shaped designs in the top left and possibly two rectangle shaped pieces at the top of the columns below the arch. The knob also looks to have been hand carved. This door still has the original hinges which are rusted in place. The back of the door looks as though it had 2 cross ... morepieces which have been removed. The door does have some cracks developing in the bottom as you can see in the photos. Up for your consideration are these two oak or ash decorative wood panels. I am hoping the pictures will give you a better description as to condition and actual type of wood. I honestly feel the wood is oak but please. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to inquire as I will do my best to accommodate. The panels are in nice condition considering their age. There is some age cracking and other slight cracking, especially around the dowel areas. However, the panels are very solid and any cracking has not affected the panels durabilty. The panels weigh about 3 pounds each and measure 14.5" long, 11.5" wide, and.75" thick. Dresser Bureau Backboard Antique Acanthus Leaves Wood Oak Architectural Piece
This is a lovely solid oak backboard from perhaps a small bureau. Dresser or maybe a dining room server. It has acanthus leaves across the very top with a dart design beneath that and swirled leaf or fronds motif below. It measures 40 7/8" wide at the very top. 40 3/8" at the bottom x 10 3/8" tall(not including the mounting boards which are attached to the back and protrude down below the backboard by about 5" It is 1 1/2" thick at the very top and 3/4" thick at the bottom. I would guess that it is from the 1920's. It will be packed carefully and insured which is reflected in the S&H amount.

These two panels were removed from either side of the music stand. They have red fabric on the back. Each panel measures 12 1/4" x 6 1/2" x about 5/16" thick at the not-rabbeted end. Three of the sides have rabbets that measure about 1/4" The manufacture date on the organ had faded but the latest patent dates listed on the label were from the 1880s. 1880s Architectural Salvage Quarter Sawn Oak Wood Boards from Antique Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued pair of Oak boards from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! These boards are solid oak. You can see that they have screw holes in each end with the screw holes at one end of each having dry rotted slightly and the screws had pulled through the sides. There is also a small abrasion near one of the holes as seen in the 8th photo to the left. Each board measures 14 1/4" x 7 1/4" x about 5/8" thick. The boards are finished on one side and appear to be natural on the other. The natural side has darkened with age. 1880s 43" Architectural Salvage Carved Oak Wood Pediment Molding from Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued carved oak piece from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! This very long piece measures 43 1/2" long x 5" It was the front piece of the organ just above the keyboard cover. It has a lock that we have left in which takes a triangular shaped key. The key was never recovered. As you can see from the close-ups the cuts go all of the way through the wood and appear to be hand carved as seen in their inconsistencies. Very cool! Each of the carved areas measure 10" x 3 1/4" This piece has 3 pins in the top that were used to hold it in place. There are also 2 pieces glued onto the ends of the back which had pins that slid into the sides of the organ. There are felt pieces on either end that prevented ... morethe piece from rattling when it was installed and the organ was being played! The carved openings are backed with a red cloth that looks to be original. You can see from the photos that the cloth has some rips in it. We found that it is quite fragile as we caused one of those rips when we were cleaning this great old piece. Oops. This piece consists of 4 pieces of wood. The long front piece with the carvings. A piece attached to the bottom which measures about 1 3/8" allowing this piece to stand on its own and the 2 pieces on the back which the attaching pins. The back piece is 1/4" thick and the base piece is 1/2" thick. The manufacture date on the organ had faded but the latest patent dates listed on the label were from the 1880s. Here is a hard-to-find curved glass door for a 1890's- 1900's oak side by side Secretary/ Bookcase/ China cabinet. It is made of oak- quarter sawn on the top and bottom curved boards and straight sawn on the sides. All original with the original shellac finish. Latch but no handle or hinges. Some shellac on the glass(removable) Glass in good shape. Now the important part: It measures 27 7/8" tall. From the outside corners across the back is 16" wide. The hinge mortice is 1 1/2" and starts at 2" from either end. The lock hole is at just over 15" on center. Shipping is high because it's going to take a lot to box it to prevent breakage.

ANTIQUE OAK HOOSIER KITCHEN CABINET DOOR w/ WOOD SPICE RACK + HINGES HARDWARE B
This is an original oak door from an antique Hoosier style kitchen cabinet. It measures aprox. 18 1/4" wide x 15 3/4" high. It is complete with latch and catch as well as copper hinges and the original copper screws and has a wood rack attached to the back. It was painted with the front having been stripped at some point. Otherwise it is in good condition. We also have some other similar doors from this same cabinet presently listed. We will gladly combine lots whenever possible to save on shipping costs.

Lot of 6 Antique Solid Oak Wood Brackets Shelf Brackets Tiger Oak Quartersawn I’m baaaaack! I had the incredible opportunity to chaperone a school related trip to France. Germany and Belgium. It focused on American conflicts in WWI and WWII and it was heaven for a history lover like me. I was able to fit three items in my bag for you– look for them this week. I’m also still listing new items from my Indiana picking trip– lots of barn find and Amish farm finds from the two fellas that I visit every year. Enjoy! I have no idea what these wonderful oak pieces came from- was it furniture. Or parts of shelving- I don't know, but I took one look and I could see them being used as shelf brackets- what's not to love about solid oak with a kittler dark patina? There's 6 in all- as you can see, 4 small ones that match in size and two large ... moreones that match in size. The small ones measure 3 15/16" by 1 15/16" and are 1 1/2" thick. They each have two screw mounting holes- one on the long side and one on the short side. The sides are finished/varnished while the tops and bottoms are not- but they have the same patina color as the rest. You can see tiger graining on some sides. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition structurally, with rustic wear from age and use- scratches, scrapes, nicks, finish wear and dings. One has a shallow corner chip on the inside- the corner is missing but it's shallow and really hard to tell- it's on the inside part of the curve on the long end. The two lager ones measure 8" by 8 1/2" and are a smidge over 3/4" thick. These ones do not have mounting holes that go all the way through(like the smaller ones) each side has 3 small nail or screw holes(but don't go through) from whatever they were once attached to. You may need to drill holes if you plan to use them as shelf brackets. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition. 1880s Architectural Salvage Oak Wood Pediment Molding from Antique Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued Oak Pediment or Molding from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! This piece appears to be quarter sawn oak veneer over a wood board. There are some holes in one end and on the edges from where it was installed on the organ. As you can see in the photos there are 2 decorative pieces added. One of them has lost a little piece which gives it more personality! This piece measures 20 1/8" x 2 7/7” at the tallest points x about 5/8" thick. The boards are finished on one side and appear to be natural on the other. The natural side has darkened with age. This is for one 22" by 4" by 2" Victorian Oak Wood Table Apron/Valance never used or finished as you can see in the photos. It's in very good condition except for a little dust and dirt and one broken piece on the end that you can see in the photo. I got it from a master craftsman who is in his late 80's and was forced to down size to a smaller shop and was getting rid of extra pieces he saved over the years for patterns etc.
