Wooden balls have light play but don't rotate. Flattened bottoms. Brass is un-polished but in excellent condition. Great patina as is. Nice realistic dimpled claws that runs smooth up to top. Genuine Period Antique Carved Wood Table Stand w/ Drawer Drop Pull
A genuine early period antique wood table stand. I am in a slight dilemma as to which period it is from. Could be Colonial but cannot say 100% although could be Colonial Revival/ Victorian as well. It does have the appearance and the hardware fits but I am not an expert at furniture so will leave it up to your discretion after reading description and viewing pictures. The table is 20" tall x 21 3/4" across x 12.5 deep, weighs approx 17-18 lbs. It has one drawer that pulls out from the bottom that has a flower carving on each side of it's drop pull. Drop pull and plate appear to be iron with pull itself having a pointed end with rough side surface and smooth faceted, roughly made, pointed tip(somewhat like an old handmade nail look) The drop pull is secured with a staple fastener. The drawer has the triangular cut dove tailing ... morebut odd in that the back side of the drawer's dovetailing is round, see pics. The back of the drawer are carve marked with"+L" The two sides are carved with medallions in a flower design. The legs are turned and the feet are an onion style bun feet, slightly flattened. The wood has the grain of Atlantic White Cedar but will admit I am not great at identification of various woods but when comparing some pictures it looked closest. It is in VG condition, one foot does have a crack in it, there is a small crack on the edge of one of the carved panels on the drawer, and the panel above the drawer where two side by side pieces of wood meet has a very slight space in between them. There is a small light scratch/ scuff here and there. Very nicely kept and cared for during it's 100+ years(as I don't believe it to date early then late 1800's, this I am rather sure of) I acquired this at an estate her in Charlotte where I also purchased an 1880's Minton piece which I recently sold. This is the apron f rom an antique table that was about 68"X48" It was an oval table. So some of these are more curved since they were on the ends and the straighter ones were the sides. They are mortise and tenon. One piece has a n edge that is broken off near the end on the back. Please look over pictures) These are almost 6" wide at the widest and each piece is about 23"2 3.5" lo ng. these are r eally HEAVY! They will cost at lea st $35. to ship. Maybe more! They are about 30 pounds before packing! There are a few missing edges. Also include are the pieces that you screw to the bottom of your tab le. T hat slide into the grove on the back of these to hold the apron on your table. I think these are oak. But I am not a wood expert. So not sure. Antique Mahogany Wood Carved Lion Claw Tri Foot Feet Parts Repair Table Base
Beautiful antique wooden carved tri-foot lion claw feet for furniture repair. These are lovely and were made early. Not sure of the age, I unfortunately broke the table that they were attached to. The actual claw feet are 10 1/2" from the toes/claws to the middle base by 8 1/4" high from floor to the base. The center base piece is about 9 1/4" high by 4 3/8" wide. I believe that they're mahogany, but can't be positive. Please examine the pictures closely, there are some glue marks, etc. that show the condition better than I can describe. Thanks for looking!

Beautiful antique wooden twisted spindle for furniture repair. These are lovely and made early. I unfortunately broke the table that they were attached to. They measure 20 7/8" long not including the peg. The base end of the spindle is 11/16" The top of the spindle is 3/4" I believe that they're mahogany, but can't be positive. Up for auction is a gorgeous set of 4 antique ornately carved wooden Victorian piano legs. These amazing looking. LARGE and eye catching wooden legs have carved fruit and ornate leaf patterns carved into each leg. Each has a nice slight curving to it and a fluted/claw foot bottom. These are a matching set of piano legs#1-4 with the serial# 16357 on each leg(see photos) There are the original cast iron wheels on each leg. Each has the original wooden screw attachment(some areas have been striped of groves) The overall condition is nice for these legs, some do have more damage than others. For sale a set of 11 cylinder shaped vintage wood furniture legs that measure 2 7/16 of an inch high and 1 1/2 inches in diameter. These are a medium brown with still a rather high gloss finish on them. I don't know wood so I'm unable to tell you what kind it is. Pair of two antique tripod Table bases. Solid wood with the brass metal feet in the Eastlake Victorian style. These can be used for one large table or for a pair of smaller drum tables or stands. They are a solid darkwood. Probably a walnut. They are sturdy and sound and have no structural issues. Approximate dimensions are 28 inches high and the legs are 30 inches from leg to leg. I was going to stain and burn the top but you may have other ideas. The top is from an factory floor that was covered for over 100 yrs.It has been glued and biscuit joined. It was sanded somewhat. It could be sanded some more or it could be aged. Weathered or painted. Endless possibilities. I`m sure you have some ideas. It is heavy. Over 2" thick! It measures 66 5/8 x 31 1/8 x 2 3/8. Three Massive 5" Diameter Antique Farm Table Wood Legs 27" and 23 1/2" -ART!
Three Massive 5" Diameter Antique Table Wood Legs Found in the barn at a farm sale two legs are 27" and one is 23 1/2" tall. Each are 5" in diameter. If I had to take a guess I'd say the wood was walnut but have no expertise in the area. They are a piece of art when I look at them. They amaze me the way they were constructed.as big puzzles. As you can see in the photos the finish is extremely worn and that is there beauty. The smallest leg has a chunk missing as you can see the photos. These would be a great statement piece just standing in the corner of a large room, or they could certainly be repurposed into lighting or shelf columns. They are beautiful to me and I am sure they will be beautiful to someone else too. FYI-The box is 36 lbs.

Antique 9" Cast Iron Pedestal Table Base w/ Original Wood School Desk Chair
Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is a wonderful antique cast iron pedestal school desk seat or chair– in a smaller size than usual. This is the smallest chair we have ever come across. And the cast iron pedestal base is perfectly level and flat- no tilt at all. I have taken pictures with the seat still attached with the 4 screws to the pedestal base and I also took pictures after we removed the wooden seat. We are going to ship the chair with the seat NOT ATTACHED. We are including the original mounting screws so attaching the base to the seat again will be easy– only a flat tip ... morescrewdriver needed. The chair stands 21 ½” tall when the seat is attached. The wooden chair by itself is 13 ¼” tall at the back and the seat is 10 ½” x 11” x 1 ¼” The wood is in very good condition with minor signs of wear and scuff marks and scratches on the top surfaces. The bottom of the seat has a few cracks in the wood and a very old small chunk of wood that came out– all if which has occurred over the years– please look at the pictures to get a better idea of these minor flaws. The cast iron pedestal base(by itself) weighs 5lbs. Stands 9” tall, measures 7 3/8” across the round bottom, 8 ¼” across the top, and the center post is about 2 ¼” wide. Both the top and bottom surfaces have 4 holes for mounting screws. The pedestal base has the original black paint, most of which still in place. There is one minor flaw on this piece– a small hole in the cast iron that measures ¼” x 3/8” this hold occurred during the manufacturing process and in no way at effects the structural integrity or strength of the base. Antique Furniture Salvage Piece Hand Carved Wood Table Base or? I'm not quite sure what this beauty started life out as- but it was just too pretty to pass up. It's an antique furniture part of some sorts- made of solid wood. It has carved details that very much remind me of the Eastlake era. I"m wondering if maybe it was a hall tree stand- as you can see that it was cut from whatever used to be at the top- there's no indication of anything actually attaching there- no screw holes, etc. so I do believe that it was cut from a larger piece- see photos 17-18. I thought it would make a lovely table base for you- or maybe the base for a pedestal for an item that you want to display- it's so pretty, it deserves a new life! You would have to figure out a way to attach a top to it if you plan to make it a table or pedestal, though, ... moreas there's no hardware holes. It's in excellent solid and sturdy structural condition. The finish is in really nice shape too, with only minor nicks, scratches, scrapes and finish wear that you really have to look for. You could minimize with a little polish, but I really don't think that it's necessary. I'm showing in photos 13 and then 14 that it's missing two"rosettes" for lack of a better word- right next to each other. The other side has its two rosettes- that's what I'm showing in photo 14, so if you do not want to replace the missing ones, you could turn that side to the back. No other issues that I can find- I can't say enough about this one- it is oldoldold and very nice. It measures 22" long going straight across foot to foot, and there's 17" measuring one foot to the foot next to it. It measures 20 3/4" tall and weighs 5 1/4 lbs. I'm not sure of the wood- it's not oak for sure, and it's a hardwood, so supersize and see what you think. Antique Wood Table Legs Full Height Round Top 3pc set/lot Victorian/Queen Ann
PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD AND VIEW ALL PICTURES! NO RESERVE! You are looking at a 3 piece set of I guess Queen Ann or Victorian style table legs. They are full height table. Can be used for a round dining table, half round entry or couch table, even a Triangle. 3 legs can work on many types of tables. I am not sure if there was ever a 4th but if there was I don't have It. The appear to be Cherry wood with a medium stain, they are however checked in areas of the joinery. I believe they might have been left outside at one point in the rain possibly because the finish is a tad cloudy as well. There is a tiny chip in one detail(not even noticeable see pic 7) They have rolling casters on them and seem to roll well. They measure about 29-1/2" to the bottom of casters and they are 9-1/2" at the widest part of the details(the top) The mounting ... morearea is 17" x 4-1/4" There are a bunch of numbers stamped in the mounting areas but I do not know what they mean. 2 Antique Table Legs This pair of antique table legs are the most ornate pair of salvage pieces that I have run across so far. They could be used to salvage an old table or to create a new table. The top of the leg forms a corner. The legs look quite delicate with the pierced design. The legs are 25" long but one of the legs has an additional piece of wood at the top that may have been used to attach to a table. The finish appears to have been removed from the darker leg. The lighter leg still has some finish on it. It also has a piece that has come off but could easily be reattached. The lighter leg is missing a raised piece at the center of the leg. One of the feet is a bit more banged up than the other. Antique CAST IRON LEGS RECLAIMED WOOD INDUSTRIAL TABLE Base Stand Console Entry
This table started life as an industrial sewing machine stand/ base. The cast iron legs are in good solid condition. Still showing most of the original paint. The company name, PHOENIX, is still showing off its gold gilt paint. The top has had the old finish scraped away to reveal the aged color and grain without destroying the patina. Rather than patching the large hole where the machine would have been mounted, its been enlarged to serve as a catchment'trough' at the back of the table, much like the antique woodworkers' benches. The revised/ revived top was then coated with several layers of polyurethane. An excellent addition to an entry hall, behind a sofa, hallway, under a large window, etc. Note that the top mounts on the legs so as to protrude along one long side, allowing stools and leg space if desired. The top measures ... more44 1/4" long and 21 1/2" deep. The legs are 24" apart as shown with the stretcher. The feet are 17" front to back, while at the top the legs are 13" front to back. Furniture Wood Salvage Hardwood Antique Table Legs 24" lot 133
Set of 5 antique 24" table legs in solid condition(no rot) but they are rather marred. There is a cut out in the side of 4 of them that held bracing. The legs come as they are seen in photos. There is no other hardware included. The square mounting portion measures 2.75" x 2.75" The bulb at the bottom has a diameter of 2.5" The bottom surface that rest on the floor is 1.75" across.
