If you are missing one of your claw feet on your table. Chair, etc. or if you have one that is damaged, here is an excellent replacement. It is definitely old and not a reproduction. Dimensions are 2.5 inches long by 1.8 inches wide by 1.5 inches high. The opening is 1.3 inches wide by 1.1 inches high. Weight is 50 grams. Condition is excellent.

It is carved from one solid piece of wood with the exception of the two long pieces of wood on the back. ANTIQUE SOLID WALNUT HAND CARVED FURNITURE PEDIMENT PIECES
Up for bid is several pieces of an antique solid walnut furniture pediment or gallery from a Victorian or Eastlake era piece of furniture. The pieces are primitively hand carved as well as hand made. And although there are a few missing pieces, there do seem to be enough to create a nice gallery around the top of a bureau, buffet, dresser, and/or etc. The pieces are approximately 1/2" in thickness by an overall length for the longest center piece of about 21" On some pieces there is carving on both sides. My guess is the carver was practicing or was doing"do overs" in order to get the best look that they wanted to achieve before finishing the piece. The top center carving piece does have a chip or missing piece of wood, though it does not take away from the overall glamour of the pieces. Up for bid is a interesting and nicely shaped pair of solid walnut. Furniture corbels. Each corbel is made up of two pieces of wood, glued together, thus giving it a stepped down look as seen in the pictures provided. They are also two different lengths, because of how they were originally removed from a demolished pump organ. One is 15-1/8" in length while the second is only 13-3/8" in length. Both are 10-1/2" wide overall and the thicker portion of both is 7-1/2" in width. The two pieces might be able to be separated, though I'll leave that up to the winning bidder if they so choose. The longer one can also be cut to the same length as the shorter one, but again a choice left up to the winning bidder. Auction is for a set of cherry table leaf extenders that mount on the underside of a tabletop. Each extender is made of three 3 by 7 by 20 inch pieces of solid black cherry wood that were made by the Jefferson Woodworking Company of Kentucky. The three pieces extend out to a length of 43.5 inches. They weigh 3.5 lbs. each. There are mounting holes in each piece and I can provide more dimensions if needed on each piece. The extenders are from a solid black cherry table that was made in Pennsylvania in the late 1950s. I could find no damage on these pieces- excellent condition. Antique Eastlake Victorian SOLID WALNUT Carved& Inlaid FURNITURE FRONT PART The overall length is 24" and the width is 2" The thickness is 3/4" measurement is 13 3/4" and the tapered tips that extend into the chair slots are just a bit more that 1/2" long. This is a typical American Eastlake Victorian furniture part. The long grooves are typical as are the style of the carvings that either represent flowers or cherries. Also the strip of fancy burl grain which is overlaid in the 1" x 8" center rectangle is typical of Eastlake Victorian style. I do not know what piece of furniture this item was attached to. There is a wooden(walnut wood also) mounting bracket on the back and deep-set dadoes on each end that were used for mounting. Condition: This piece is in relatively good condition for its age. The side panels were removed from an antique pump organ, that had to be moved due to location and all wood was salvaged. The wood has been completely stripped of it's original dark, ugly finish to reveal a light colored walnut wood, ready to take any colored or natural finish, your heart desires. The panels have some beautiful incised carving of flowers, medallions, spindled columns and nicely curved embellished feet. The side panels were meticulously separated from the rest of the pump organ, making sure to do little to no damage to what you see before you. It focused on American conflicts in WWI and WWII and it was heaven for a history lover like me. I was able to fit three items in my bag for you– look for them this week. I’m also still listing new items from my Indiana picking trip– lots of barn find and Amish farm finds from the two fellas that I visit every year. Enjoy! This is one of my favorites this week. I'm guessing that it was originally a table base- but you can make it a fabulous pedestal too. What I have is an antique. Solid heavy oak base with a killer dark patina. As you can see in my photos, the base actually is made up of two pieces of solid oak that fit together in the center. There's ... morea hole in the center for attaching them, and each piece has two more smaller holes for whatever it used to be mounted to. I have no hardware with these- what you see is what you get. It's interesting that the pieces are actually each made from two pieces of wood. The rounded bun feet being attached rather than cut all from the same piece of wood- see photo 10 for what I mean. This one is the most noticeable- but let me clarify, you really have to look closely to notice at all- and it's original to the making(not damaged and repaired- all 4 feet are the same) Each of the two pieces measures 15 1/8" long by 1 5/8" wide. Put them together, and there's 9 1/4" inches measuring inside foot to inside foot between the legs. It stands 3 1/2" tall. Put together, it weighs3 lbs. For shipping, I will take apart to make it easier and safer- all you'll need to do is slip the two pieces together. Excellent solid and sturdy condition. There's minor nicks, scratches and scrapes and finish wear- all part of its story. You could polish to make it shine, but I like it just the way it is. Lot of 6 Antique Solid Oak Wood Brackets Shelf Brackets Tiger Oak Quartersawn I’m baaaaack! I had the incredible opportunity to chaperone a school related trip to France. Germany and Belgium. It focused on American conflicts in WWI and WWII and it was heaven for a history lover like me. I was able to fit three items in my bag for you– look for them this week. I’m also still listing new items from my Indiana picking trip– lots of barn find and Amish farm finds from the two fellas that I visit every year. Enjoy! I have no idea what these wonderful oak pieces came from- was it furniture. Or parts of shelving- I don't know, but I took one look and I could see them being used as shelf brackets- what's not to love about solid oak with a kittler dark patina? There's 6 in all- as you can see, 4 small ones that match in size and two large ... moreones that match in size. The small ones measure 3 15/16" by 1 15/16" and are 1 1/2" thick. They each have two screw mounting holes- one on the long side and one on the short side. The sides are finished/varnished while the tops and bottoms are not- but they have the same patina color as the rest. You can see tiger graining on some sides. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition structurally, with rustic wear from age and use- scratches, scrapes, nicks, finish wear and dings. One has a shallow corner chip on the inside- the corner is missing but it's shallow and really hard to tell- it's on the inside part of the curve on the long end. The two lager ones measure 8" by 8 1/2" and are a smidge over 3/4" thick. These ones do not have mounting holes that go all the way through(like the smaller ones) each side has 3 small nail or screw holes(but don't go through) from whatever they were once attached to. You may need to drill holes if you plan to use them as shelf brackets. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition. Drawer Pulls 28 total pieces....ANTIQUE.....SOLID BRASS
Up for bid are 28 drawer pulls taken off of 70 year old bedroom furniture. These drawer pulls are antique solid brass and come in 3 different sizes. There are 14 pieces of the large 3" 6 pieces of the 2 1/2" and 8 teardrop pulls. They are tarnished. And the lacquer is coming off most all the pieces. So why are we selling these? We just refurnished all the old bedroom furniture and bought the exact same drawer pulls to replace these old worn ones. BIG MISTAKE.it cost me 387.00 to replace them. I did learn that when you go by size it is the measurement of the holes in the back. So when I say I have 14 of the 3 inch pulls. that means the measurement of center hole to center hole on the back. Antique furniture parts curved sofa, chair ottoman legs solid carved hard wood
These legs came off an antique camel back brocade sofa from the 1930's(or earlier) that I purchased at estate auction yrs ago. It was a very well constructed piece of furniture with hand tied springs. A heavy hard wood frame, and horse hair for the first layer of padding. When I retired it for good. I salvaged these front legs. The back"legs" were actually part of the frame itself, or else I would have saved them as well. They have the original finish on them except for where I used a little denatured alcohol to help identify the wood. I am not positive. But my best guess is that they are mahogany or maybe cherry. They are NOT identical! That was never noticeable when they were on my couch- only when I put them side by side to measure. Upon doing my research. I found out that this style of carving is very complex and can only ... morebe done with one solid piece of wood so it's actually not unusual for them not to be exact duplicates. Original four factory wood screws included- they are flat(square) head- another clue that they are old. Cross head screws weren't used until the later 1930's and after. Measurements: Right leg: 3.5" all 4 sides at the top where it fastens. 6" high. 2.25" across; 2" front to back at the bottom where it rests on the floor(foot pad) Left leg: 3 sides at 3.5" and the back side is 3" across at the top. 6" high. 2 1/16" across; 2" front to back at the bottom(foot pad) You can't go to Lowes and buy these!
