Up for auction is my dining room table. Very ornate with 6 turned legs connected near floor by carved arms. Carved trim on apron. Extra wide for fitting more seats when needed. Has 3 12" leaves(no aprons) finish is not matching. So need to use tablecloth with leaves. Table will open up even more, so if you had more leaves made, you could seat even more. Finish Is in pretty good shape, could use touchup refinish on top. Some cloud areas, one chip in veneer and one small area where finish is worn. Legs are in pretty good shape. Antique Ornate Delicately Curved Table Legs Lot of 6
I am judging this lot of six ornate delicately curved table legs to be antique. The legs appeared salvaged because some of the wood pegs are broken off. The legs measure 19” overall length. Mounting surface checks 6 3/8” x 1 ¼” and feet checks 1 ½” x 1 5/8” oval diameter. The legs have flaking paint and small nicks/dents and they apparently need to be stripped of their finish. They measure over 1 1/2 inches high(total) and the wheels diameter is about 3/4 of an inch. They need cleaning. The sale was the final liquidation of an antique store(they‘d had one previous auction- so much stuff, they had to have two) that used to operate out of this location- but the building has been closed, as well as the business, for over 20 years following the passing of the previous owners. Now, we’re talking two stories, an attic and a basement PACKED with antiques- it’s hard to imagine, and all of it just sitting for two decades. These folks had amassed a huge antique collection- many many items dating back to the early 1800s and before. There’s some gorgeous pieces of primitive Americana that I found. Lot of 6 Antique Brass Claw Foot Wooden Table Legs with Rosettes
Here is a set of 6 antique solid wood table legs with rosettes on both sides of each and brass claw feet. They are all in fair condition with some dings. Scratches, and chips of wood missing from all of them, but they are all solid, sturdy, and perfectly useable or repurposeable. The finish on them is a medium reddish brown and is worn off in spots down to the bare wood. In the surfaces that were attached to a table, there are 5/8" diameter holes drilled where wooden pegs had been glued inside to reinforce the joint. On one leg, the two wooden pegs are snapped off inside and new holes will need to be drilled in order to re-insert new pegs. Some have chips missing around the holes and might require some wood filler. All rosettes are still intact on the curved part at the top of each leg and they look very good with no major chips missing. ... moreThe claws are all 100% complete with nothing broken or missing, but the metal is darkened from age and could use a cleaning. Each claw is tacked on with a small nail on each side. Aside from using these as table legs, I have seen people modify them a little to use as shelf brackets, or they could be used as legs on other furniture as well. They each measure 18" L x 2 1/4" W x 13" H(this is how high the rounded top would be if the claw was on the floor and the side was attached to a table) I will pack them very well and include shipping insurance.

ANTIQUE CARVED WALNUT DESK INSERT W/ DROP DOWN FRONT + 6 DRAWERS
This is a very nice antique walnut desk insert with a drop down front and six small drawers. It was salvaged from a large two piece secretary desk. Most likely it is English. It measures aprox. 41 1/2" wide x 15" deep, 21 1/4" deep with the front dropped down x 7 3/4" high and the writing surface is 14" deep. It has dovetailed drawers, nice drawer pulls and brass latches that hold the front in place. The leather on top is cracked in the center, the small brackets on one of the open cubbyholes are missing and there is a scratch or gouge on the left side of the carved front that extends to the center which you can see in the pictures, part of the bottom board is missing as well. 6 Antique Wild Black Cherry Table Legs
Auction is for a set of 6 wild black cherry table legs that include 2 legs with swing out board mounted on the top of them. The legs were made from 2 1/8 inch square blocks of cherry wood. They are natural cherry finish and have a metal cap in the bottom of each one. They also have the mounting bolt and nut in 4 of them. They are 28 1/4 inches long from the top of the block to the bottom of the leg. Local pick up is fine with prior arrangements. I am selling these as parts for someone who needs solid cherry legs to rebuild a table or add to a new one they are building. The finish is still pretty good as you can see in the pictures.

Claw Foot Up next. Here is a nice antique cast iron claw foot with glass ball. This is large measuring about 6" in total height. The glass ball is about 3" in diameter and is turning purple as you can see. There are visible bubbles inside the glass. There are some straw marks and a visible mold seam. But no chips or other damage. There is a small spot which was polished flat on the glass ball. The foot will stand at a slight angle while resting on this polished area as it was originally attached to a leg that was slightly splayed by design. Questions gladly answered! Offered for Auction: Set of 6 Mahogany Turned Furniture Stretchers. The turned stretchers/legs/decorative elements were salvaged long before we found them so I am uncertain what type of furniture they came off of. They are in as found condition(I cleaned the heavy dust off of them but have not oiled or re-touched them) and they are still dirty. They have a double vase and modified ring profile which I'm calling Classical. However I cannot put my finger on the exact style. I believe the ends are turned rather than doweled, however I am not an expert and they are at various heights as shown(a few are quite shallow) There is minimal wear and tear and I am uncertain of their age or origin. They are very lightweight. Condition: Good given their age. There are scratches. Nicks, dings and worn spots. The grain is a bit raised and the finish ... moreis dull and there is dust in the grooves. The color varies a little from piece to piece. Some of the ends are chewed up. 6 Antique Wood & Plastic Wheel Casters with Steel Stems for Furniture
Here are five casters that are alike in shape and size and one unlike the rest. The five all have wheels that are 1 1/4" diameter and stems that are 1 1/2" long. Three wheels are wood and and two are a vintage plastic like material. The last wheel is wood. 1" diameter, it has a hole instead of a stem. Light rust on steel and wood wheels look a little age but all still solid and functional. One of the plastic wheels has some nicks along the edge but still rolls solidly. Questions? Just ask! Have a 3 1/2" stem that is 1/4" at the top and tapers to 1/2" The second set measurers 4 3/4" tall with wheels of 1 5/8" in diameter by 5/8" wide. Have a stem that is 3" long and tapers from 1/4" to 3/8" All wheels spin freely. Very good vintage condition.
