The 30 index card file drawers come in two 15 Drawer sections and measure 3.875 x 5.875 with interior dimension of 3 x 5 inches. The knobs and the card holders are solid brass and there is one knob missing but should be easy to replace. Given it's age this unit is in pristine condition. Some of the wooden index card drawers have plastic inserts while others are wood. All of the drawers are solid wood and the adjustable index card mechanism is operational in all 30 drawers. The unit was manufactured with the finest craftsmanship. The units are joined together using rotating metal clips that fit into rabbeted wood stretchers located on the bottom of each piece. The finish is on all four sides and is without major blemish. The unit was purchased at auction from the Office of Veteran Affairs. This is truly an exquisite piece of furniture.

Super Nice Antique Quartersawn Oak Fire Place Mantle W/ Beveled Mirrors Redone
This auction will be for a super nice quartersawn oak fireplace mantle. This mantle appears to have just been refinished and is in great condition with no loose pieces. Joints or damage of any kind. The mirrors were also replaced with new beveled mirrors and look fantastic. This is a two piece double stack unit and can be taken apart for transport and easy install. Im not sure of the exact age of this unit but was told around 1900- 1950s. The dimensions are 61" wide X 77" tall at the widest and tallest point. The inside dimension is 35" wide X 36" tall. Top section has 5 mirrors with the largest one being 28" X 16" and the four small outer mirrors 8" X 6" along with two small accent shelfs between the small mirrors and a full length upper shelf above the mirrors. LATE 1800's ANTIQUE MISSION STYLE BEVELLED MIRROR IN QUARTERSAWN OAK FRAME
This CLASSIC LATE 1800's BEVELED MIRROR FRAMED IN SOLID OAK FRAME is very large. Measuring 22 inches by 46 inches. The beautiful frame is 2" wide and is quartersawn oak, showing the beautiful oak grains. It may be hung either horizontally or vertically, although the wire currently is adjusted for vertical hanging. This is a gorgeous statement piece and would focal point in any room. The beveled mirror has a 1 inch bevel, This is a strong, heavy piece. The frame is in excellent condition and has a strong oak backing. This is a local pick up item in Grand Rapids. MI. Size: Larger stand is approximately 18" height x 15" width x 15" depth Smaller stand is approximately 16" height x 11.5" width x 11.5" depth These two stands are made in the same pattern: square top. Bottom horizontal stretchers close to the ground, and thru corners with pyramid shapes on the top corners. Gustav Stickley made tabourets or stands in this pattern and his early work was not always marked. Notice that the smaller stand is finished in a lighter and slightly more reddish finish. While the larger stand is much more of a dark fumed oak color. Condition Issues: There are many blemishes ... moreto the finish including scratches and a couple of nicks to the wood. Each of the four sides of both stands were photographed in direct sunlight. As were the tops and undersides, so that all of the blemishes can be seen. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Offering an antique. Quartersawn oak wood, mission, plant stand with 8 screws(original. holding it together. Not marked. Circa: late 1800's to early 1900's. It measures 15.22 inches high at the top by 11.12 inches square at the legs, and it weighs 3 lb's, 5.55 oz's. This table is in excellent, solid condition with mention of a few chips here and there(not too noticeable. and there's an old crack at the top of one of the legs. Nice, useable piece.
