Unique, Vintage,Cow Hide,Leather and Brass Horse Saddle Magazine/Newspaper Rack
This magazine rack is pretty old. My Grammy had it for as long as I can remember and I am in my 50's. It is real cow hide, leather and stirrups look to be brass. Under where the handle is on the top in the wood is a crack(separation actually) that can be easily repaired, otherwise this unique piece of antique furniture is in pretty good condition. The leather is worn like something over 50 years old would be. I have always loved this piece, but have to move and will not have a place for it. Home Theater Brass Stanchions (Quantity 5) Vintage?
Brass Stanchions Quantity 5(4 shown in picture. But there are 5. The one not shown is in exact shape as the others) I purchased these for a home theater project. But decided not to use them. I believe these were used outside. They have a lot of tarnish on them. I briefly tried cleaning one up with Brasso and it really started to shine. They are in fairly good shape. But not perfect shape. The poles and tops look great. The bases look a little worn. I believe these would clean up fairly well. I'm offering local pickup only. But I could ship. These are large and heavy. I'd need to drop them off someplace to pack and ship them. Cost to ship would probably be expensive, but I'll work with you. I won't lose money or make money on shipping. I was given a very rough guess of $300 shipped to Las Vegas.

Antique Vintage Lot 4 BRASS LION PAW Feet for Regency Drum Table Furniture Parts Up for sale is this Antique Vintage Lot 4 BRASS or BRONZE LION PAW Feet for Regency Drum Table Furniture Part. These came from a moving sale. I don't know exactly what these came from but they look like they might have come from an old Regency Drum Table. These are nice heavy feet and combined they weigh just about 3 lbs. Measurements: They measure about 2 3/4" wide and 3 3/8" long overall but the size rectangular piece of wood leg that would fit inside these is a maximum 1 11/16" wide. The max height of the leg part would be 2" tall but would need to be tapered I think to fit properly. Condition: Very good with original patina and dirt but no cracks. Chips or other damage. The brass on the inside and bottom which does not show is somewhat ... morerough or irregular. I have many other great items up for sale. Recently acquired it at an estate sale. Would make a great gift or keep it for yourself! The piece was represented as a Maitland Smith tray table. Maitland Smith typically uses paper labels. So it probably got removed at some juncture. So representing as Maitland Smith as was communicated, but there is no label on the piece identifying as such. Have not been able to find another table like this one to identify the model number. Any assistance would be appreciated. The table base and the server tray are made of wood. Some loss of paint finish. But still looks very good. All is intact. Nice black painted base with gold colored accents and scrolls. The ... morebase has brass rollers on it, so the table can easily be moved around on any surface. I only see one issue to report to you. The wood carved webbing in one of the sides of the tray was damaged at one time and was repaired. See pic. A good black enamel Krylon or Rustoleum furniture marker would finish the touch up on that earlier repair. We don't fix our items. We sell them as we find them. The tray table is 21.5" tall(tray in place) By 31-3/8" across, by 21-3/8" wide. The floor of the server tray is 19.75" above the ground. The tables were hard to take pictures of with the light we had to work with. there appears to be some bands going across the table top. There is nothing there, just the inlay along the perimeter. The finish on these vintage tables is in very nice condition. They were very well taken care of by their previous owners over the past 50 plus years. There are just some minor markings on the top of one of the tables in a small area. A small chip out of the edge of one of the leaves. Each drawer has a brass pull that is securely attached to it. Here is a beautiful and unique Lane Cedar Chest for your home decorating needs. Has an early American finish to it. The chest has nice looking brass hardware and pulls on the front of it. Having the drawer below the cedar chest makes this a very unique piece. Clean inside both the cedar chest part as well as the drawer. Some minor marks on the piece from years of use. The right rear leg was loose(see last pic) as small pieces on both sides of the top of the leg broke off. I was able to use longer screws with washers to secure that ... moreleg tightly to the chest again. You cannot even see this issue with the top of leg unless you are looking for it. No other dings. VINTAGE 1940s ORNATE BRASS IRON HOTEL REGISTRATION PODIUM STAND TABLE LAMP 50"
We are pleased to offer this very beautiful. Vintage(1940s) lighted, hotel, funeral parlor, reception, etc. registration podium table/stand. This is a very nicely detailed piece with an ornate iron and brass base. The iron is reticulated on the very bottom in a Neoclassical pattern/design. There is a circular, brass accent on the base with floral pattern and a silver colored finial in the center. The stand has four tall legs. The legs are fluted with inverted trumpet lower sections and embossed acanthus leaves. The table section is original laminate with wood grain pattern. It is drilled and wired and houses a single lamp with an adjustable brass shade. It also has a ledge which keeps the registration book(not included) from sliding off. The original"Please Register" placard is also present. It is a hard, clear acrylic with the ... morelettering engraved on its reverse side. This is a very beautiful piece. It is in very good condition with some minor evidence of age/use. There is a small crack/break on the metal bracket that houses the lamp. It can be resolved and it is not distracting or consequential. The wiring is vintage but in good condition and the lamp does work. The laminate is very nice(old and thick) with only very minor surface scuffs which are not severe or easily seen. The stand is 50" tall. The base is 11" squared on the bottom. The table top is 19" wide and 15" tall. It is attached to the base via screws and we will separate the two pieces for shipping purposes and ship in 2 boxes. I believe its a magazine stand but could be completely wrong. It looks like a giant campfire toast maker! There must be a reason why it is so vented. Made of metal and very fancy; perhaps those clues reveal its true purpose. 32" tall and 16" wide. I have polished it in two spots on the handle and comes up very nice. But the old look is cool too. It appears to dismantle for flat shipping/folding. Two issues are it is missing one of the leg nuts on the lower shelf. Its not a big deal and you can display it with that side less obvious or just buy a suitable brass nut replacement. The other issue is the main support handle. It bolts into the bottom of the flip rack and the repose brass ... moreis soldered around the bolt retainer nut. It needs to be resoldered.
