Large. Salvaged, architectural pediment. Beautiful, Victorian antique in overall wonderful condition! Walnut construction with raised, bevelled, burled panel in the middle. Highlights include.sawtooth trim far left and right, quarter fan carvings, segmented vertical trim, cornice molding above, and repeating geometric design across top with cannonball finials. Hanging wire attached in back with felt pads to protect wall. Can also freely stand upright, on its own. Outstanding pair of Ornate Walnut Victorian Gothic Style organ sides. Imagine these are pilasters to a great room or as the sides to a custom desk or kitchen island. You don't have to be a visionary to know how good these will look in your home. These are georgeous in every inch of worked walnut. These sides are in great shape except for a missing piece of molding as pictured(I will include a piece or two of molding that will be close but not an exact match. There are also saw marks to each of the corner molding pieces above the corbels, not sure what somebody was trying to do. Here is an antique Victorian clock or mirror pediment in as found condition. This carved piece measures about 18" wide and 8" tall. Plus mounting bracket attached with square/cut nails. There is a crack that can be seen in photos, as well as the original wrinkled varnish. This antique walnut trim piece would clean up nicely and add that finishing touch to a Victorian mirror, clock case or what have you. 2 Walnut Antique Victorian cabinet door inserts w/ fancy carving
Offered for auction are these wonderful walnut cabinet door inserts. They appear to have come from sideboard cupboard base doors and were screwed in as evidenced by the screw holes. Also. The witness mark in a sinuous pattern even more solidifies my idea they were from a sideboard. Each door insert has a large shaped walnut burl veneer panel with a three dimensional carving glued to it. Looks like a lyre of some sort. One panel has a lobe missing on the glued on lyre. Original finish and would be super to hang on the wall or even put back into a door frame. 20 1/2" t by 18 1/2" w. Can be shipped in about 10 days.

Antique Eastlake Victorian SOLID WALNUT Carved& Inlaid FURNITURE FRONT PART The overall length is 24" and the width is 2" The thickness is 3/4" measurement is 13 3/4" and the tapered tips that extend into the chair slots are just a bit more that 1/2" long. This is a typical American Eastlake Victorian furniture part. The long grooves are typical as are the style of the carvings that either represent flowers or cherries. Also the strip of fancy burl grain which is overlaid in the 1" x 8" center rectangle is typical of Eastlake Victorian style. I do not know what piece of furniture this item was attached to. There is a wooden(walnut wood also) mounting bracket on the back and deep-set dadoes on each end that were used for mounting. Condition: This piece is in relatively good condition for its age. It has the original beveled glass mirror which has a small bit of hazing due to age. Offered for auction is this very nice antique Victorian inside window double shutter with super brass/bronze hinges. These shutters were mounted inside the window casing inside the home and used to close off the light or cold. The very dark side is the side that faced the window. Someone has begun to refinish the shutter and you can see the beautiful Mahogany or Walnut wood in the stripped side. This would make a super door front for a cabinet. Pair of Victorian Walnut and Burl Incised Trim / Embellishments Pieces
Up for auction is nice pair of Victorian embellishment pieces. These were part of a very large Victorian mirror frame. These would make great door surrond pieces. Victorian bed cobels(that are applied to the side rails) or can be attached and made into a pediment. Each embellishment is 40" long x 9" tall and 1.25" thick. This is a nice carved antique Victorian walnut pediment. Crest or back splash with what looks like a saw tooth design center. It measures 46" wide, 42 3/4" at the bottom x 5" high on the ends x 1 1/4" deep at the top. It has been cleaned and polished and is in good condition, there is a chip on the back on one end which you can see in the last picture we posted.
