These would be a great addition to a piece of furniture as they are head turners. Each claw holds a glass ball that acts as the base that touches the floor. There is obvious wear. As there should be for any items of this age but overall I would say these are in good vintage condition. Each foot has a hole in the back to attach to the furniture leg with a set screw. Very nice detailing. These are authentic as I took them off an old round table. Victorian Style Wooden Pedestal with 4 Legs for a Stool or Small Table
For your consideration is a vintage pedestal for a stool or small table; the way my camera flash in picture No. 9. I am thinking it is probably to a stool for a piano or organ. Each leg has five grooves in it that run the entre distance of the leg. It was very dirty when I purchased it. I cleaned and cleaned and could not see enough of the wood to determine what kind of wood it is made of, I finally used a small amount of varnish remover on it(I was amazed at how easily the thick varnish came off) and determined it was pine. It is 14 3/8" tall. Measuring from the furthest outside point of a leg to the furthest outside point of the opposite leg is 17 1/2" It is much less than perfect; it is old and has been used. That being said: Other than the crack; the wood is solid and would cleanup nicely. It does need refinished. Starting at ... morethe top and running down the side for 2 1/2" is a crack. Also there are some minor chips. All damage shows in at least one picture. Please carefully examine the pictures; as the pictures are part of the description.

You are buying a Set of 4 Vintage Legs. They are each 10 inches tall. The brackets are tapered. Which makes legs angle out. The legs are made of walnut, and in great condition.
