8 Old Vintage Rustic Turned Wood Furniture Pieces Posts Legs Wood Screws I had an opportunity to go down state Illinois recently for the homecoming of my Alma Mater and shopped the wonderful sales. Barn sales and antique shops along the way. I have a huge variety of oldees for you this week- from 19th century primitives to 1950s kitsch- there’s something for everyone! Here's a lot of 8 old turned wood furniture pieces- each one measures 15 1/16" long(not including the screws) Is 1 3/4" diameter on either end, and the ones that have a hole(not the a screw) have a hole that is 5/8" diameter. The threaded wood screws measure 1 1/4" long and about 1/2" diameter- they do fit well/screw into all of the open ends. There's 4 piece that have just a hole on either end(both ends- I have not pieces with a closed end) ... moreand 4 pieces that have a screw on one end and an open hole on the other. I do not know what type of wood this is, but as you can see from my photos, the finish is veryveryvery worn. You can also see what looks like finish drips on some of the pieces- see photos 13& 14. I'm showing in photo 15 that one has what looks to be a 2" paint oops on the side. Now, I have no idea if they were legs, or some type of post like on a bed( but as you can see from my 18th photo, I was able to screw all of them together to make one long piece(not sure that's what you are supposed to do- I was just curious) They are yours to do what you want with- aside from the finish issues, they are really in excellent solid and sturdy condition. There's minor wood dings, scratches, nicks and scrapes- but no major structural issues that I can find. Enjoy! Please ask if you have any questions. 4 Old Vintage Solid Fancy Brass Hardware Pieces Table Corner Pediments? I brought home a truck load of items from the auction last week. It was a farm estate. And I found some fabulous primitive antiques, as well as boxes and boxes of antique and vintage hardware that I will be listing for a long long time- someone clearly was a woodworker or dabbled in furniture creation or restoration. There’s something for everyone! I love these 4 pieces- but I'm not quite sure what they are! They came together. So I'm assuming they belong together- and they certainly have the same fancy style. There's two large and two small and each has a curve that makes me wonder- are they corner pediments for a table? See my photos and see what you think. Theeir shapes are not a 90 degree angle, so if they were on legs, they would have had to have been ... morelegs that are curved- not that they don't"wrap" to either side of a corner, it's just that they wouldn't be flush with the leg of a corner- there would be some air space. They are old vintage, if not antique, and they are either solid brass or bronze- one or the other as a magnet does not stick to them. I'm leaning toward brass because of the gold color that shines through the dark patina. The smaller pieces are darker than the larger pieces, but you can see the peeks of the gold brass color on the edges and at the back. All of the pieces have an age darkened patina accented with green oxidation, especially at the backs. If you look closely in photo 9 at the piece on the left, you can see that this piece has two drops(one about 2" and one about 1" one on either side) and a dot of a hard substance that has a green hue to it. It's hard, and feels and looks like dried adhesive- but it could be a dried varnish or even something else, I really don't know. I didn't try to remove it, as I didn't want to mess with the patina, but I want you to know it's there- see my photos. Other than this, they are in excellent condition. The two

Architectural Pieces! The largest pediment. I think, is made of resin. It is very detailed and has some green& gold. Paint on it. It measures approximately 15 1/2" By about 5" tall. Its almost 1" thick. The next. Three pediment pieces? are made of Oak. I think. Two measure about 9 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1" one. Is about 13" x 2 3/4" x 1" There are also 7 leaves. One side of the leaf has detail& the back side. Is plain. They are carved and kind of"puffed" Out. In the center(underneath) there is a little. Hole that a dowel may have gone in. To attach it. To something. I think the wood is maple? Maybe. You could find some interesting ways to use these. Cool old pieces? Thank you for looking!

Ornate carved wood lot 4 pieces teak salvaged pairs vintage
Lot of 4 pieces(that fit together to make 2"x" shaped pieces) of vintage carved wood. I bought these at a flea market years ago but haven't figured out exactly what they are or what to use them for especially since they are not identical to each other as pairs. I don't know what kind of wood they are but the color looks like teak to me. But I can't guarantee it. These are carved on one side only and flat on the back. Each of the 4 pieces measures about 18.25" long, 3" wide and.75" deep. The number"18" or"81" is written on the side. Please ask all questions before bidding as I don't accept returns. Up for auction a Lot(27) of vintage casters. There are 8 wood wheeled. 7 metal wheels and 12 plastic. All of them roll freely except for one of the small metal casters, it looks like the casing is bent and interfering with the roller. They all swivel freely, some of the rusted ones are a little tight. Please look over pictures real well and judge the conditions for yourself as you get all the casters pictured and I threw in 4 other castor related pieces of hardware.
