Hello and welcome Mid Century Modern Coffee Table Eames Era For sale is this really cooool Mid Century Coffee Table in the Heywood style. We found this at an local estate sale and the owner said that her father had made this table. The coffee table has the hard to find hairpin metal legs. The top is made with a heavy.thick piece of wood that has been covered with a blonde champagne/wheat color formica. There is some normal nicks and slight oxidation on the metal legs.but the legs are in great shape for their age and use. The formica table top also has scratches and chips to the surface top. This is a wonderful vintage coffee table and looks great in any decor.We can ship the whole coffee table or just the legs.it's up to you. The finish is a great 1950s funky blue with some wear that looks great, or you can easily repaint them. This is 4 hairpin legs off a piece of mid century furniture. They have holes at the top for screws. These have been painted black at some point. And HAVE PAINT CHIPS. They were originally gold and you can see that so these will need to be repainted. These are really sturdy. I don't know if there was another piece at the top since these are 13" Maybe a block of wood they were screwed into or another metal piece to make the usual 16" leg. They also look like they will tilt out some when screwed in because of the angle of the top part. SOLD AS IS! Wonderful estate find-set of 4 mid century modern chair/table legs. Each measures 12 inches and has a brass/gold finish. Not sure what type of metal they are made of but they are weighty and solid-assuming they are steel. See all pics-there is expected wear of the golden finish but this can be painted over easily or left as is. I see no pits. Dents, cracks, rust or other obvious issues-really a solid set that would make any piece of furniture look great. The bases have solid welding of the legs(pics 4 and 10) Each base has 4 screw holes-2 holes at the"V" and another hole on each side for added stability when mounting to a table or chair. VERY STURDILY MADE! good condition from Colorado. No broken welds, no dings/dents, no bends, all 4 feet are present- these are nice. Very Nice ~1950s 60s USA Made Matching Set of 4 Commercial Very S turdy Chromed Steel Table Legs w/ hairpin braces- complete. the set is made of sturdy steel& the set weighs ~11# each leg is nicely tapered from top to bottom and heavily chrome plated. they are ~28 3/4" long[29" w/ a 1"2" table top gives a good table height] The legs are braced w/ a bent hairpin knee brace as you see and are sturdily welded to a thick steel mounting plate. one of the legs has an adjustable leveling foot. the chrome is very good. Set of 4 VINTAGE 1950s Eames Era Mid Century Modern Iron 28" HAIRPIN Table Legs
Fantastic set of FOUR VINTAGE 1950's era MCM Mid Century Modern HAIRPIN Table Legs in PRISTINE condition! These were salvaged from a severely water damaged table and have been restored to ABSOLUTE perfection. The original paint was flaking off and they had some EXTREMELY LIGHT surface rust which was lightly sandblasted off but there is ABSOLUTELY NO PITTING to the metal! They were originally installed with the top ends stuck into holes in a metal frame under the wood top. The frame was too far gone to save but without it. There was no way to reuse the legs as they were, so I welded small corner brackets on the tops so they could be attached to any flat material you want. The brackets are as thin as a dime and the screws will be to the inside of the leg so you can install them as close as 1" from the edge of the material. Everything ... morewas then sprayed with two coats of automotive grade sealing primer and then THREE top coats of automotive grade enamel in SATIN BLACK. These have never looked so good and will certainly stand out on your next project! Most furniture makers would use modern Square Drive or Phiips Head screws to attach them to the wood, but I can include FOR FREE 16 VINTAGE Slotted(Flat) Head wood screws(painted to match) if you need them. Made of 3/8" diameter steel. Each measures 28" long. The 5/8" wide angle bracket is 4" X 4" The spread of the legs at the top is 5-3/4" wide and they taper to approx 1-1/4" wide at the bottom just above the bend. True vintage hairpin table legs set 4 desk 28" wrought iron midcentury black
Nice estate find-set of 4 table/desk legs. Wrought iron in hairpin style. Each leg measures 28 inches from the top of the corner joint to bottom. Legs are nice and straight with no bends. Dents, rust holes that I can see. There is light surface rust, the worst of which is at the bottoms of each leg-see last 2 pics as I have shown the leg bottoms front and back. Enlarge and use zoom to see fully. Should clean up just fine and I will let the new owner do this. Corner joints are 5 inches on each side. Great solid set that will look wonderful once spruced up a bit. NOTE++++I weighed the set and box at 13 pounds but if it comes to less I will, as always, immediately refund the difference as I do not make money from shipping. Thanks!

From a local estate. Here is a set of four original Eames-era hairpin legs. Just pulled these off of a rough old coffee table, the legs are 16" long, heavy-gauge 3/8" solid steel. These were painted black, there is some paint loss and a little surface rust, they will clean up just fine.
