The dimensions of each of the four adjustable, removable, fluted front shelves are 10 ½” in depth by 44 ¼” in length. Details that are simple, elegant and lovely are found on this wonderful Walnut Victorian Aesthetic Period Bookcase. The original fancy pierced spindle-carved top gallery is fixed(non-removable) Completely intact and provides the perfect backdrop for displaying your favorite items on top. Handsome incised carved dimensional sconces sit at the top on each side to introduce the lovely doors. The lovely doors are dressed with picture frame moulding along with what we believe to be their original wavy glass. The right door has an intact working lock with original key. There are four fluted front shelves behind the doors that are completely adjustable and hence can be configured to meet your display needs. The front sides of this wonderful bookcase are further accented with handsome incised vertical-linear carvings.
