Antique Standard Sewing Machine Front Swivel Pull Out Drawer and Frame
Here is a cool front drawer for an early Standard sewing machine. It has a very nice attached front wood carved decoration. Inside is a fairly deep almost 1" tool drawer still with its original needle to thread chart on the inside and 7 large circle to store spools of thread and 6 smaller holes to store needles? It is mounted in a 3 sided metal frame with 2 screws. The hole on the underside is where there is a straight slot screw that turns the knurled screw(seen on the top of the drawer) into a drilled hole to let the drawer swing out from under where it is mounted. This can be reused almost anywhere you can drill a starting hole for the screw and have at least about 3/4" thick top to mount it to. Very strong tiger striped oak and patina. Here is a treadle sewing machine two drawer cabinet with decorative metal pulls. This set is in good condition with only minor signs of age; one drawer has a slight crack on the side and has a couple blemishes on the other side(see pictures) It is in the original finish and has only been wiped down with furniture polish. The unit measures about 14 inches long. 6 inches wide and 9 ¾ inches tall. I do not know what type of machine that it came from. Up for auction we have this Antique. Burdick Sewing Machine,Center Drawer. This drawer is out of a dated 1901- Burdick Treadle sewing machine.This tiger oak drawer is very ornate,it has floral craving on the face of the drawer.The drawer was made by the Davis Co. out of Dayton,Ohio.It has 5 holes for bobbins an 7 holes for needles.It also has the half moon shape on the inside of drawer.It measures 22 1/2" long by 2" high an 2" deep.It has the mounting brackets with it.The sewing machine was sold by Sears Roe Buck.Check out my!

You are buying ONE(1) Singer sewing machine drop front drawer. 14 1/4 opening. 14 7/8 total length 3 7/8 opening.4 1/8 total height 2 3/4 inch protrusion into the base cabinet. Please note that these old drawers had wooden knobs that did not take screws to hold them in. they had wooden screw threads and screwed into the drawer and they become weak with time. this one is still pretty strongly held but a really energetic person can pull it out of the socket.
