Antique New Home treadle sewing machine parlor cabinet shelf swing out drawers
Antique New Home treadle sewing machine parlor cabinet shelf swing out drawers. Two of the drawers swing out. The other shelf is fixed. This is from a 1914 New Home machine. The rest of the cabinet is severely cracked and split. These are the only items I was able to salvage. I do not know if Singer brand used these same parts. It includes the screws I took out. Please look close at the pictures. They are not broken or cracked. Its sad someone used this cabinet to set potted plants on. The swing out piece measures 11 1/2 inches high x 9 inches wide. The two drawers are. About 3 inches tall. The single shelf is 2 1/2 inches high by 6 inches wide. Shipping to USA only. PayPal only please-Thankx for bidding.

Here is a treadle sewing machine two drawer cabinet with decorative metal pulls. This set is in good condition with only minor signs of age; one drawer has a slight crack on the side and has a couple blemishes on the other side(see pictures) It is in the original finish and has only been wiped down with furniture polish. The unit measures about 14 inches long. 6 inches wide and 9 ¾ inches tall. I do not know what type of machine that it came from. You are buying ONE(1) Singer sewing machine drop front drawer. 14 1/4 opening. 14 7/8 total length 3 7/8 opening.4 1/8 total height 2 3/4 inch protrusion into the base cabinet. Please note that these old drawers had wooden knobs that did not take screws to hold them in. they had wooden screw threads and screwed into the drawer and they become weak with time. this one is still pretty strongly held but a really energetic person can pull it out of the socket.

The panel is 14-1/2 inches long. 5-1/4 inches wide and 3/16 inch thick. It has an applied beaded trim on the bottom and an applied wood round at one end. The applied New Home nameplate is 11-1/4 inches long and 3 inches wide. The condition is very good with the original finish and no bends or cracks in the wood. Vintage New Home Hanging Sign Salavaged Sewing Machine Cabinet Wood Panel
Here is a great piece of salvaged wood. That I believe came from the front of an antique NEW HOME sewing machine cabinet. What is so cool is that they kept it intact with the corner pieces so that it can actually be hung as a sign if you choose. There are hinges on the back that attach the NEW HOME piece to the rest of the frame. The total piece measures about 20" wide, and about 8 3/4" tall, and 2 1/4" at its deepest.
