Salvaged complete set of keys from an 1880s pump organ with ivory tops.
Here is a complete set of(61) keys salvaged from an old pump organ(1880s) All but 7 of the ivory heads are intact. The remaining 7 ivory heads have cracks in them. All of the black keys are here but some have wear to them. My plan is to remove them from the keybed for shipping just the keys themselves. I would have trouble finding a box to fit the keybed so I don't want to ship it. These would be great for ivory replacement on older pianos. They should fit most but not all older pianos. Since these are original to the keyboard they are all"matched" heads to tails. Most of the fronts are either cracked or missing. I will answer all questions. Thanks for your interest. Happy bidding!

Antique wood column trim pieces from Victorian pump organ salvage This is a pair of great original wood column trim pieces off of an antique pump organ. The trim pieces are a half round shape. Round on the front and flat on the back side. Each column measures 21" tall by 2-1/8th inches wide at the base and slightly over 1" thick I'm not sure what the wood is. Its a dark walnut stain color. There are no breaks, cracks or repairs to the decorative part of the columns. There are some scratches. Gouges, rubs and marks on the finish. Please email with any questions

Pump Organ Parts - 7" Copper lifters above reeds or use Jewelry Making Supplies
Here are some special copper( lifters that went between the organ keys and the reeds and I think lifted up the little tabs that kept the air from flowing through the reeds. I think. Anyway they are dirty and dusty but a few are also turning green which leads me to believe they are made of copper. They came out of a Farrand Brothers 1886 pump organ with 146 keys so I bet there are probably 146 of these things too. 1880s Architectural Salvage Shaped Oak Board w/Hinges from Antique Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued Oak board from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! This piece was the foot board beneath the pedals on the pump organ. The hinges were attached to the heals of the pedals by 2 screws and driven through this piece with a very large staple shaped piece of metal. As you can see in the photos to the left and above. We had straightened the ends of the staples to allow for removal of the boot pedals. This piece has shaped ends that originally extended beyond the sides of the pedals. The finish varies on this piece depending on what was visible and what was not. Take a good look at the photos and don't hesitate to ask any questions. These pedals have cast iron curved toe catches and heel rests. There are oak moldings on each side with a solid wood piece as the base. The top of each is fitted with a patterned carpet in Red and Black. Each pedal measures 10 1/4" not including the curve in the toe end) x 7" x 1" thick. The bottoms of each have the holes from the original hinges along with a cutout that was for the rod that attached to the bellows. We have left the rod pin in place. The cast iron toe piece is held in place with 3 screws in each end. The heel pieces are nailed in place as you can see in the photos. These boards are solid oak. You can see that they have screw holes in each end with the screw holes at one end of each having dry rotted slightly and the screws had pulled through the sides. There is also a small abrasion near one of the holes as seen in the 8th photo to the left. Each board measures 14 1/4" x 7 1/4" x about 5/8" thick. The boards are finished on one side and appear to be natural on the other. The natural side has darkened with age. 1880s 43" Architectural Salvage Carved Oak Wood Pediment Molding from Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued carved oak piece from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! This very long piece measures 43 1/2" long x 5" It was the front piece of the organ just above the keyboard cover. It has a lock that we have left in which takes a triangular shaped key. The key was never recovered. As you can see from the close-ups the cuts go all of the way through the wood and appear to be hand carved as seen in their inconsistencies. Very cool! Each of the carved areas measure 10" x 3 1/4" This piece has 3 pins in the top that were used to hold it in place. There are also 2 pieces glued onto the ends of the back which had pins that slid into the sides of the organ. There are felt pieces on either end that prevented ... morethe piece from rattling when it was installed and the organ was being played! The carved openings are backed with a red cloth that looks to be original. You can see from the photos that the cloth has some rips in it. We found that it is quite fragile as we caused one of those rips when we were cleaning this great old piece. Oops. This piece consists of 4 pieces of wood. The long front piece with the carvings. A piece attached to the bottom which measures about 1 3/8" allowing this piece to stand on its own and the 2 pieces on the back which the attaching pins. The back piece is 1/4" thick and the base piece is 1/2" thick. The manufacture date on the organ had faded but the latest patent dates listed on the label were from the 1880s. These 2 interesting pieces were used between the pedals and the bellows on the pump organ to pull the bellows open which sucked in the air to make the music! These pieces have a very interesting shape. And extremely cool wear from the about 130 years of being in the old instrument. These pieces were attached to the pedals by the hole in the small end and attached to the bellows by the leather straps that are still in place at the wide end. The straps have broken and are brittle, but we thought they were still interesting so we left them installed. These boards measure 13 1/2" long x 1 7/8" at the wide end x 5/16" at the narrow end. 1880s Farrand& Votey Pump Reed Organ 12 Stop/Pull Board Architectural Salvage Description Up for sale is this estate rescued Farrand& Votey Pump Organ Stop Board with 12 stops all with labels! This piece has 12 angled pulls. All of the stops have the original round insert with the name in ornate script. As you can see from the photos one of the labels is whiter than the others. We found that label taped inside the back of the organ. It is a little smaller than the others and is currently held in with a piece of double sided tape. Two of the other labels had come loose and have been secured with double sided tape. This piece has all of the linking hardware that was connected with thin pieces of wood to the controls. STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE PAIR of SOLID WALNUT PUMP ORGAN SIDE PANELS
Up for bid is a stunningly beautiful pair of antique solid walnut pump organ side panels. With gorgeous Eastlake designed incised carvings throughout. The side panels were removed from an antique pump organ, that had to be moved due to location and all wood was salvaged. The wood has been completely stripped of it's original dark, ugly finish to reveal a light colored walnut wood, ready to take any colored or natural finish, your heart desires. The panels have some beautiful incised carving of flowers, medallions, spindled columns and nicely curved embellished feet. The side panels were meticulously separated from the rest of the pump organ, making sure to do little to no damage to what you see before you. The dimensions of the panels are 46-5/8" in height x 23-1/2" deep x 3-3/4" thick at the widest point. 1890s Pump Reed Organ Vox Humana Tremulant Architectural Salvage Wood& Paper Description Up for sale is this estate rescued Vox Humana Tremulant from a Pump organ made in the 1890s. This is a rotating piece that provides a Tremulo effect. The small drum shaped piece on the end has an opening where air from the bellows entered in making the paper vanes rotate thus effecting the sound. This piece is in very good condition although it was quite dirty. We have given it a gentle cleaning to remove most of the dust and the piece is as you see it in the photos. The paper or light card material used for the vane has become crispy and as you can see in the photos. Has a chunk missing. This piece rotates easily when air is applied into the hole. There is also a shut off valve to stop or start the airflow. The only markings on this piece are the ... morepatent date of July 21. 1895 on the end of the drum section. 1880s Architectural Salvage Oak Wood Pediment Molding from Antique Pump Organ Description Up for sale is this estate rescued Oak Pediment or Molding from an antique Beckwith Pump Organ! This piece appears to be quarter sawn oak veneer over a wood board. There are some holes in one end and on the edges from where it was installed on the organ. As you can see in the photos there are 2 decorative pieces added. One of them has lost a little piece which gives it more personality! This piece measures 20 1/8" x 2 7/7” at the tallest points x about 5/8" thick. The boards are finished on one side and appear to be natural on the other. The natural side has darkened with age. Very beautiful solid Walnut top of 1884 Style 7 Packard Orchestral parlor organ- genuine antique with very dark original patina and East Lake style. you can barely make out some of the gold leaf stenciling with ornate designs but enough they could be retraced or restored. the very front has"Packard Orchestral" on it. the two end pieces are not attached but I have them standing where they would be reattached for picture purposes.
