The tongue and groove joints are about worn out, but the edging is nicely routed( and still full of ... morered paint) The oak is solid as a rock. It's in very good condition except for a little dust and dirt and one broken piece on the end that you can see in the photo. I got it from a master craftsman who is in his late 80's and was forced to down size to a smaller shop and was getting rid of extra pieces he saved over the years for patterns etc.
