Antique SS White Electric Desktop Dental Dentist Drill 1938 Nickel Plate Rare! Hi everyone. I have this rare SS White Electric Desktop Dentists Drill Today. This piece is extremely heavy so as not to fall off the desk onto the patient during the procedure. Excellent condition and running smoothly. This drill has 2 speeds on the model 11 motor. I can't say for sure that the high and low speeds work. It runs the same as far as I can tell with the way it sounds. I can't tell if the drill is spinning faster or not. The base has a plate on it that reads mount for SS White Electric Motor Laboratory Type. The base has a bit of corrosion on part of it. Pictured below. The arm is 4 pieces to accomodate about any angle or direction you need to get into for the procedure. There is a little bit of rust on the arms in a few places. This pitcher stands in the range of 7.5" to 8.5" tall depending on the part measured. Diameter of the mouth is about 5" And it measures 9" from spout to tip of handle. The pitcher is in great shape, not bent, dented, punched or fixed. You can see remnants of some good old pasty silver polish in some crevases, but otherwise it looks good. There is a little green oxidation on the very bottom inside, and the outside is a nicked or hammered metal look. Has a handle which is easy to grip and a mouth that pours nicely. These are very vintage. Very charming stemmed glasses! They were made by W. M. MOUNTS and is stamped'HOMAN PLATE ON NICKEL SILVER' MADE IN U.S.A. 01160' on the bottom. The bowl is a lovely hammerd design, with a banding of a beaded disign on either side of some scallops, with unhammered lip and stem and bottom. They measure 5 7/8" tall and 3" diameter at the top of the glass. We often used these for white wine- and they held the'chill' so nicely! Other people who have similar items say that they are from the 1930s. They are all in very good condition- just needs very little polishing. However. Vintage Brasscrafters ? Beveled Glass Nickel Plate Mirror - No Reserve
This is a vintage mirror. I've had Brasscrafter mirrors before and this looks its got to be one too but I can find none of their marks. It has beveled glass. A nickel plated brass frame, a metal backing with the correct fasteners and heavy eyelets to fasten to the wall. It has rounded corners too. It measures 18 7/8" wide x 13 1/8" high( not including eyelet hangers) It is in very good condition. There are some small areas of spots under the glass( as mirrors have) but nothing too disrupting.Nice solid vintage mirror. Brasscrafters I'm not sure so it's being offered with NO RESERVE. There are two necks, one nickel plate, and the"fat neck" in silver plate. The"fat neck" is missing the resonant stone. There is plating wearand small scratches on the thumb rests and other usual places due to use, but still a beautiful horn. All the pads seal, the horn plays great with no issues. I've played and owned hundreds of saxes, and this has been one of my favorites. Gerald himself played this sax and commented on how well it played, as did Gary Bias of Earth, Wind& Fire- the whole EWF horn section commented on the sound and looks of this horn. Also called a Thermostatic Valve Assembly.This is nickle plated with porcelain knobs,the lower knob for shampoo is not,but the piece that holds it(plaster held)is there.The incoming stands are 8 to 10 inch offset,20 inches long,and are 3/4 in.ID pipe.The outlet pipe is 18 in,also 3/4 in.There are minor wrench marks here and there on pipes,but otherwise all is good. For sale is a nicely made reproduction antique nautical clock antique ship clock. Antique table clock. The clock is completely assembled in the USA, the case is solid nickel plated brass sheet, and the clock is mounted on a black painted resin base with four solid brass feet. The clock measures 9 1/2" tall(the measuring square in the photo is 10" the bezel at front is 7" diameter, at rear the case is 8" diameter, and the dial itself is 5" diameter. The clock is 3 3/4" deep. There is a brass plate on the front of the base which is stamped"1901" The clock operates on one AA battery, which is included. This is a very attractive Railroad Silver Bread Basket/ Tray believed to be from the Clover Leaf 400 business parlor car of the Toledo. St. Louis& Western Railroad. The tray has a classic curved design with an ogee shaped rim molding and ornamental openwork within the basket. It is engraved with the Clover Leaf logo below the number 400. It is in excellent shape with some small dings on the bottom and worn spots on the bottom from use. I took several photographs under bright light so that you could see the quality and condition of this piece. It measures 12 1/2 inches long by 6 1/8 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches high. The bottom is marked"International Silver Co. Silver Soldered, item number"SJ0588, and a small number"16" within a square. Inside the lid it is marked"E.P Zinc, Silver Plated, Made in England" The jug is in good condition with no cracks or chips in the glass, but there is some slight discolouration inside the jug, which should clean out with glass cleaning balls. Sadly the silver on the outside of the jug has albeit been poli s hed away. But despite this, it does polish up to a silver finish, and can still ... morelook quite smart. There are remains of silver plate on the inside of the lid and neck, but the silver is corroded from where it has been left in contact with a reactive substance. Also the instrument has been professionally patched(hard to see but I've tried to show them in the photographs)no leaks. This is a great player with a beautiful tone in all ranges.
