For sale is a HED 3c carbon front wheel in used but excellent condition. 700c, tubular. This is a full carbon wheel with a carbon braking surface. The CatEye magnet is included- it is not glued so it can be moved. It has upgraded ceramic bearings. A 19mm Continental Competition tubular tire in good condition is glued on and included in the auction. The matching HED skewer is included, also in execllent condition. Total weight of the wheel with everything shown is only 998 grams. This wheel has very low miles and was only ever used in time trial races; it is five years old(2008 model) No scratches or blemishes, very true and smooth bearings. Extremely aero, fast and light! Weighs 900 grams on my Park digital scale: Without skewer. And with Velox rim tape. This is the large diameter center section Record titanium hub with alloy axle. For 9/10/11 speed drive trains. Bearings are extremely smooth. Rim is round and true and well tensioned. Just serviced the freehub: Inspected bearings. Cleaned the pawl mechanism, oiled, and installed a new pawl spring. Hub body is very nice. One light mark on the left flange from transporting. See image 5. Spokes are double butted DT 14/15 gage on the drive side with brass nipples. Non-drive side are single butted Wheelsmith 15/16 gage with alloy nipples. 3 cross lacing all around. HED Jet 6 C2 Ceramic Bearings Lightweight Skewer Triathlon TT Aero Wheel
I have a 2009 HED JET C2 front whee l I'd like to sell. Clincher. 700cc. I bought it from a friend 3 years ago now I believe. It's a 2009. 18 bladed spokes. My friend only put several hundred miles on it. And I've since only put on about 300 more. It's only been used for races. On my tri bike and on his. It's virtually flawless. The C2 means it's the wider 23mm rim size. So it's more aero with a 23 or 25mm tire than older wheels with the narrower rim profile. I t's not the Clydesdale version. It does have ceramic bearings as confirmed by local bike shop. Decals in good shape. Brake surface in good shape. With 1 tiny(1mm) rough spot on 1 side. You would never notice unless you very very carefully inspected the wheel. The wheel functions as new. No cracks in fairing, it's very true, hub spins smooth, etc. ... moreIf reserve is met. Or you buy it now, you also get: the tire that is on it, which is about 1/2 used, it's a $100 tire(Schwalbe Ultremo DD 23cc) along with a 80mm stem tube. Front tire is a Maxxis Ignitor 26x2.3 and the rear is a Bontrager Jones XR Team Issue. Both have plenty of miles left on the tread(see pic) Used but in good shape. True to within 1/32 of an inch or less. A few nicks in the decals(see pics) Brake strips are flat and in good shape. The tire is new but might need some more tubeless glue because it leaks slowly. Fine for a day of riding if you pump it up beforehand but after a day or two it gets a bit soft. I don't know how to service tubeless tires and don't have any glue or I would fix the slow leak. Hope Bulb hub on Mavic D321 Ceramic disc DH rear wheel + XTR Cassette + Disc
For sale 1x Hope/ Mavic Downhill or Freeride wheel from approx 2001. Features a 10mm/QR rear freewheel hub in black. Bearings are in excellent condition& wheel runs straight& true. Rim is Mavic's pretty much unbreakable D321 ceramic DH rim. The hub has a 5-bolt Hope-specific 160mm drilled disc fitted. The 5-bolt Hope mounts can be changed out for standard 6-bolt mounts. But the bolts have seized, as the wheel was unused for around 6 years until I rescued it a couple of years ago. Likewise. I have not clamped the wheel down, but I cannot remove the Cassette, which is a Shimano HG-80 9-speed, so am including this in the auction as I have enough 9-speed cassettes in any case! The majority is raku fired for the glaze. Although a small portion is oxidation fired in an electric kiln. The artist uses stamps in bowls and incense burners. The bowl forms are all made on a slab roller and then placed in a form to dry. They are then sanded and bisque fired to cone 04 in the electric kiln. This process takes about 10 hours. Used Mavic Clincher Ksyrium SL SSC Rear Wheel, Ceramic Bearings
I have far too many bikes. Bike parts and wheels around the house. Some of the parts are brand new and have never been used. It’s time to stop thinking that I’ll put them to use someday(I’m a typical pack rat) and give someone else a chance to put them to use. I’m cleaning house! I gave the front wheel of this set to a desperate cycling friend years ago to replace one he carelessly damaged. And now it’s time to get rid of the rear wheel. This is a used wheel with normal signs of wear. The wheel(but not the bearings) has been ridden many miles. As I’ve tried to show in the photos. If you look closely, there are small cosmetic blemishes as can be expected in a used wheel. Small flecks of aluminum show through the black paint in a few locations on the spokes and hub. Some of those areas will be covered by the cassette. From a distance, those ... morespots are not visible. The ceramic bearings. On the other hand, have very few miles on them. I installed the ceramic bearings shortly before giving the front wheel away, and the bearings alone cost $140. The wheel is true, and the bearings are perfect. The brake surface has plenty of life left. The included skewer. Spoke wrench, and wheel magnet all genuine Mavic parts. Other items that I have for sale on eBay include a set of four water cage bolts. A Shimano bottom bracket, and I book that I authored about the 6800 microprocessor. Coming soon are a pair of Mavic Carbone wheels, a pair of Shimano tubeless wheels, and a Specialized S-works Transitions time trial bike.

These are used Bontrager Mustang mountain bike rims. 26" rims with a ERD of 542. The rear is the asymmetric design to reduce wheel dish and strengthen the wheel. These have the ceramic coated braking surface for great breaking performance even when wet or muddy. I used these rims for 2 seasons. They are still straight and free of any dent or dings. Some cosmetic scratches on the anodization from being laced and unlaced.

Very showy! This is a gorgeous Mid Century ca 60's lidded ceramic vase manufactured in Italy for Rosenthal Netter. A wheel thrown form with very traditional styling. The color combination and texture exquisite. high gloss orange with 3/4" stripes in chartreuse with incised and pierced decoration in smooth and textured brilliant gold with a semi gloss finish. A very large abstract gold flower graces the front. and the back sees two smaller flowers of the same flavor. Measuring 10" tall x 5 3/8" round on the top and slightly larger at the bottom at 5 3/4"the very beautiful and formal lid 4 3/4" tall. It weighs a substantial 3 lbs. The inside is glazed in a deep dark chocolate. In excellent vintage condition. there are two very small bites on the lid face photo#11.the inside under side rim shelf has two chips photo#12.not ... morevisible as the lid slips down into the pocket.
