These 3 Brass Duncan Phyfe table leg caps are vintage. They measure 2 1/2" from the back to the front tip of the toe and 1 1/2" tall. The opening in the back is 1 1/8 wide by 1 5/16" tall by 1 3/4" deep before the toes start to bend down reaching the total length of 2 1/2" as stated before. This is a set of 4 animal feet to go on the legs of a table or chairs. They are metal- they look bronze? or brass? but they do attract a magnet. There are even 8 old nails with the set. Each foot has a hole on either side to secure it to the leg with 2 nails. The feet measure 1 1/2" from front to back. 1 3/8" from side to side, 1" high on the back/open end. Cap is about 4 1/4 inches in diameter and approx. 3 1/2 inches tall.Solid condition, but with dings and scratches, etc. from use. A has slight depression area on top. Needs a lot of polishing. From our closed antique furniture repair shop. Look the pictures over carefully, as our items are sold as is, but guaranteed as described. The piece has normal age/use wear, bottom edge is not smooth but rough. Retains original patina, and is little dirty, will leave any cleaning/polishing to new owner.
