I have a complete set of four ball and claw style feet for free standing bath tubs. These are very heavy cast iron. Each foot weighs about 3 pounds! Here are a couple of measurements for you: Height: About 6.5 inches Width at claw and ball: About 3 inches Width opposite claw: About 5 inches Length of tub mount: About 3.75 inches Length of tub slot in mount: About 2 inches As you can see in pic number 5. One of the feet has two metal pieces taped to the back. These are the only two present. I am assuming that they have something to do with the mounting of the pieces to the tub. I am not certain but someone obviously taped them on there for a reason. I do not think that the finish is original. It appears that they have been primed. All four of thebottoms do show that they have been previously used and are scuffed up. ONLYONE is in nice used condition with only a few minor chips in the glass ball.The other three do have worse flaws. One has a small dent in the glass ball. Itlooks to me it was made this way I don’t see how it could be damaged this way…Another one that I did take a few pictures of has a small hole in the glassball. With a coat or two of stain these areas will not be that noticeable- and who lays on the floor to look at the legs on your couch anyway besides the dog? Very Large Glass Claw and Ball Foot Table Old Man Winter Face Furniture 3 inch
Selling a large glass claw and ball table foot. The glass ball is a amethyst color and is 3 inches in diameter. The glass ball has have a couple of small fractures in the glass. But no chips or missing pieces. The line in the pics is the mold seam from when the glass ball was made. The center toe of the foot has a face on it. Could be called Old Man winter. The metal part appears to be cast iron with old gold paint on it. The opening of the leg part is 1 5/8 inches outside to outside. Inside to inside is approx. 1 3/8 inches in diameter. This is a set of 4 Gothic/Victorian style cast iron claw feet. They measure approximately 4" tall and 3/4" diameter at the opening. These would be a great addition to a piece of furniture as they are head turners. Each claw holds a glass ball that acts as the base that touches the floor. There is obvious wear. As there should be for any items of this age but overall I would say these are in good vintage condition. Up for auction is this nice set of 4 Cast Iron Claw Foot Hardware. With Glass Balls. The pieces have Brass or Brass colored Gliding. They measure 4" long and the glass balls are 1 1/4" in diameter. Each foot has a hole in the back to attach to the furniture leg with a set screw. Very nice detailing. These are authentic as I took them off an old round table. Claw Foot Up next. Here is a nice antique cast iron claw foot with glass ball. This is large measuring about 6" in total height. The glass ball is about 3" in diameter and is turning purple as you can see. There are visible bubbles inside the glass. There are some straw marks and a visible mold seam. But no chips or other damage. There is a small spot which was polished flat on the glass ball. The foot will stand at a slight angle while resting on this polished area as it was originally attached to a leg that was slightly splayed by design. Questions gladly answered! Large Antique Metal furniture foot. I'm not sure if this foot is cast iron. Metal or brass? It's definitely old and has a clear glass ball in it's claw. A furniture leg has room to be inserted 3 7/8" into it with a 1 3/8" diameter at the top and there is a 3/16" hole at the back for securing the piece to the furniture leg. Vintage Furniture Claw Ball Foot With Glass Ball Lot 1
Up for auction is this old furniture claw and ball foot. It is a gold color but has scuffs. A area of light gray paint has splattered on it, and gold loss so it would need to be repainted. At the bottom there is a glass ball which has scuffs in several areas-see photos. The inside looks tarnished/discolored from age. It is approx. 3 1/2" from top to bottom of ball and a little less than 1" across opening. Still a nice piece to add to your furniture collection.

Three piano stool or bench legs. Looks like oak with heavy metal claw feet and bubbled glass marbles in them. Holes with partial broken wood where side bars would have went. Some nails at the top where a seat would be attached. Feet are screwed in and glass does not show any breaks. I can remove the wood legs if you just want the claw feet. Antique Glass Ball Claw Foot, Cast Iron, Set of 3, Dark Copper Metal Patina
3 Antique Cast Iron Claw Feet with Glass Ball. Ornate. Approximate sizes: 3-7/8” tall. Open end ¾” diameter with inside tapering inside to 1/4” The glass ball is 1-1/4" in diameter. The glass balls have some air bubbles inside. But are not too noticeable. The glass balls have a 3/8" diameter flat spot ground on purpose to rest on the floor and allow the furniture leg to have an incline of 20 degrees off vertical. There is an original 1/8" hole in the back side of the claw foot to attach the claw foot to the furniture leg with a nail or screw. The original 3 nails are included.

Set of 4 antique Claw Foot cast iron and glass ball piano stool feet hardware
These came off of an old piano stool. They measure 3.75 inches long and 1.5" wide at the ball. They weight about 1 lb. all together. After taking photos I found a small split in the iron under a claw where it grasps the glass. It is just a few sixteenths of an inch long. I am confident that it is not a structural concern where the iron would possibly break. It looks as if maybe it occured during manufacure; perhaps due to a temperature shift when cooling.
