Antique Bronze Set of 4 Art Nouveau Furniture Feet/Legs
Interesting set of four bronze pieces that would act as the feet for a table(or other piece of furniture) leg. Not sure of a date of origin. But these appear to have some age on them. They're in good shape with minimal signs of wear and a nice patina. The feet measure approximately 4.5" tall, 1.75" deep, and 1.25" wide. The opening where a leg would be inserted is slightly less than an inch in diameter and there is a hole on the back for a screw to hold it in place. Set of 4 Antique Art Nouveau cast iron coat hooks Dated 1905 hall tree hat
This is a matched set of 4 antique cast iron coat hooks from the early 1900s. They are in good original condition and have a copper finish. There is some variation in patina. The back of each hook is marked"Pat. Apr 4. 1905" and also"47" Each hook is about 7- 1/4" wide. 5- 1/8" high and stands out about 3- 1/4" from the mounting surface. The rods are 1/4" in diameter and have 20 threads per inch(a common, standard size) The hooks can be mounted on a board that is 3/4" thick. If you want to mount them on a thicker board, you can replace the threaded rods with longer rods, OR countersink the nuts. This is a nice set with good casting detail and a mellow finish. Outstanding Carved Wooden Sculpture Embellishment Art Nouveau Maiden No. 1
This sculptural onlay is 3.25"x 1.25" The carver who made this had the ability to create a lifelike sculpture and he had the paitience to dedicate his time on such a small embellishment. My hat is off to him. I am auctioning a similar(almost identical piece this week) This item came from a furniture and design company that went out of business in the 1990's. This is a matched set of 2 antique cast iron coat hooks from the early 1900s. They are in good original condition and have a copper finish. They are very patinated. Beautiful piece to add to all kinds of projects or just to hang by itself. It is a great size.about 11.25"x9.25" with the maximum thickness just about 1/2" The front has great detail in the picture and scrolls surrounding it as well as the beautiful boarder. It has a few dings and dents/bending to edges but this doesn't detract at all from the main piece. I am not sure if it came from a fireplace since it has the soot on the back but did also see a pair of these sold about a year ago that the seller stated came from a player piano. Please also see the smaller piece I have listed separately that matches this one. I purchased them together several years ago. This auction is for the panel only. Small Bronze Plaque" Great detail on this piece. I have tried for years to find something like this with no luck. Not sure if it belongs on an old clock or piece of furniture. I don't know if they are Angels or Goddesses. The middle one is winged and has what looks to be fruit on her head. Measures 2 7/8" x 1 3/4" Interesting heavy little plaque. Excellent condition. Superb Art Nouveau Chair Panel Component Wood Carved
This fantastic flowing carving epitomizes my favorite design period. I would suggest a chair top section like this makes a fine shelf decoration on its own. It is 19.75" x 7.5" x 1.25" It will free stand on its own. This item came from a furniture and design company that went out of business in the 1990's. Some pieces were removed from furniture that was in disrepair other pieces were left over stock from architectural design projects.

This is a nicely carved Art Nouveau style panel that started it's life as the back of a chair. It is just slightly curved. I believe it is made of a mix of mahogany and walnut, you will notice that the joints are all pegged. It measures 23" wide at the top, 18 1/2" wide at the bottom x 13" high. Antique Crown Crest Pediment Architecture Walnut Wood Salvage Art Nouveau
Antique carved dark walnut pediment/arch/crest salvaged from a Victorian era bed frame. A carved stylized floral motif with a single flower top center. The back still has a little fabric covered pad affixed with old fabric binding tape and small nails. This would prevent the frame from"bumping" against the wall. The number 13 is engraved on the back. Lovely old salvaged piece with a wonderful aged finish. Looks great hung over a window. Door, wall or shelf. In very nice overall.
