Pair Antique Oak Matching Table Leaves 48 Inches long !
A nice pair of old oak table leaves. They each measure 48 inches long and are 8 3/16 inches wide. They are nice and straight and flat but. As you can see, need some light re-finishing. The circular stain you see is not a burn but just the bleeding of a rusty old metal can. They each have pegs and holes on the edges for a tight fit. It appears they were made in or sold in an old store in Buffalo. New York. I took a picture of the old label on the back. The edges are a standard beveled edge that are each about 1/2 of an inch wide(see photos) Can be cut to the size you need or used as is. Please do not hesitate to email with questions.

This is a nice antique Victorian oak table base with claw feet. It would be perfect as a re-purposed console or hall table. It has a caster on the back which allows it to stand on it's own and has a plate on top with mounting bolts and bracket on the back. It measures 25 1/2" high x 16 1/2" deep x 33" wide across the legs. It is painted white, the legs are solid oak while the pedestal is veneer, there is a patch or repair to the veneer on the back which you can see in the pictures. For shipping purposes we will most likely remove the two legs. Shipping by Fed Ex ground to the lower 48 states would be 18.80 including insurance. Antique Solid Oak Table Base or Pedestal Furniture Parts Restoration I’m baaaaack! I had the incredible opportunity to chaperone a school related trip to France. Germany and Belgium. It focused on American conflicts in WWI and WWII and it was heaven for a history lover like me. I was able to fit three items in my bag for you– look for them this week. I’m also still listing new items from my Indiana picking trip– lots of barn find and Amish farm finds from the two fellas that I visit every year. Enjoy! This is one of my favorites this week. I'm guessing that it was originally a table base- but you can make it a fabulous pedestal too. What I have is an antique. Solid heavy oak base with a killer dark patina. As you can see in my photos, the base actually is made up of two pieces of solid oak that fit together in the center. There's ... morea hole in the center for attaching them, and each piece has two more smaller holes for whatever it used to be mounted to. I have no hardware with these- what you see is what you get. It's interesting that the pieces are actually each made from two pieces of wood. The rounded bun feet being attached rather than cut all from the same piece of wood- see photo 10 for what I mean. This one is the most noticeable- but let me clarify, you really have to look closely to notice at all- and it's original to the making(not damaged and repaired- all 4 feet are the same) Each of the two pieces measures 15 1/8" long by 1 5/8" wide. Put them together, and there's 9 1/4" inches measuring inside foot to inside foot between the legs. It stands 3 1/2" tall. Put together, it weighs3 lbs. For shipping, I will take apart to make it easier and safer- all you'll need to do is slip the two pieces together. Excellent solid and sturdy condition. There's minor nicks, scratches and scrapes and finish wear- all part of its story. You could polish to make it shine, but I like it just the way it is. ESTATE ~ Antique Solid Oak Table Base BIG KNUCKLE PAW FEET for your 44" top
From a local estate this table base was removed from a 44" round oak top that was warped leaving it unusable. I have the nice old screws that attached the top I can give those to the new owner. The base is beautiful oak wood with what looks like original finish that has darkened somewhat over the years. The base has large knuckle paws on each of the four feet with graceful but sturdy legs going into the center column. Antique Oak Round Table Base. Four legs measure 27 3/4" tall. Leg to leg across the top measures 42 3/4" There are 16 attachments rings. The legs are made of two pieces of wood each. They are spliced together. The curved pieces of the table are 4 separate pieces also spliced together. The whole table base was painted black. all in good shape. No rot. But does need some regluing on the legs. This was found in my basement when bought in 1960. The house was originally built in 1912. Not sure of the age so I give you that information. Set of three solid oak table leaves for Victorian style table. These are 12" wide x 46" long and are 5/8" thick. One has two heat rings in the finish on one end. Two are missing one of the 4 pins, while the other one is missing 3 out of 4. Otherwise they are in good condition considering their age, with some splits on the ends and nicks and dents from use.
