This auction is for a set of 4 cast iron swivel wheel casters. They seem to be antique and look to be industrial. They measure approximately 4.5 inches tall from bottom of wheel to top. The wheel measures about 1 3/4 inches in diameter. I could not find a set similar to compare. There is a name on the inside of each caster however with the wear I can not see it well enough to read. Up for auction is a great looking antique cast iron wheel or gear recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It would be wonderful for any steampunk project. It has a grooved exterior rim which leads us to believe it may have had a padded piece at one time for hand turning a sewing machine. But just an educated guess. This measures 12" and has a piece that comes to a point that would have fit into the mechanism for turning something, but we do not believe it to be coffee grinder part.
