This is a very nice pair of vintage steel adjustable legs. The height adjusts from 21 1/2" to 26" and they are 7" wide x 4" deep at the top and 12 1/4" wide at the bottom. They are in good condition with no breaks or repairs. Some minor surface rust. We also have a similar pair of smaller legs presently listed. They were salvaged from a pair of old school desks. Each from the seat section. The metal is cleaned of paint and most rust, leaving a dark patinated metal. These adjust from 11" to 14" in height. The mounting plates are oval or elliptical in shape and swivel approximately 80 degrees(about a quarter turn) This set would work well for a long low table, credenza, or console. This is a vintage adjustable steel base with cross stretcher. It measures aprox. 21" wide. 19 1/2" wide at the top x 13" deep at the feet and adjusts in height from 14 1/2" to 21" the brackets at the top are 4" and splay or taper out to 7 1/2" There is a rod inside the cross stretcher and you adjust the height by turning one of the nuts on the side, there is a cog or gear mechanism connected to the rod. For sale a Heavy Duty Set of 4 Vintage Table Legs that are made out of steel. These are fully and easily adjustable from 17 1/2 inches to 28 1/2 inches. The bottom discs on the legs are made out of steel also and they are movable. The diameter on the top of the leg is 1 1/16 of an inch and then it tapers down to about 5/8 of an inch not including the steel bases. These have 4 top plates that screw into the table as shown in the pictures. They measure at the longest end 8 3/4 inches by 4 5/8 inches wide. This is a very serious set of table legs. These weigh with the top plates about 11 1/2 pounds so they are quality. I do not know the exact age of these and am only guessing as to the time period of when they were made. Adjustable Heywood Eclipse cast iron/stamped steel base pedestal table chair leg
This pedestal has a cast iron base. And a stamped steel top. It adjusts from 10- 1/2" to 16- 1/2" in height. It is 8- 7/8" across the bottom and the top is about 7" square. Some of the original black finish remains, but there is also some rust. It is marked"Heywood" on one side and"Eclipse" on the other. Also, there is a"3" There are 5 counter sunk holes around the perimeter of the base and 4 in the top. It has no breaks or repairs, but it also does not sit flat(see further description) The height is adjusted by loosening the 7/8" hex head bolt on the upper part of the cast iron base. Moving the top piece, and then re-tightening the bolt. This pedestal was designed to be screwed to the floor. When it is screwed fast. The screws prevent it from wobbling. ADJUSTABLE STEEL METAL WORKBENCH LEGS Vintage Work Bench Table Base Industrial
Offering a set of vintage heavy duty steel workbench/ work bench/ machine stand/ table legs. They are constructed with steel'C' channel. Making them strong as well as lending to the adjustable aspect. The legs are held in position by 2 machine screws threaded into a sliding block inside the'C' channel. Each leg adjusts independently of the other in each set. This allows for differential height adjustment to allow for sloped or uneven floor. Height can be adjusted from 34" to 48" These are in solid condition, but have layers of paint loss, surface rust, and dirt. They will need wire brushed and/ or cleaned OR wipe off and clear coat to preserve the rust and flaking paint. Outside measurement of the legs front to back is 18" The whole set weighs 26 pounds before packing.

Antique vintage pair of Kenney Bros& Wolkins No.3 adjustable steel desk or table legs. They adjust from a low setting of 14" up to 21 1/2" at highest adjustment. The base is 131/2" across and the top frame is 6" to 8 1/2" across at the widest point. They are in good condition. Original black paint and have minor paint chips, light scratches, and surface rusts mostly at the bottom. It is stamped with the maker's name in the center of the legs. These legs are ready to be restored and would make a nice coffee table, entertaining console, or a corner lamp desk. Pictured is an example of how these industrial machine age legs are re-purposed and up-cycled today.
