2 Solid BRASS Finials 3 3/8" & 3 5/8" tall VINTAGE fit lamp fireplace tool stand
These are two vintage brass finials"lamp finials. the larger of which came from and fits the top of a fireplace tool stand. We are not sure of the origin of the smaller one, but it is exactly like a lamp finial seen on the internet. The larger one is 3 5/8" long. 7/8" wide at its widest point, has a threaded hole 1/4" wide, and weighs 3.5 oz. The smaller one is 3 3/8" long. 9/16" wide at its widest point, has a threaded hole 1/4" wide, and weighs 2 oz. Both are used. Scratches have been smoothed. And they have been cleaned and polished. Please look at the pictures. These appear to be solid brass. One great price for both.

Lot of 4 Mid Century Modern LAGCO, Couch Legs, Chair Legs, Walnut (?) 5" Tall
I'll be damned if I can recall how or why I have these. I am a MId Century modern lover. And must have seen these at a flea market in my early obsessed days. My guess is that these are walnut. The color and grain look like walnut, and walnut is one of the hardest woods, necessary for a chair or couch. The legs measure 5" tall exactly excluding the threaded screws. The threaded screws measure exactly 1" On the opposite end of the screwside. The tapered legs each have a metal tab on their bottom. The metal tab allows the couch or chair to slide on a hardwood floor, minimizing the scratching that would happen otherwise. Each leg varies in condition but they are mostly the same. Note that in picture#3, the leg shows the manufacturers name LAGCO. The good news is that if you are using these for a restoration. All three of the legs have wear& scratches to the outside finish or varnish. Metal caps at the bottom have some rust and age tarnish. Two have threaded bolts at the top. 1 is missing a bolt. One leg has a couple small holes at top drilled in, and holes on the top, and some wood glue remnants. All likely would need to be refinished. And the third one may need repair or shortening.
