The face of the stair railing(to the right of the pictures) was enclosed as a wall for a duplex and all original Foyer pieces are present and were behind the wall. All of the Foyer trim and skirting is intact and present and was just enclosed with a wall. Therefore we have all of the stair face trim as well as the original posts that have not been altered and are present as original. The lower rail on the right side as pictured was broken(easily repaired) as were some of the lower sections of the skirt boards during removal(the skirts were scissor cut around the treads and risers) We have all of the pieces for a full and complete restoration of this stair railing. Has 3 12" leaves(no aprons) finish is not matching. So need to use tablecloth with leaves. Table will open up even more, so if you had more leaves made, you could seat even more. Finish Is in pretty good shape, could use touchup refinish on top. Some cloud areas, one chip in veneer and one small area where finish is worn. Legs are in pretty good shape. Each piece is approx. 12.5" long and just under 3.5" at its widest. Each piece has 2 pegs for connecting. The connection edge is 11.5" at its longest and 1/2" wide. There are no chips or breaks to the wood but there is wear on sharp and the most raised spots from age and wear. They are really cool pieces. The largest is an acanthus leaf, dark stain, no chip or cracks, measures 6 1/2" tall. Next is another walnut applique with leaves to the side and a rounded tear drop form in the middle at the top, measures 5 1/8" long and 2 1/4" tall. Next is a leave corner piece, measures 3 1/2" long and 2 1/2" tall. Next is a nice Adirondack looking piece with horizontal lines, white glass bead in the center, measures 6 1/8" long and 1 1/4" tall. Set of 12 chrome plated vintage cabinet handles.very good condition This set of 12 vintage chrome plated brass. Steel reinforced cabinet handles is in very good to excellent condition. There are are no cracks. And only one tiny dent in the metal that I can see. The chrome plated brass shows no obvious corrosion. There is some minor surface spotting on the steel backside. I have washed them clean, but some will need a degreaser for several stubborn areas. All threaded screw bolts are included. These came from Youngstown Kitchen metal cabinets. Good luck bidding!

Antique 12" leather chair inset - black lacquered rose tooled design
The first of the pictures show the leather inset in situ on the heavy oak seat it was found on from the front and back. And the others show the leather inset removed. I know nothing about old furniture so I cannot even guess at the date. The tacks(except got a couple that were missing are also included. Ideally this 12 inch insert would be used for a chair with a 10"diameter allowing for the 1" boarder to sit on wood and be tackable.

Antique Wooden Fold up Casket Legs. The wood looks to be. Oak. Which has been painted green. Most of the hardware is cast iron. The unit is hinged and when closed it all clamps together. IT ahs a stamped Pat Feb 12, 1901. Opened up it measures 46 x 14 across the top. and it stands 30" off the ground. Folded up measures 30" x 14"by 6" wide. these were used for in home viewings, when people were laid out in the living room.
